Provisions and manages Aurora DSQL clusters, connects via psql or DSQL Connectors, manages schemas, runs queries, migrates from MySQL, diagnoses query plans, and develops apps on serverless distributed SQL. Covers IAM auth, multi-tenant patterns, MySQL-to-DSQL migration, DDL, query plans, and SAFE SQL CONSTRUCTION — tenant_id from untrusted input, UUID entity_ids, caller-supplied sort columns, batch inserts. The agent MUST retrieve this skill for ANY DSQL task. Trigger on "run the tests", "exact dotnet test command", one test/class/category/trait/target framework, combined filters, `--filter-query`, `--no-build`, `--diag`, diagnostic logs, TRX, coverage collection, crash/hang dumps, filter errors, or unrecognized options. Chooses repository-compatible classic, VSTest, bridged MTP, or native MTP syntax for MSTest/xUnit/NUnit/TUnit. Read from a UModel object-graph semantic layer with the `umctl` CLI (MCP alternative noted). Three kinds of read: (1) entities & relationships / topology (`.entity`, `.topo`) and (2) the model itself (`.umodel`, and `.entity_set` methods, including entity-linked `list_skills`) return real rows; (3) metrics & logs (`get_metrics` / `get_logs`) return an executable *plan* — PromQL / Elasticsearch DSL with the entity id pre-substituted — that you run against the backend. Against a PaaS endpoint the same calls return data rows instead of a plan. Use to query or read UModel entities, relations, topology, or model metadata; to read a service's metrics or logs; to look up services and dependencies; or to discover what objects, datasets, and methods exist. For root-cause analysis on top of these reads, see the `umodel-rca` skill.

Recover from stale RFDB nodes that survive `commit_batch` cleanup despite having their `file` field listed in `changed_files`. Use when: (1) re-running an enricher/orchestrator step but old data with the same file field stays in the graph, (2) `commit_batch(changed_files=[X], ...)` reports success but a query later still returns nodes with `file = X`, (3) you re-pointed structural nodes (e.g., DIRECTORY/FILE) from a synthetic file path to real file paths and the old synthetic-path nodes won't go away, (4) graph-stream / find_by_type returns a mix of "stale" and "new" nodes for the same logical entity. Root cause: `handle_commit_batch` calls `engine.find_by_attr({file: X})` to enumerate nodes-to-delete, but that query path returns only a PARTIAL set after compaction (L1 segments and the file→nodes index can desync). Workaround: enumerate stale nodes via the TS rfdb client `queryNodes({file: X})` (different code path that finds all of them) and call `deleteNode(id)` per node, then re-commit the intended state. Related: rfdb-manifest-l1-carryforward (same L1 family).
