show-me

Help the user understand the current topic visually with concise diagrams, code-shape sketches, and focused HTML artifacts. Use when the user asks to show / diagram / visualize / sketch / illustrate what is going on, asks "what does this look like", "how does this flow", "show me the structure", or in Japanese Also use it proactively when an explanation is running long and a call tree, file tree, component tree, diff, Mermaid diagram, or a small HTML artifact would land faster than prose.

Help the user understand the current topic of conversation visually. Skip the preamble and keep prose brief. Pick the smallest view that makes the key point clear.

Pick the format for where the user is reading. In a terminal, text views (pseudocode, call trees, file trees, diffs) render everywhere and are the default. Mermaid and HTML need a surface that renders them — an artifact, a PR/issue body, or an IDE markdown preview.

  • Show logic or an algorithm as pseudocode:
on(save)
  if content is unchanged
    return cached result
  write new content
  return fresh result
  • Show runtime control flow as a call tree:
submitForm
  createSession
    persistPrompt
    launchAgent
  navigateToSession
  • Show UI structure as a component tree, including state and module boundaries that matter:
<SessionPage> (apps/example/src/routes/session.tsx)
  useSessionEvents()
  <SessionToolbar>
    <RunSkillButton> (packages/ui)
  • Show file responsibility or a broad refactor as a shallow file tree:
src/
├── commands/       # parses user actions
├── sessions/       # owns session state
└── transport/      # sends API requests
  • Show component interaction, control flow, or data flow with Mermaid — in an artifact, a PR/issue body, or an IDE preview. A plain terminal does not render it, so there reach for a call tree or a file tree instead:
sequenceDiagram
    participant User
    participant UI
    participant Daemon
    User->>UI: choose command
    UI->>Daemon: send expanded prompt
    Daemon-->>UI: stream result
  • Use diff when the point is what changes and the surrounding shape already exists. Match the diff shape to the topic.

For a component change:

 <SessionPage>
   useSessionEvents()
   <SessionToolbar>
+    <RunSkillButton />
   <SessionTimeline>
+    <SkillResultCard />

For a file-layout change:

 src/
 ├── commands/
+│   └── show-me.ts       # expands the slash command
 ├── sessions/
-└── transport.ts
+└── transport/
+    ├── client.ts
+    └── stream.ts

For a call-tree or call-stack change:

 submitForm
   createSession
     persistPrompt
+    expandSkillMention
     launchAgent
-  navigateToSession
+  navigateToSession
+    subscribeToEvents

For a state or control-flow change:

 on(save)
-  write content
+  if content is unchanged
+    return cached result
+  write new content
+  invalidate cache
  • Show the whole block when most of it is new, when omitted context would hide ownership or order, or when the user needs a copyable target shape:
function expandSkill(command: string): string {
  const skillName = command.slice(1)
  return `use the ${skillName} skill`
}
  • For a visual UI, layout, state comparison, or concept too dense for Mermaid, write one focused HTML file — a diagram, an infographic, or a short slide deck, whichever fits the point. Match the product's colors, type, spacing, and components; use real labels and data; support desktop and mobile. Write it to the session scratchpad, then hand it over the way the user can actually open it:

    • publish it with the Artifact tool and give them the link — this also reaches them when they are following the session from another device, or
    • open it locally when a link is overkill:
Bash(open path/to/show-me-{description}.html)

guidance

Place each visual next to the short text it supports. Keep only the calls, files, props, states, and boundaries needed to answer the user's current question or the options to resolve the current discussion point.

You may use one of these, you may use several, it is unlikely you will use all of them. Use your judgement and don't overwhelm the user.

  • Mermaid
  • HTML は scratchpad に書いて Artifact で publish(open はローカル確認用のフォールバック)

Add GitHub permalinks with fixed SHA/commit references to research documentation containing code snippets. Use when writing technical docs with code examples, creating investigation/research docs that reference source files, user asks to "add permalinks" or "add GitHub links", documenting code research findings with file:line references, or creating audit trails needing permanent code references. Triggers on "add github links", "add permalinks", "link to source", "make code references permanent".

Run a project's GitHub Issues through Orca Workers from a coordinating session in the project's Hub folder. The Orchestrator reads Issues, claims one, dispatches an Orca Task into a fresh worktree of the target repo, supervises until worker_done, and writes the outcome back to the Issue — it never edits code itself. Use when the user says "take

Vendor (copy-import) a single external Claude Code skill into your own skills repo correctly — with license compliance and full provenance/attribution. Deterministic, idempotent primitive: given an upstream ref (owner/repo/path@sha or a GitHub URL) it fetches the skill, detects and gates on the license, copies the folder, injects a provenance frontmatter block (license + metadata: author/source/upstream_commit/vendored_at/provenance), ships the upstream LICENSE, adds a ## Credits section, and records a CREDITS.md ledger entry. Use when the user asks to "vendor a skill", "import a skill", "clone a skill", "borrow someone's skill", "add an external skill with attribution/credit", or This is the import primitive that a skill-scout/curator orchestrator calls; it does NOT discover or evaluate — it correctly imports ONE skill you already chose.

Generate PPTX slide decks from a speech script or talking points — built for the 5-minute Monday morning speeches at Syla. Use when the user already has a script / 原稿 / メモ and asks to turn it into slides, a deck, or a presentation. Not for slides derived from a video — use youtube-slide-maker for that. Uses PptxGenJS directly (NOT html2pptx.js). Provides 4 slide template patterns, D3.js chart generation, and AI image integration.
