Build the Div 7A picture for a private company: what's been advanced, what's covered by a complying agreement, what must be repaid by when, and what's at risk of being a deemed dividend.
.gitignore, output locations or repository configuration without explicit approval. If the aus-accounting MCP tools are available in this session (the Claude Code plugin starts them), use them to check the arithmetic in steps 3 and 4. They read a bundled table and contact no service, so they never replace the step 3 source check:
get_div7a_benchmark_rate with response_detail set to full for the income year and compare its rate with the one from ato.gov.au. UNKNOWN means the table does not cover the year.review_div7a_loan once per amalgamated loan, passing only facts the records establish, and compare its minimum yearly repayment with step 4. An omitted fact stays UNKNOWN, which is not a failed limb.UNKNOWN, rely on the ato.gov.au rate and the step 4 calculation, do not use the engine's repayment figures, and record the difference as an exception on the register.Record what the engine consumed and returned: tool name, package version, inputs, the rate's source and check date from the full response, the comparison with ato.gov.au, and every UNKNOWN or REFUSED result. Keep the engine's own labels as its own on the register: its shortfall is an experimental review aid, not an assessed deemed dividend. The engine does not classify s 109R repayments, UPEs, distributable surplus, interposed entities or debt forgiveness, so steps 2, 5 and 6 stay manual. Without the tools, follow steps 3 and 4 as written.
