Guizang 日本語版
日本語の企画・導入提案は references/japanese-business-workflow.md を読む。MagazineとSwissの選定、入力、組版、講稿、実テンプレートの検証を扱う。
元の SKILL.upstream.md を読む。選んだStyle A/Bに必要な参照だけを読み、assets/template.html または assets/template-swiss.html を実際にコピーして内容を挿入する。別の共通レンダラーへ置き換えない。Swissは元のS01–S22の登録版式を保持する。
日本語の内容を作り、langをjaにする。中国語用のNoto SC指定はNoto Sans JP / Noto Serif JPへ変更する。英字の指定フォント、テーマ色、レイアウト、WebGL、Motion、ページ制御は保持する。文の意味で改行し、長い日本語の見出しは字号とフレームを調整する。ローカルの日本語フォントはreferences/japanese-fonts.mdを参照する。
上流の「見出しだけ変えた別スタイル」を作らない。元のテンプレートとの差分と出力をSOURCE.jsonに基づいて記録する。スライドIDと講稿を一対一に対応させ、scripts/validate-presenter-mode.mjsを実行する。Swissではscripts/validate-swiss-deck.mjsも実行する。ブラウザーで実表示・翻ページ・字形を確認する。
このフォークとテンプレート派生物のコードはAGPL-3.0。LICENSEを保持し、改変ソースと対応する配布元を用意する。MotionはMIT、LucideはISC、書体はOFLの原文を個別に保持する。カタログのCC0をこのスキルへ適用しない。
発表者表示の原典検査は省かない。原典validatorの中国語タイマー3ラベルは日本語では不一致になるため、原文検査結果と3期待値だけの差分を対に残す。原典の講稿ID・現在/次ページ・注釈・計時・同期処理を維持する。小さなプレビューには固定1280×720の仮想画面を等比縮小する局所差分を使う。独立した観客画面の実表示は、UIの「同期済み」と区別して確認する。大きな表を読む研修、講稿中心の長文資料、複数人の同時編集には別方式を検討する。
現在の作例の実施範囲（Round4）
暗色と明色を交互に置き、行程と計画値を原典の版式へ配置。発表者画面は次頁の枠を拡大し、全7頁の目的・講稿・次へのつなぎまで確認できるようにした。
- Swiss、画像グリッド、スクリーンショット整形、WebGL背景の動き、Step0の上流更新確認は今回未実証。
- 独立した観客画面を人が見て同期確認した範囲は未達。同期済みUI表示、現在/次iframeの確認とは区別する。レーザー/囲む・黒白幕・freeze・リハーサル・自動送りも未実証。
- 発表者画面の画像は制作側の実ブラウザー操作。直接file表示とHTTP表示の双方を同一条件で比較していない。サイト内作例とQAは同一originのHTTPで配信。
- 原典一般ルールの全段階達成を宣言しない。大きな表や長文研修、複数人編集には別方式が適する。
全7頁の実描画と個別の動作証拠は制作側の確認。独立Kimi K3/Opus5.5の新しい版の評価は別に行う。過去の採点を新しい画像へ引き継がない。
