概要と使いどころ

Use when starting or picking up a non-trivial effort (feature, investigation, perf probe, refactor, migration) in a shared repo where teammates or future agents must coordinate or hand off; when a repo has no durable in-tree record of decisions and dead-ends; when you're about to drop a well-measured negative result; or when bootstrapping a journal from a repo's commit history.

Detects 55 AI writing patterns and rewrites text in five voice profiles so it reads like a specific human wrote it, with an optional 0-100 AI-tell score. Use when text sounds AI-generated or like a chatbot, when preparing a blog post, README, or LinkedIn post for publication, when auditing prose for AI tells, or when editing a Markdown file in place. Triggers on phrases like "humanize this", "make this sound less AI", "make this sound human", "remove AI tells", "does this read like ChatGPT", and "rewrite so it does not sound AI-generated". Pure Markdown, zero dependencies, no network calls.

Before removing code that looks redundant, wasteful, or "wrong" based on log observations or code review instinct, grep the test suite for tests whose names describe the exact behavior you're about to remove. A test whose title literally describes the "weird" thing (e.g. "calls play() even when player reports playing", "retries even when first call succeeded", "skips cache even when fresh") is a load-bearing workaround, and the production log you're reacting to is probably the workaround working as designed — not a bug. Use when: (1) Tempted to remove a function call that "looks redundant" based on a production log, (2) About to "simplify" a conditional that seems to always take the same branch, (3) Reviewing code and thinking "why would anyone write this?", (4) A log line shows a state that seems impossible or contradictory (e.g. playing=true but positionMs=0 for seconds), (5) CI surfaces a failing test whose name describes exactly what your fix removed.

Fix Riverpod "Using ref when widget is unmounted is unsafe" error in ConsumerStatefulWidget. Use when: (1) Error thrown in dispose() when calling ref.read(), (2) Need to call a service method during widget cleanup, (3) ConsumerStatefulWidget needs to perform actions on provider when user navigates away. Solution: cache the service/notifier in initState with late final.

Takes an app from hardcoded strings to a localized, continuously translated one with i18next (Locize optional): stack detection, config, wrapping strings in t(), key extraction, Locize sync, and AI translation. Use when the user asks to add or set up i18n, internationalization, localization, translations, or multi-language support, including phrasings like "add i18n", "internationalize my app", "make my app multilingual", "make my app translatable", "localize my app", "find hardcoded strings", "wrap my strings", and library-specific ones like "set up i18next", "add react-i18next", "use next-i18next". Also use when the user names languages they want to support ("I want German and French", "support more languages"), when an app already has i18next but strings are still hardcoded, or when translations need to move to a managed backend. Do not use for translating or reviewing strings in a project whose i18n is already set up.

When handing work to the Codex CLI earns its cost, and how to size the run: second-model review, bounded implementation hand-offs, sandbox permissions, model and reasoning effort. Use when the user asks for Codex or `codex exec`, when a change is complex or high-stakes enough that an independent reviewer would change the outcome, or when a delegated run needs its model, effort, or permissions chosen. For agents other than Codex itself.

Produce video (and its supporting stills) through Higgsfield (higgsfield.ai), a multi-model creative platform that fronts third-party video models (Kling, Veo, Seedance, Wan, MiniMax, and, until retirement, Sora) plus Higgsfield's own control layer — Soul / Soul ID image generation, the DoP camera-preset engine, and the Cinema Studio filmmaking suite. Use this skill when a request routes generation through Higgsfield specifically, when the user wants aggregator-level model switching and cinematic camera/effect presets in one workspace, when planning character consistency via Soul ID, or when deciding whether to go through Higgsfield versus direct to an underlying model provider. Covers model selection, per-model prompt strategy, credit economics, the (partial) API surface, capability limits, and rights/consent policy for generated and uploaded real-person footage.

Enforce architectural rules when generating or modifying code, and validate proposed designs before approval (design mode). Defaults to clean architecture; supports any architecture style via the architecture-refiner. Validates layer responsibilities, dependency direction, and structural constraints using the loaded architecture rules. Use when generating code, reviewing architecture, creating new files, or when the user mentions 'architecture', 'layers', 'structure', 'dependency rules', 'hexagonal architecture', 'ports and adapters', 'modular monolith', or 'onion architecture'. Also use when reviewing generated code for structural compliance.

Protocol for handling ambiguous decisions and missing/conflicting knowledge during code generation, design, and review. Ensures AI surfaces genuine judgment calls with structured options and stops on hallucination risk instead of silently assuming. Use when a decision has multiple valid approaches, when facts are missing or contradictory, when the user asks 'what should we do here?', 'is this a judgment call?', 'should I ask about this?', 'am I guessing here?', 'what are the tradeoffs?', or when deciding between two reasonable architectural or design options. Also composed by molecules to define how judgment calls and clarification requests are surfaced and resolved.

Overlay doctrine for the embedded-captions workflow — the caption MODEL (drop / rail / embed) and the rule that captions are an OVERLAY composited on top of the film, never a reserved bottom band you shift content up to avoid. Load when adding captions/subtitles to a talking-head or launch video, when deciding whether a phrase should be dropped, ride the verbatim rail, or be promoted to a scarce embedded climax, when laying out a composition that will carry captions (do NOT reserve a keep-out band), or when centering a composition on the true frame center under captions. Google search via real Chrome browser (chromux). Use when the user asks to "search Google", "구글 검색", "구글에서 찾아줘", "find articles about", "search the web for", or needs web search results with full page content. Also trigger when: searching a specific site ("search dev.to for..."), finding recent articles/posts about a topic, extracting content from search results, or when WebSearch results are insufficient and real browser rendering is needed. Prefer this over WebSearch when the user wants site-specific search, time-filtered results, or full article body/comments extraction.

Cucumber runs behavior-driven (BDD) tests written as plain-language Gherkin feature files and matches each Given/When/Then step to code. Use when the user wants to write feature files, implement step definitions in JavaScript or TypeScript with cucumber-js, share state through a World, add hooks, tags and profiles, or run BDD scenarios in CI. Also use when the user mentions "cucumber," "BDD," "Gherkin," "feature files," "given-when-then," "step definitions," or "behavior-driven." For contract testing, see pact.

Paul Graham's founder mode. When to delegate vs. dive deep. Maintaining velocity as you scale. Avoiding "professional CEO" traps. The operating mode that built Apple, Tesla, and every YC unicorn. Founder mode isn't micromanagement - it's having the conviction and context to make decisive moves that employees can't. It's staying in the arena when conventional wisdom says to step back. Use when "founder mode, should i delegate, staying close to work, micromanagement, when to step back, professional ceo, manager vs founder, skip level, how involved should i be, letting go of control, scaling as founder, founder burnout, founder, leadership, delegation, management, scaling, operational" mentioned.

Build and audit deterministic verification gates — a check that blocks a pipeline and can be shown to go red. Use when writing a calibration gate, CI check, validation script or pre-publication check for a numeric or empirical result; when a plausible-but-wrong value would survive review; when asking whether an existing test, linter rule or check could actually fail; and when a suite passes first try, passes suspiciously often, or was written by whatever produced the thing it checks. Triggers on "can this check fail", "known-bad", "negative control", "calibration gate", "sanity check my results", "is this test actually testing anything".

Break out of a locked problem frame by picking one disciplined move — reframe, provocation (Po), random stimulus, SCAMPER, inversion, structured analogy, constraint play, or family traversal — and committing to it before evaluating. Use when stuck, when options feel narrow or obvious, when iterations produce variations of the same idea, or when the user says "widen this", "break out of", "think differently", "I'm stuck", "feels too obvious", "stress-test the framing", "what am I missing", or holds two related examples and asks what lies between or beyond them. Complements challenging (which evaluates) and convening-experts (which synthesizes viewpoints); this skill generates distance, not judgment.

Turns open-ended requests into things to think WITH instead of answers to accept. Audits the hidden assumptions inside a topic, inverts them into sharp "what if" provocations, branches each one outward, and delivers a fully-expanded mind map image plus the written wonderings. Fire this when the person signals they want to open up a space and think alongside you — "wonder about X", "what are the weird angles on X", "help me think about what this could be", "I want to explore, not decide yet" — or when they invoke /wonder or /wonderpill. Do NOT fire when the same topic is attached to a request for concrete, usable, or decided output: a named deliverable, a count ("give me 5 names"), a deadline ("ideas I can ship this week"), or a "which / what should I pick" question — those want straight answers, not a wonder pill. When it is genuinely unclear which they want, this skill opens by asking one line rather than branching. Not for factual lookups or executing a plan already chosen.

Suede-owned operations-assessment discipline that maps how work actually happens before anyone designs a system: floor-level interviews with the people who do the work, an inventory of every silo including spreadsheets and inboxes used as databases, friction quantified in the requester's own numbers, opportunities ranked by annual value against build complexity, and adoption watched for the thirty days after launch. Use when nobody can answer what to automate, when an operation needs auditing before a build, when tribal-knowledge and key-person risk has to surface, or when a shipped system is quietly being routed around. NOT FOR: deciding what to build and in what order once the map exists (use suede-ops-architecture); researching external customers rather than internal operators (use suede-customer-research); lead lifecycle, scoring, and CRM routing rules (use suede-revops); product instrumentation and dashboards (use suede-analytics); getting a new user to first value (use suede-onboarding).

Suede Labs cross-surface canon discipline: hold one canonical answer across every surface that states it (web, iOS, Android, docs, a second service) by generating a contract from the reference surface and making the others assert against it, so a divergence fails a test instead of reaching a user or an answer engine. Consistent canon is what makes a product citable: generative search quotes sources that do not contradict themselves, and a number that differs between your site and your app is a contradiction a model can see. Use when the same rule, threshold, ladder, or stated fact lives on two or more surfaces; when values are copied by hand out of a handoff; when two surfaces already disagree; or when auditing where they drifted. NOT FOR: deciding which surface is correct (a product call this skill records rather than makes); reviewing a diff (use suede-code-review); wiring merge gates (use suede-ci-gate); a generative-search audit of a page (use suede-seo-audit).
