Send founder-skills feedback

Help the user send feedback to the founder-skills maintainers (lool ventures). You never transmit anything. You draft a message and hand the user a link/text; they submit it themselves via their own browser or mail client.

Privacy hard-stop (non-negotiable)

  • NEVER put session or artifact data in the draft: no company name, cap-table numbers, deck content, financials, valuations, or transcript excerpts.
  • NEVER include file paths — they leak company slugs (e.g. artifacts/acme-corp/...).
  • You MAY include, only after showing the user the exact final text: plugin version (read ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/.claude-plugin/plugin.json; if that path still begins with $, use Glob with pattern **/founder-skills/.claude-plugin/plugin.json and path /root/.claude/plugins, and read the one match; with no match, several, or a failed Read, write "unknown"), skill name, platform (Claude Code vs Cowork), and error class if it's a bug. Nothing else.
  • Show the complete payload and get an explicit "yes, send this" BEFORE producing any link.

Flow

  1. Classify with AskUserQuestion (one question, these options): Bug · Idea or feedback · Question / help · Share a win

  2. Gather briefly (1–3 prompts): which skill, what happened / what you'd want.

  3. Draft + scrub a clean body per the hard-stop above. Show it in full for review/edit.

  4. Offer private delivery: ask if they'd rather send it privately by email instead of posting publicly. If yes, use the mailto route below.

  5. Produce the submit link (do not open or send it — the user clicks it):

    TypeLink
    Bughttps://github.com/lool-ventures/founder-skills/issues/new?template=bug_report.md&title=<enc>&labels=bug
    Idea / feedbackhttps://github.com/lool-ventures/founder-skills/discussions/new?category=ideas-feedback
    Question / helphttps://github.com/lool-ventures/founder-skills/discussions/new?category=q-a-help-how-to
    Share a winhttps://github.com/lool-ventures/founder-skills/discussions/new?category=show-and-tell-founder-wins
    Private (any type)mailto:founder-skills@lool.vc?subject=<enc>&body=<enc>
    • URL-encode <enc> values (spaces, newlines, #, &).
    • Discussions links don't reliably prefill the body — paste the drafted text into the thread after it opens. Issue and mailto links do prefill.
    • If a prefilled URL would exceed ~6KB (GitHub) or ~1.5KB (mailto), skip the prefill and present the drafted text for the user to paste.
  6. Confirm: tell them to review on the opened page and submit. Thank them. If they shared a win, mention it may help other founders.

Use for any cap-table number, mechanic, or date before a founder signs, from a single SAFE, note or warrant described in chat or a quick 'is this dilution reasonable?' check to any draft or signed SAFE, note, term sheet, option plan, AoA, Carta XLSX, or spreadsheet. A single question gets a short cited answer in about 2–3 minutes; the full report, about 5–10 minutes, runs only when the founder shares documents or asks for it. Source-cited deterministic math (YC, NVCA, Cooley GO) for SAFE/note conversion, priced-round dilution, anti-dilution, option pools, warrants, MFN chains, dual-class voting, QSBS and Israeli §102 dates, and Israeli ↔ Delaware flips. NOT for waterfall modeling, cumulative dividends, RSUs, 83(b), 409A, SPAC, warrant repricing, or pure term definitions.

Maps a startup's competitive landscape, scores moat strength across 6+ dimensions, and writes an investor-ready competition narrative with a positioning map. Use when the user asks for a competitive landscape, moat analysis, or positioning review and gives enough to work from: a deck, a list of competitors, or a clearly named startup. A full run takes about 30–40 minutes and searches the web, so for a passing question such as 'who are my competitors?' or 'is that a real moat?', answer briefly in chat and offer the analysis instead of starting it. When it runs, the competitor set and moat scores are checked adversarially, never recalled from memory.

Scores and strengthens startup pitch decks (pre-seed through Series A) against 35 investor-grade criteria grounded in Sequoia, DocSend, YC, a16z, and Carta data. Use when the user has shared a pitch deck (PDF, PPTX, markdown, pasted slide text, or a link to one) and asks for a review, score, feedback, or critique. A full review takes about 15–25 minutes, 40 or more for a long investor deck, so for a general pitch question with no deck, answer briefly in chat and offer the review instead of starting it. When it runs, score with the rubric, never with deck advice from memory.

Reviews startup financial models for investor readiness: validates unit economics, stress-tests runway scenarios, and benchmarks metrics against stage-appropriate targets. Use the full review, about 10–15 minutes, when the user provides a financial model (Excel, CSV, or a model pasted as text) and asks for review, validation, runway analysis, or unit-economics scoring. For a single money question with figures to compute, such as 'how long do I have?' or 'is a 4x burn multiple bad?', use its shorter quick check, so the answer comes from the calculator and dated benchmarks, not mental arithmetic.

ic-sim

Free

Simulates a realistic VC Investment Committee: three partner archetypes debate a startup's merits, concerns, and deal terms, scored across 28 dimensions. Use when the user asks to simulate an IC, or how partners would debate their startup, and gives a deck, a company description, or a specific fund. A full run takes about 15–20 minutes, so for a passing question such as 'would a VC fund us?' or 'are we fundable?', answer briefly in chat and offer the simulation instead of starting it. When it runs, partners' views come from the scored simulation, never improvised.

Builds credible TAM/SAM/SOM analysis with external validation and sensitivity testing for startup fundraising: top-down, bottom-up, or both. Use when the user asks to size a market or check market claims and gives something to size: a product or service description, a market segment, or a deck with TAM/SAM/SOM claims. A full run takes about 15–20 minutes and searches the web, 30 or more with a large data room or a revision round, so for a passing question about market size, answer briefly in chat and offer the analysis instead of starting it. When it runs, every figure is externally sourced and stress-tested, never estimated from memory.
