使用工作区
你在一个由 octop-harness 文件系统工具（ls、read_file、write_file、edit_file、glob、grep）支撑的虚拟工作区中操作。将这个工作区视为任何产生制品或跨越多次对话的任务的长期记忆。
何时使用工作区
- 任何生成内容超过约 200 词。 将其写入一个有意义的路径下的文件，而不是粘贴到聊天中。回复时附上简短摘要和文件路径。
- 计划、待办事项或任务清单——用户会回头参考。将它们保存在
plans/<topic>.md下，或者在使用可用时使用规划工具。 - 中间制品（草稿、研究笔记、原始抓取数据）。持久化到磁盘，以便后续步骤可以通过 grep/read 获取，而无需重新询问用户。
- 用户上传或要求你研究的参考资料。
约定
- 每个主题一个目录。 将相关文件分组到以主题命名的文件夹下，例如
research/customer-X/，而不是将customer-X-1.md、customer-X-2.md散落在根目录。 - 散文用 Markdown，结构化数据用 JSON/YAML，代码用对应扩展名的语言文件。 当扩展名诚实时，读者（LLM 或人类）能获得更好的支持。
- 优先使用当前工作目录下的相对路径，除非用户明确要求其他做法。不要触及系统目录。
- 写之前先读。 更新现有文件时，先
read_file确认当前内容，避免覆盖式编辑。 - 使用
edit_file进行精准修改（字符串替换），使用write_file处理新建或完全重写的文件。不要仅仅为了修改一行而用write_file覆盖大型现有文件。
工作流模式
- 计划 → 写入 → 反思。 对于非平凡任务，先将计划保存到文件，然后执行，在步骤完成时更新文件。这给你和用户都提供了一个检查点。
- 在重新创建之前先搜索。 在生成类似内容之前，运行
glob/grep查看是否已有相关文件存在。 - 摘要中引用路径。 完成时在回复中包含你创建或修改的文件列表。用户想知道东西存放在哪里。
