Vulnerability audit and dataflow analysis built on the neug CPG engine. file_audit (default, recommended): first builds a function-level summary graph (tier1) over the entire project, then incrementally builds detailed CPGs (tier2) on demand for chosen functions; both tiers coexist in a single neug database (unified schema, cross-layer refines edges; C/Java/Python/Rust). All capabilities are exposed as CLI tool subcommands (audit/overview/build/query/methods/paths), so an agent can drive the audit step by step via shell; the audit subcommand can also run the built-in LLM loop. The same tooling also supports a dataflow analysis mode (Workflow C): no vulnerability hunting, only variable-level dataflow tracing for functions of interest, producing dataflow_analysis.json. repo_audit: multi-round LLM/Cypher audit over a full-repo CPG. Use when the user asks to audit a codebase/project for vulnerabilities, scan a project with CPG/neug, run repo_audit/file_audit, find source-to-sink taint paths, or analyze dataflow inside a function. Supports C, Java, Python, and Rust.

Runs a multi-step procedure as a Python DAG, so ordering, branching and retries are enforced by the runner rather than described in prose a model can generate past. Use for "run these steps in order and retry the flaky one until the check passes", "build a pipeline that fetches, validates, then skips the upload when nothing changed", "make sure these steps cannot be skipped", "resume from where it broke instead of redoing the expensive early stages", "run these independent calls at once and merge the results", or any procedure of 3+ steps with branches, input contracts, or side effects that must not block the critical path. Primitives are depends_on, when=, validate=, retry_until=, detached= and journal_path=. Not for a single sequential call, for steps needing reasoning between them that no predicate captures, or for async and distributed work. To audit whether one verification check can actually go red, use gating. To fan work out across many subagents, use a dynamic workflow.

Use when the MCP server, mcp/catalog.json, a tool, resource, or prompt definition, or the MCP install docs change, or before publishing an MCP release. A check that did not run against the live server is a FAIL, not a skip. NOT FOR: a generic third-party MCP server, which this skill's hardcoded surface does not describe; fixing or testing the public install path itself (use suede-launch-packaging).

Suede-owned operations-architecture discipline that fixes the shape of a system before anyone builds it: entity schema first, exactly one write path per entity, every unit of work routed to a deterministic automation, an AI agent, or a human decision, every existing tool marked absorb, keep, or kill, and the build sequenced into phases whose completion is proved by a command. Use when scoping an automation or agent build, deciding whether a workflow needs a model at all, consolidating a sprawling tool stack, designing the data model under a workflow, choosing a migration path off an old system, or ordering a build so nothing lands on a moving foundation. NOT FOR: executing a planned multi-file repo change (use suede-graph-flo-xr); coordinating parallel builders with file ownership (use suede-agent-teams); lead lifecycle, scoring, and CRM routing rules (use suede-revops); proving agent output quality against an eval set (use suede-ai-eval); reviewing the finished diff (use suede-code-review).

Trigger when the user wants the bug repaired and the conversation already contains a clear failing area, a reproducible failing test, a concrete error path, or a prior diagnosis to implement. This skill is a router: it tells you which tool to use for each file type (pdf, docx, xlsx, csv, json, images, archives, ebooks) so you read the right amount the right way instead of blindly running cat on a binary. Triggers: any mention of /mnt/user-data/uploads/, an uploaded_files section, a file_path tag, or a user asking about an uploaded file you have not yet read.
