親用の入口。共有手順を、ロード済みの本Skillの実体から解決して読む。別配置では親が実在確認した共有Skillの絶対pathを用い、対象repoやHOMEから推測しない。
共有手順に従ってmode・runtime・scope・対象・既存点検を解釈する。起動・model選択は共有AGENTS.mdのCursor方針と実際のTask schemaに従う。Codexの起動引数をTaskへ移植しない。
共有package内のreferences/runtime-controls.mdも同じ解決済みpathから読む。親が自己完結する依頼を渡し、履歴継承を許す例外を残さない。結果依存のForegroundと有用な並列作業のBackgroundを区別し、Codexの待機キーや独自の履歴書換hookを持ち込まない。原本反映・配布・実効動作・runtime未対応を別々に報告する。
