Audit an existing mathematical, logical, algorithmic, or technical proof from its stated conclusion backward as a bounded AND/OR graph of exact obligations. Use to reconstruct conclusion dependencies, determine whether a proof-supplied route establishes the conclusion, or expose hidden assumptions, unmet side conditions, cycles, overly strong steps, or silent route switches. For a source-mapped Lamport rendering use convert-lamport, and for forward hierarchy, construct, and scope conformance use forward-lamport before this skill. This does not decide full theorem-level entailment by searching for a different proof; do not turn the audit into a linear reversed proof, exhaustive proof search, or replacement proof.

pyfixest demeaner_backend="cupy64" (including its CPU fallback when cupy is absent) is NOT numerically identical to the default numba backend and does NOT drop fully-absorbed/collinear regressors the same way. Use when: (1) adding demeaner_backend="cupy64" to existing pf.feols/fepois calls changes the printed coefficient table, (2) a regression report suddenly gains rows with absurd estimates (e.g. coef 435.8, SE 7106) for controls absorbed by the fixed effects, (3) diffing outputs before/after a backend change, or (4) anything parses a pyfixest text report by line position.

Orchestrate work as a cyclic directed graph of subagent-executed nodes with transition criteria on edges, budgeted cycles, and per-node gates (runtime verification, metric, or artifact). Use when the user says "workgraph", "run this as a graph", "graph this work", or when a goal has parallel branches, feedback loops, or mixed gate types that a linear loop cannot express. Every node is sized to a 64k context budget, so small goals run as a two-node do/verify graph and large goals scale out without caps. For clock-driven or metric-driven single loops, timeboxed-iterating and autoresearch remain lighter.

Run a task iteratively over a user-specified duration by dispatching subagents. The orchestrator stays strictly linear and time-checked, but each iteration fans out MULTIPLE subagents in parallel over independent units (and those subagents may fan out further). Shared state — a compact progress digest and a growing environment cheatsheet — lives on disk and is passed to every subagent BY REFERENCE, killing the per-subagent rediscovery tax. Every subagent first reads an initialiser preamble that points it at that shared state and makes it write findings back, so the cheatsheet populates itself; role prompts are produced ONCE on the filesystem by a single scaffold command and dispatched by path, never re-typed per dispatch. Subagents persist their results to disk and return only a tiny status, so the orchestrator's context stays small and lasts. The orchestrator classifies the goal as FINITE or OPEN-ENDED: finite lists may finish early; open-ended goals use the full duration, never idle, never manufacture busywork. Use when the user gives a task and a duration and wants it ground out iteratively by subagents over that time.

Author and own one flow's design document (the FLOW.md objective flow) at .unikit/gamedesign/flows/FLOW-<slug>.md — the dynamics layer of the GDD (what the player does over time). Create the skeleton and walk the collaborative section-cycle to write its objectives, pacing, dependencies, and funnel events ("design the first-session flow", "map the onboarding sequence", "write the FLOW for the boss encounter"), AND revise it after approval under the delta discipline ("retune the pacing", "add a branch", "change a GOAL", "rework the onboarding") — a cue/number change is Tuning, a small step change a Tweak, restructuring a Rework; each bumps the version and logs the delta. Identifies essential genes from CRISPR-Cas9 fitness screens using BAGEL2 (Kim & Hart 2021 Genome Med), a Bayesian classifier scoring per-gene Bayes Factors via log-likelihood ratios over per-sgRNA fold changes, calibrated against CEGv2 core-essentials (Hart 2017 G3, ~684 genes) and NEGv1 non-essentials (Hart 2014, ~927 genes). Covers the fc + bf + pr workflow, the linear-extrapolation improvement over BAGEL1 truncation, multi-target off-target correction, tumor-suppressor sensitivity (BAGEL2 detects enrichment), and BF calibration (BF >6 ≈ 90% posterior per Hart 2017; ~5% FDR by BAGEL convention).
