NeoLabHQ/context-engineering-kit1.8KUpdated Aug 27, 2026

Use when Codex feels slow or bloated, when local sessions/logs/worktrees/config have grown over time, or when a user wants safe maintenance for Codex Desktop/CLI state. Provides a read-only report by default, backs up before applying changes, archives instead of deleting, normalizes Windows extended paths, prunes dead config projects, rotates large logs, and moves stale worktrees.

vibeforge1111/keep-codex-fast1.6KUpdated May 6, 2026

Audits, preserves and recovers local Git state before cleanup: unpushed or wrong-branch commits, dirty worktrees, duplicate clones, stashes, dangling commits, squash-merge uncertainty. Use when the user fears lost work, wants to recover a commit, asks if a branch is actually merged, asks whether a branch, worktree or clone is safe to delete, or wants one clean main (误删分支 / 还有没有丢的东西). Not for GitHub PR operations.

GanyuanRan/Aegis1.4KUpdated Oct 20, 2026

Manage parallel development with Git worktrees: creation with port allocation, environment sync, branch isolation, and cleanup. Use when working multiple branches at once, running parallel CI validations, or isolating agent workspaces.

Use when a finished GSD workspace and its worktrees should be deleted. Confirms first, runs git worktree remove for each member repo, and refuses if any repo has uncommitted changes.

Start (or restart) a local Temps control plane built from this checkout, and the web dev server (`bun dev`) in `<checkout>/web`. Invoke when the user says "start temps", "restart temps", "launch the server", "kill and restart temps", or asks to bring the local server up after backend changes. Ports, database and data dir are allocated PER CHECKOUT (a "slot") so several worktrees/branches run side by side without killing each other or corrupting each other's schema — the first checkout you start in claims slot 0 (the familiar `:8080` / `:3000`); every other worktree gets its own slot and its own `temps_s<N>` database. Uses the `fast` cargo profile (release semantics, no debug symbols, parallel codegen) for quick rebuilds. Pass `split` (e.g. "start temps split", "/start-temps split") to launch the two-process proxy/console topology for testing that feature.

swarm

Free

Launch and watch Guaardvark's Swarm Orchestrator: parallel coding agents, each in its own git worktree, working a markdown plan and merging back deterministically. Use when the user wants several agents on one codebase at once, says "swarm this", or asks about a running swarm, worktrees, or merge status.

OPTIONAL per-task isolation for autonomous parallel work. Routed to only on explicit opt-in by subagent-driven-development or dispatching-parallel-agents, so parallel units mutate files without colliding. Stands up one worktree per unit, works it in isolation, then integrates each unit back onto the caller's working branch for the caller's single commit-gate + finishing-a-development-branch exit. Never on the default path; it does not bypass a gate or finish per unit.

Suede Labs agent-team orchestrator: split complex work into coordinated lanes with explicit file ownership, WIP collision detection, quality gates, escalation thresholds, rollback plans, and handoffs that prove what shipped. Use when one shared change needs safe parallel ownership across builders and reviewers, when a lane map must be resolved before anyone opens a file, or when running a repeatable public-repository contribution program with issue scoring, atomic task leases, isolated worktrees, and explicit publication authority. NOT FOR: one repo change a bundled DAG can run end to end (use suede-graph-flo-xr); findings-only review of a diff (use suede-code-review) or an A-F ship grade (use suede-code-grader); CI, branch protection, or merge-gate wiring (use suede-ci-gate); branch and worktree setup on a stale mirror (a private Suede Labs companion, not in this pack).

JasonColapietro/suede-creator-skills128Updated Oct 20, 2026

Creates and manages isolated Git worktrees for parallel agents, risky experiments, or long-running feature work while preserving the user's current checkout. Use before concurrent branch edits or when isolation makes rollback safer. Not for a trivial one-file change that is already isolated.

spawn

Free

Spawn full peer Codex or Claude sessions in their own panes and git worktrees — real sessions, not subagents — briefed by the lead and merged back. Not for bounded consults a subagent covers. Use when work must outlive or run beside this session, needs its own worktree, or must stay user-steerable.

spawn

Free

Spawns full Claude Code peer sessions in separate terminal panes and git worktrees, real sessions rather than subagents, each with a directed task and contract brief, monitored and merged by the spawning lead. Detects the environment and uses herdr first, then tmux, then a native claude background agent. Use when work must persist or run beside the current session, needs a separate worktree or permission settings, should remain user-steerable in a visible pane, or when the user asks to spawn, hand off, or parallelize full sessions. Also spawns Codex peers into those panes. Excludes bounded consults and subagent-scale work.

Safely close out completed Incan work after a PR is merged by verifying merge status, syncing the base branch, removing task-owned local worktrees/assets, deleting merged local/remote branches, pruning refs, and reporting dirty or ambiguous leftovers. Use when the user says /closeout, asks to clean up after a merged PR, or wants local RFC/issue branch/worktree cleanup.

Use when the user reports a problem or names a piece of work and wants to start on it in a fresh worktree — "start a task", "new task", "file this and make a branch", "/start-task". Finds or files the GitHub issue, creates the feat/… or bugfix/… branch linked to it, and prints the paste-ready `ai fwt|bwt` (Docker) and `ai os fwt|bwt` (host) commands that open the worktree. Linear flow with hard stops; asks nothing.
