Use when you are a registered relay agent (a spawned worker, or a lead that called register_agent) coordinating with peers in real time over current Agent Relay MCP tools - messaging, channels, threads, reactions, search, inbox, actions, and worker spawn/release. For role selection and orchestrator startup instructions, use https://agentrelay.com/skill and the orchestrating-agent-relay skill.

Run fable-mode execution discipline on Claude Fable 5.1 — the top of the escalation ladder and the strongest staged run available. Routes the task to the @fable-orchestrator agent with its model overridden to Fable (`model: "fable"`), which stages the work, delegates artifact production to @fable-worker-sonnet / @fable-worker-haiku, and cold-checks deliverables with @fable-verifier. Trigger when the user explicitly asks for thorough/systematic/"deep work" handling on the strongest model ("fable on fable", "stage this on fable", "deep work mode, fable", "run this on 5.1"), or when a fable-opus run reports the task exceeds Opus's ceiling. Benchmarked 2026-09-02: zero correctness delta on Fable 5.1 at ~1.1× tokens, ~2× wall — a provenance runner, not an accuracy runner. Do NOT use for ordinary single-pass tasks — prefer fable-opus, fable-sonnet, or fable-haiku when the task doesn't need peak reasoning. Fable is plan-included; bulk work still routes down-tier.

Single "start here" orchestrator for new cold email operators. Asks infrastructure-status questions first, then runs /icp-onboarding → /lead-magnet-brainstorm → /campaign-strategy in sequence, producing a consolidated campaign-plan.md. Ends with an interactive menu of next skills branched on whether the user already has domains/inboxes. Use as the very first invocation on any new repo checkout or when onboarding someone to cold email from zero.

Lead substantial Codex builds with one configured implementation worker and lead acceptance. Use when the user requests codex-on-crack, names a model to delegate work to, asks to run subagents through Claude, or requests a lead/worker split. Keep host-only work direct; honor explicit external model choices. Workers must not invoke this orchestrator.

Step 2 of the PaperOrchestra pipeline (arXiv:2604.05018). Execute the visualization plan from outline.json — render plots and conceptual diagrams from experimental_log.md and idea.md, optionally refine via VLM critique loop, and produce context-aware captions. Runs in parallel with the literature-review-agent. TRIGGER when the orchestrator delegates Step 2 or when the user asks to "generate the figures for my paper" or "render the plots from this experiment log".

Step 1 of the PaperOrchestra pipeline (arXiv:2604.05018). Convert (idea.md, experimental_log.md, template.tex, conference_guidelines.md) into a strict JSON outline containing a plotting plan, literature search plan (Intro + Related Work), and section-level writing plan with citation hints. TRIGGER when the orchestrator delegates Step 1 or when the user asks to "outline a paper from raw materials" or "generate the paper structure".

Step 5 of the PaperOrchestra pipeline (arXiv:2604.05018). Iteratively refine drafts/paper.tex by simulating peer review and applying targeted revisions, with strict accept/revert halt rules, deterministic 0-100 decision bands (Accept/Minor/Major/Reject) that drive a target-met early stop, and a Devil's Advocate concession-threshold guard that blocks acceptance on unresolved critical findings. Maintains a worklog and snapshots each iteration so revert is real, not symbolic. TRIGGER when the orchestrator delegates Step 5 or when the user asks to "refine the draft", "iterate on the paper", or "run peer review on this paper".

Step 4 of the PaperOrchestra pipeline (arXiv:2604.05018). ONE single multimodal LLM call that drafts the remaining paper sections (Abstract, Methodology, Experiments, Conclusion), extracts numeric values from experimental_log.md into LaTeX booktabs tables, splices the generated figures from Step 2, and merges everything into the template that already contains Intro + Related Work from Step 3. TRIGGER when the orchestrator delegates Step 4 or when the user asks to "write the methodology and experiments sections" or "fill in the rest of the paper".

Step 3 of the PaperOrchestra pipeline (arXiv:2604.05018). Execute the literature search strategy from outline.json — discover candidate papers via web search, verify them through Semantic Scholar (Levenshtein > 70 fuzzy title match, temporal cutoff, dedup by paperId), cross-corroborate against Crossref + OpenAlex to flag hallucinated citations, build a BibTeX file, and draft Introduction + Related Work using ≥90% of the verified pool. Runs in parallel with the plotting-agent. TRIGGER when the orchestrator delegates Step 3 or when the user asks to "find citations for my paper", "draft the related work", or "build the bibliography".

The Atlas engine — turn any goal into a validated PRD and an executable, verified task graph. Brand-name entrypoint; a thin alias for the `go` orchestrator. Use when the user types /prd:atlas, says "I want to build", or asks for a PRD / task-driven build.

Collect auditable public X/Twitter posts by controlling the user's already logged-in Chrome, searching X's rendered web interface, scrolling visible results, and extracting original post text and metadata from DOM into normalized JSONL. Use for VOC research, social listening, multilingual keyword discovery, competitor monitoring, or historical search when X requires the user's browser session and cookies, credentials, internal GraphQL, paid APIs, or search-engine snippets must not be exported or used. X data layer of the bggg VOC suite (shared project folder; orchestrated by industry-orchestrator, reported by bggg-voc-report).

Collect auditable Reddit search results and full comment trees at scale, preserve the source JSON, and normalize posts and comments into analysis-ready JSONL. Use for VOC, market research, community discovery, keyword snowballing, or any task that needs Reddit post and comment text without inventing unavailable fields. Reddit data layer of the bggg VOC suite (shared project folder; orchestrated by industry-orchestrator, reported by bggg-voc-report).

Collect Amazon.com written product reviews at scale through Woot's public review AJAX route, retain every attempt and error log, reconcile partial runs, and normalize exact review text into auditable JSONL. Produce a high-confidence, CONCISE implementation / architecture / strategy PLAN that follows the OMC plan system end to end. It first runs OMC's real requirements interview (auto-chains the `omc-plan` skill: one question at a time, explore-first, Analyst consult) to produce an initial plan in `.omc/plans/`, then DEEPENS that plan with a 3-round ITERATIVE fusion loop — each round an Opus 4.8 panelist (Agent subagent) and a GPT-5.5 panelist (via codex) critique/improve it IN PARALLEL and BLIND, then Opus 4.8 (the orchestrator) judges and synthesizes one tighter plan that seeds the next round, stopping early on convergence. Writes the final dense plan back to the same `.omc/plans/<slug>.md`, then offers the OMC handoff (`/omc-plan --review` → `/team` or `/ralph`). Use for high-stakes planning, architecture decisions, strategy calls, and hard debugging — especially when the user runs /plan or asks how to approach a non-trivial build. Reuses the `fusion` skill's run_codex.sh + judge rubric. NOT for trivial tasks (single pass is enough).

Entry point + orchestrator for the recomby-geo GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) workflow on OpenAI Codex CLI. Use when the user wants to run any stage of the GEO pipeline on a client folder — intake, visibility audit, content-gap analysis, content brief, draft production, distribution, or monthly re-audit — or asks to "run GEO", "audit AI search visibility", or "GEO this client". Codex has no bare slash commands, so this skill is how the 7 stages (that Claude Code runs as /01-intake … /07-reaudit) are driven on Codex. It routes to the per-stage specs in this plugin's commands/ and enforces the orchestration rules. Does not auto-fill expert content — the human-in-loop brief checkpoint is the moat.
