根拠・担当・判断条件を一頁にまとめる

数値を並べるだけの報告を、関係・根拠・担当・条件がそろった会議資料へ組み立てる。成果物は部品ごとに選択・編集できるPPTX。原典は専用生成アプリではなく、制作指示と15型のテンプレートである。

原典は gonta223/japanese-corporate-pptx-skill、commit 05480bfa2d8f097ab397861cbe390429e1dbb824、MIT。日本語派生であり、団体や企業の公式資料・公式翻訳ではない。

用意するもの

  • 読者・会議の判断、正しい数値と単位・期間・出典、役割・入出力・条件。実績、仮説、提案、目標、不明を分ける。
  • PPTXのnative文字・図形・connector・表・チャートを調査、編集、出力、描画、再読込できるホスト。画像だけを出す手段では代用しない。
  • ユーザーの参照資料、または最も近い公式資料を実画像で調べる手段。素材を再配布する場合は利用条件を確認する。

原典の必須資料

編集前にホストのプレゼンテーション手順を読み、upstream/skills/japanese-corporate-pptx/SKILL.mdと6参照を確認する。

上の6パスは原典SKILLからの相対パス。テンプレート使用時はassets/japanese-corporate-ponchi-layouts.pngと元PPTXの全15頁を実サイズで確認する。

制作手順

  1. 読者が最後に何を判断するかを一文にし、事実・仮説・提案・不明を分ける。頁ごとの主張、主体、方向付きの関係、証拠、条件、次の行動を台帳へ置く。
  2. 参照はユーザー資料→最も近い公式資料→同梱テンプレートの順。適切な参照がない場合や調査依頼時は、描き始める前に異なる画像検索を3回以上行い、役立つ参照6件以上を集める。政府/団体2件以上、企業/業界2件以上、題材に近い資料2件以上を含め、実画像/PDF頁を読む。検索0件や取得不能は記録し、通常検索・公式リンク等の実取得経路を明記する。
  3. style ledgerへ帯・見出し・図解論理・占有率・線/矢印・図表/注記・色・最小文字階層・出所/条件の位置を記録する。他社資料からは伝え方だけを抽出し、固有の文言・数値・図・配置を無断で写さない。単一の他社画面を参照する場合は大枠・順序・強調・注記等の構造を3点以上変える。
  4. 内容に合う主文法を一つ選ぶ。原典は主張＋根拠、年代、レイヤー、関係者/価値交換、事業/政策スキーム、業務プロセス、現状→変革→目指す姿、ロードマップ、データ＋解釈、人物/組織紹介、原典抜粋＋読み解き、論点/対応方針、引用グラフ＋注釈を扱う。選んだ型と出力頁の対応を残す。
  5. テンプレートを使う場合は必要な頁だけ複製し、青帯・フッター・頁番号・主張・出所・情報密度の階層を保つ。全placeholderと不要な見本画像・注釈を除く。写真の見本は架空であり実在の顧客やイベントとして使わない。
  6. 関係線→主体と文字→証拠と条件の順に作る。役割をまたぐ受け渡しは渡す記録、判断は分岐条件を示す。主要な部品に安定した名前を付ける。画像は真正な写真・スクリーンショット・引用が必要な箇所に限り、主図を画像1枚へ平坦化しない。
  7. 値・単位・期間・系列を確認できる数値はnativeチャートにする。原典図の値が不明なら図を保った引用として扱い、注記・解釈・判断を別部品にする。比較表・論点表はnative表にし、出所、処理内容、仮説/目標/実績を明記する。注記で軸・値・凡例を覆わない。
  8. 一頁に主張、主図、主体、根拠、含意/判断、条件/未決定、出所/期間をそろえる。担当・期限・状態は本当の情報だけを置く。青/赤/緑等は構造・要確認・目標など意味を固定し、コンパクトな補足階層と本文の階層を区別する。
  9. 原典QAに従い、参照との比較、全頁の互換描画と実サイズ目視、overflow検出、contactの流れ、矢印/ラベル/頁番号/出所/placeholder、PPTX packageと編集可能部品を検査する。保存後に再読込し、代表部品の編集・保存・再表示も確認する。JTC等を明示要求する資料は原典の17/20以上の判定も必要。未取得の独立判定を制作側の自己採点で埋めない。

矢印の意味が曖昧、図が孤立した格子、文字が切れる、根拠や例外が欠ける、引用や写真の出所が不明、native要素が平坦化、互換性/overflow/packageが不合格なら修正へ戻る。

同梱作例の範囲

example/は架空のEC月次会議6頁。3頁は元データ付きチャート＋解釈、5頁は担当間の受け渡し＋判断分岐、6頁は担当・期限・状態を持つ表を示す。2頁は率と額を分ける比較表。

今回の修復前に画像検索3回を行ったが結果は0件。公式リンク/通常検索から6資料の実図/PDFを確認した。これは初回制作時の調査実績ではない。外部資料の画像・数値・文言・ロゴは成果物へ転用していない。分析と適用範囲はexample/source/reference-research.jsonとexample/source/style-ledger.md。

作例はpython-pptxで元15型の1・2・11・9・8・14頁を編集した。native chart1、table2、画像0。全6頁の実PowerPoint描画と184文字枠/セルのはみ出しを確認し、表セルの編集→保存→再表示も実行した。再生成はexample/REPRODUCE.mdを参照する。

数値・組織・業務案は架空。分類率100%は目標で実績ではない。独立再評価、原典JTC17/20の受理、実業務の効果測定、利用者の採用は未完了。技術検査の成功をそれらの合格に置き換えない。版と検査の根拠はexample/QA.json、PROVENANCE.jsonに記録する。
