plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json のバージョンをインクリメントし、変更をコミット・プッシュしたうえでPRを作成するスキルです。引数で major / minor / patch を受け取り、対応する部分をインクリメントします。
引数（$ARGUMENTS）でバンプ種別を受け取る。
major … メジャーバージョンをインクリメントminor … マイナーバージョンをインクリメントpatch … パッチバージョンをインクリメント判定ルール：
major/minor/patch のほか、先頭一致で maj/min/pat のような省略や、日本語の「メジャー」「マイナー」「パッチ」も同義として解釈してよい）patch をデフォルトとして採用する以下のコマンドで現在のバージョンを取得：

取得したバージョンを major.minor.patch に分解し、ステップ0で決定したバンプ種別に応じて新しいバージョンを算出する。インクリメントした桁より下位の桁は 0 にリセットする。
現在のバージョンが 1.2.3 の場合の例：

plugin/.claude-plugin/plugin.json の version フィールドを新しいバージョンに更新する。
変更を現在のブランチにコミット・プッシュする。
pushしたブランチから、デフォルトブランチへのPRを作成する。バージョンバンプはIssueに紐づかないchore作業のため、create-pr スキル（Closes #<Issue> と cc-triage-scope ラベルを前提とする）は使わず、gh pr create で直接作成する。
