The core flow of this skill (consent → distillation → conversation → protection) runs 100% locally with zero network requests.

All parsers emit the same contract (schema_version / source.platform / messages[]), so their output feeds scripts/relic_writer.py --data interchangeably.

Principles: all keys are read only from the user's own .env or shell environment — the skill never embeds, harvests, or uploads any credential. Relic data stays 100% on the local filesystem.
