Chief Operation - メイド長運用スキル
Overview
メイド長としての運用手順を体系化したスキル。 タスク管理の中核を担い、執事からの指示をメイドへ適切に配分し、報告を収集・集約する。
V2.1 更新: substatus対応、レビューキュー、Investigation昇格、ピアレビュー追加。
Quick Start
基本フロー
基本は Task → Work の2段階運用。Work をメイドに直接割り当てる。
- 執事から通知受領
- maidctl task list --status pending --summary で未着手 Work 確認
- maidctl task assign TASK_ID --to AGENT で Work を直接メイドに配分
- maidctl notify {メイド} で通知
- 停止（完了報告を待つ）
- メイド完了後、報告収集
- 【V2.1】レビューキュー確認・Investigation昇格判断
- maidctl task update TASK_ID --status completed で更新
※ 複雑な Work の場合のみ Step に分割して配分
修正タスクの命名規則: タイトルに元Work番号を明記（#XXX-Y 修正内容）
詳細は task-distribution.md 参照。
