このリポジトリ（my-pde）が AI CLI 設定とドットファイルの source of truth。ai-agents/ や dotfiles/
を編集したら、このスキルで配布物を各ツールへ反映する。全 mise タスクはリポジトリルートの mise.toml に
定義されており、リポジトリ内ならどこからでも mise run <task> で実行できる。

*-copy は実体コピー（編集ごとに再実行が必要、既存エントリは上書き）。*-link / dotfiles-link は
symlink（一度貼れば追従）。
git status で何を編集したかを確認し、上表から必要なタスクだけ選ぶ。mise tasks info skills-copy 等（特に初回や配布先を確認したいとき）。mise run <task> で実行。複数同時なら mise run skills-copy ::: agents-copy ::: settings-copy
（::: 区切り。スペース区切りだと2つ目以降がタスク引数扱いになる）。/memory でルール、/hooks 相当でフック状態を確認）。*-copy 後: 配布先（例 ls ~/.claude/skills, ls ~/.claude/hooks）に最新が入ったか確認。*-link 後: ls -l ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md / ls -l ~/.config/wezterm が本リポジトリを指す symlink か確認。.claude/（rules・settings.json・guard hook・skills/）は このリポジトリ専用 で、
デプロイ対象ではない。配布されるのは ai-agents/ と dotfiles/ 配下のみ。.claude/skills/ の my-pde 専用スキル（skill-scaffold / hook-scaffold / agent-codex-convert /
routine-create-clean-connectors / deploy-ai-config）はコミットするだけでよい。clone の一部として
ローカルにもクラウド Routine にも載る。配るとむしろ他リポで実行できないスキルが一覧に残る。.claude/rules/skill-authoring.md、フックは
.claude/rules/hook-authoring.md にある。ai-agents/hooks/ は plugin（ai-agents@my-pde）と settings-copy の両方から配られ、ローカルでは
