Turns a legal question, a set of draft questions, or source material such as a statute, jury instruction, rubric, contract checklist, or coding manual into a battery of narrow questions that TypeSafe's Jev, a fast classifier that returns probabilities rather than prose, can answer reliably across many documents. The skill breaks conclusions such as negligence, felony murder, or standing into element-level questions, writes the governing rule into each question, and delivers the questions alone, in Jev's request format or in plain English. Built for legal work that asks the same questions of many texts: coding statutes across jurisdictions, coding opinions or case files for empirical research, checking contracts against a review checklist, screening intake narratives, and grading student work against a rubric. Use when asked to write Jev questions, build a classifier for legal documents, or turn a legal test into yes-or-no questions. Running the questions requires Jev access; writing them does not.

Resizes, scales, and adjusts video resolution and dimensions using GPU-accelerated NVENC encoding via Volcengine LAS. Video resizing, video scaling, video upscaling, and video downscaling — change video resolution, enlarge or shrink video dimensions, and adjust video size for different platforms and screens. Video compression by reducing resolution and video transcoding and re-encoding with specific dimension constraints. Supports flexible min/max width and height ranges with aspect ratio preservation strategies (increase, decrease, or disable), including landscape to portrait conversion. Async submit-poll workflow with batch support. Use this skill when the user wants to resize or scale video resolution (upscale/downscale), change video dimensions for different platforms, compress videos by reducing resolution, transcode/re-encode videos with GPU NVENC, adjust aspect ratio including landscape-to-portrait conversion, adapt videos for mobile/web/social media, or batch process multiple videos.

Expert coding skill for the full MapTiler platform — Cloud REST APIs, MapTiler SDK JS (built on MapLibre GL JS), native mobile SDKs, on-premise infrastructure, and vector tile schemas. USE WHEN the user wants to add a map to a web or mobile app, show locations or routes, display geographic data, build a store locator, create data visualizations on maps, add geocoding or address search, do reverse geocoding, look up elevation, do IP geolocation, fetch weather data, transform coordinates between CRS/EPSG, embed static map images, work with vector tilesets (Planet v4, Buildings, Contours, Outdoor, Ocean, Landcover, Cadastre), write MapLibre style expressions or data-driven styling, render 3D terrain, globe view, or 3D buildings extrusion, use satellite imagery, add markers, popups, heatmaps, or clustering, integrate maps in React, Vue, Svelte, Angular, Next.js, Leaflet, OpenLayers, Cesium, or deck.gl, build native maps on iOS (Swift), Android (Kotlin), Flutter, or React Native, self-host with MapTiler Server or generate tiles with MapTiler Engine CLI, or upload/manage tilesets via the Admin API. Also USE WHEN the user mentions MapLibre GL JS — the SDK extends MapLibre with built-in cloud services, helpers, and session billing.

Fix intermittent `{:no_translation, :unicode, :latin1}` crashes in Elixir escript daemons that use length-prefixed framed IPC on stdin/stdout. Use when: (1) daemon worker crashes only on some input files, usually ones with non-ASCII bytes (kanji, cyrillic, emoji); (2) error surfaces as `Protocol error` from daemon's error branch or as garbled frame-length bytes seen by the orchestrator/client side; (3) standalone one-shot mode works fine on the same input but multi-request daemon mode fails; (4) `IO.binread(:stdio, N)` returns `{:error, {:no_translation, :unicode, :latin1}}` despite the "bin" prefix suggesting it should be encoding-agnostic. Root cause is the escript default `:standard_io` encoding — it's `:unicode`, and `IO.binread` still routes through the io_server, which translates bytes to codepoints and errors when raw binary frames contain invalid UTF-8 sequences.

Delegate coding tasks to Codex, Claude Code, or Pi agents via background process. Use when: (1) building/creating new features or apps, (2) reviewing PRs (spawn in temp dir), (3) refactoring large codebases, (4) iterative coding that needs file exploration. NOT for: simple one-liner fixes (just edit), reading code (use read tool), thread-bound ACP harness requests in chat (for example spawn/run Codex or Claude Code in a Discord thread; use sessions_spawn with runtime:"acp"), or any work in ~/clawd workspace (never spawn agents here). Claude Code: use --print --permission-mode bypassPermissions (no PTY). Codex/Pi/OpenCode: pty:true required.
