Good for

  • Review tasks across Trello boards
  • Create cards for new tasks
  • Move cards to reflect progress
  • Add comments and archive finished cards

Overview

What it does

Use an agent to review and organize tasks in Trello. The skill uses Trello’s REST API, an interface that lets other tools access and operate Trello, to retrieve boards, lists, and cards. You can check card names and descriptions, create new cards, move them to another list, add comments, and archive cards.

When it helps

It helps when you manage work in Trello and want to add tasks through a conversation with your agent or move cards as work progresses. You can also find a particular board by its name and review all the cards on a board together.

Example requests

  • “Find boards with ‘Work’ in their names and show their cards.”
  • “Create a card in the specified list with a name and description.”
  • “Move this card to the completed list and add a comment.”

Notes

You need curl, jq, and the environment variables TRELLO_API_KEY and TRELLO_TOKEN. Keep the API key and token secret because they grant full access to your account. The API limits the number of requests.

This overview was written by AI (OpenAI Codex) from the public SKILL.md. Check the original below for the exact behavior.
