Read and reuse AI coding session context across Claude Code, Codex, Antigravity/agent hooks, Cursor adapters, and compatible AI tools. Use this skill whenever the user asks to read, inspect, resume, compare, or continue another session by name or session ID, asks what happened in the previous session, or starts a new session that should inherit the nearest prior context. The paired provider adapter automatically loads the nearest previous project session at startup and resolves explicit session-read requests.

Use when designing or reasoning about an Agentforce Grid worksheet — the spreadsheet-like Agentforce workspace where rows are jobs and columns are sequential Data / AI / Action steps that process left to right — to run bulk record updates, generate insights, or test multi-turn AI conversations over CRM or Data Cloud (Data 360) data without Apex or Flow. Trigger keywords: Agentforce Grid, workbook, worksheet, grid column, data column, AI column, action column, bulk AI update, Flex Credits per row, metered compute. NOT for building the agent, its topics, or its actions themselves (use agentforce/* action and topic skills), NOT for single-record prompt design (use the prompt-builder skills), NOT for deployable metadata/Apex (Grid is a no-code Studio tool, not a metadata type), and NOT for AI governance/ethics policy (use admin/ai-ethics-and-governance-requirements).

Use when admins are reducing Chatter signal-to-noise across an org — covers org-level Chatter Email Settings, per-user Email Settings preferences, group-level email digest frequency (Daily / Weekly / Every post / Never), bell-icon Custom Notifications vs Chatter feed-post tradeoffs, automated-feed suppression on record types via Feed Tracking config, and the Chatter Settings org defaults that control whether new users start with everything-on. Triggers: 'chatter feed full of automated posts nobody reads', 'users complain about chatter email volume', 'turn off chatter notifications for a specific group', 'change default chatter digest frequency', 'stop process builder posts from filling the feed', 'NotificationFrequency invalid value', 'ChatterEmailsMD.settings will not deploy', 'custom notification recipient limit'. NOT for Custom Notifications API design (use apex/apex-custom-notifications-from-apex), NOT for Connect API / Chatter REST API integration patterns (use apex/apex-connect-api-chatter), NOT for Chatter group lifecycle, archiving, ownership and unlisted-group governance (use admin/chatter-group-governance).

Diagnose and mitigate Salesforce data skew — ownership skew (single user owns >10,000 records) and parent-child skew (>10,000 children under one parent) — that cause sharing recalculation slowness, group membership lock errors, and record-level locking failures. Covers lookup skew and UNABLE_TO_LOCK_ROW, Defer Sharing Calculation (deferGroupMembership / deferSharingRules in Sharing.settings), ownership bucket groups, Controlled by Parent OWD, Bulk API serial vs parallel concurrency for skewed loads, and the documented load ordering for roles, groups and sharing rules. NOT for planning and batching a recalculation job — use data/sharing-recalculation-performance. NOT for designing the sharing model itself — use admin/sharing-and-visibility.

Router for the 101 SfSkills `data` skill packages. Data model, data movement and data quality: migrations, bulk loads, query optimisation, deduplicating at volume, archival. Ordinary-volume duplicate cleanup and prevention use salesforce-admin; come here for hundreds-of-thousands+ dedup or third-party tools. LDV architecture uses salesforce-architect. Use when the request mentions data model, data migration, data load, Data Loader, Bulk API, external id, deduplication at volume, archival, SOSL, cross-object search, sandbox seed data, SandboxPostCopy, native Data Seeding. Finds and opens the exact skill package to read; it does not contain the guidance itself.

Run a task iteratively over a user-specified duration by dispatching subagents. The orchestrator stays strictly linear and time-checked, but each iteration fans out MULTIPLE subagents in parallel over independent units (and those subagents may fan out further). Shared state — a compact progress digest and a growing environment cheatsheet — lives on disk and is passed to every subagent BY REFERENCE, killing the per-subagent rediscovery tax. Every subagent first reads an initialiser preamble that points it at that shared state and makes it write findings back, so the cheatsheet populates itself; role prompts are produced ONCE on the filesystem by a single scaffold command and dispatched by path, never re-typed per dispatch. Subagents persist their results to disk and return only a tiny status, so the orchestrator's context stays small and lasts. The orchestrator classifies the goal as FINITE or OPEN-ENDED: finite lists may finish early; open-ended goals use the full duration, never idle, never manufacture busywork. Use when the user gives a task and a duration and wants it ground out iteratively by subagents over that time.

Run work as an explicit event-driven state machine executed by subagents. The orchestrator is the runtime from the canonical loop — `state, effects = init(machine); execute(effects); while state is active: event = nextEvent(); state, effects = transition(machine, state, event); execute(effects); return state.output`. All routing judgment is authored ONCE, at plan time, into a machine file (states, event alphabet, transition table, budgets, final states); at runtime the orchestrator does pure table lookups and dispatches effects — it never decides, never authors, never ingests artifacts. Subagent/sync protocol is the timeboxed-iterating one: role prompts scaffolded once to disk and dispatched BY PATH, an initialiser preamble every subagent reads first, a self-populating cheatsheet, per-unit files, tiny structured returns, independent measurement gate. Use when the user says "workmachine", "run this as a state machine", "state-machine this", or when a goal has a small number of clearly named phases with explicit outcomes (built / passed / failed / blocked) and you want the routing to be auditable rather than judged on the fly. For clock-driven loops use timeboxed-iterating; for wide graphs with judged edge criteria use workgraph.

Firmware development for the Arduino Nano (A000005, ATmega328P @ 16 MHz, 5 V) — its 30 KB usable flash, 2 KB SRAM, 1 KB EEPROM, 8-channel 10-bit ADC, six 8-bit PWM pins across three timers, UART shared with the USB-serial chip, I2C on A4/A5, SPI on D10–D13, sleep modes, and the Arduino AVR core + PlatformIO setup around them. Use when working on this board or any ATmega328P Nano clone (FTDI or CH340 USB): project setup, platformio.ini, old-vs-new bootloader uploads, pin mapping, A6/A7 restrictions, timer/Servo/tone conflicts, the 2 KB SRAM budget, analog references, powering from VIN, ICSP recovery, or debugging why something on the board does not work.

Fix data that has gone wrong and change shape without breaking what reads it: duplicates, nulls, inconsistent document shapes, a field that means two things, a column that has to change. Use when a report cannot be built because the data is not in the right shape, when duplicates, nulls or inconsistent shapes are producing wrong numbers, when a field is needed or has to change, before a migration, or when onboarding data from a new source that does not match the standard shape.
