Specialized prompt-building methodology for content and communications tasks. Provides 11 tested approaches (3 identity, 4 reasoning, 4 output) for writing, editing, content strategy, copywriting, audience analysis, editorial evaluation, cross-channel adaptation, and persuasion design. Use when building a Claude prompt or system prompt for content creation, editorial workflows, or communications tasks. Trigger on: "build a prompt for writing," "prompt for content strategy," "prompt for copywriting," "prompt for blog posts," "prompt for email sequences," "system prompt for editorial," "prompt for messaging framework," "content brief prompt," "prompt for audience analysis," "prompt that produces better content." Do NOT use for writing content directly — this Skill builds prompts that produce better content. Do NOT use for evaluating or scoring existing prompts — use rootnode-prompt-validation if available. Do NOT use for general prompt compilation — use rootnode-prompt-compilation if available.

tamarind

無料

Access a collection of open-source molecular design and structural biology tools on the Tamarind Bio platform, via its REST API or MCP server — no local GPUs required. Tamarind bundles popular open-source models for structure prediction (AlphaFold, Boltz, Chai, ESMFold), protein, binder, and de novo design (RFdiffusion, ProteinMPNN, BoltzGen), antibody and nanobody design and developability, protein-ligand docking (DiffDock, Autodock Vina), binding-affinity prediction, MSA generation, and molecular dynamics. Use when the user mentions Tamarind or tamarind.bio, wants to run any of these open-source tools in the cloud, references app.tamarind.bio/api or the x-api-key header, or needs to submit batches of sequences for structural or biophysical characterization.

Analyze and engineer protein glycosylation. Scan sequences for canonical N-glycosylation sequons (N-X-S/T with X not proline, including overlapping sites), predict O-GalNAc hotspots, read glycan notation, and reach the curated external tooling (NetNGlyc, NetOGlyc, GlycoShield, GlycoWorkbench, GlyTouCan, GlyConnect). Use this skill for therapeutic antibody glycoengineering and afucosylation for ADCC, Fc glycan control, glycan shielding in vaccine immunogen design, sequon removal or insertion, and half-life engineering through sialylation. Also trigger on N-glycosylation, sequon, NXS/NXT, O-glycosylation, glycoform heterogeneity, afucosylation, high-mannose, GlyTouCan, or WURCS.

How to use the Adaptyv Bio Foundry API and Python SDK for protein experiment design, submission, and results retrieval. Use this skill whenever the user mentions Adaptyv, Foundry API, protein binding assays, protein screening experiments, BLI/SPR assays, thermostability assays, or wants to submit protein sequences for experimental characterization. Design small interfering RNA and antisense oligonucleotide sequences against a transcript, and screen them for the failure modes specific to nucleic-acid drugs. Use this skill to tile a target transcript, apply positional and thermodynamic selection rules including duplex asymmetry and nearest-neighbour melting temperature, scan candidates for seed-region complementarity to off-target transcripts, and lay out a chemical modification pattern — gapmer architecture, 2'-O-methyl and 2'-MOE wings, locked nucleic acid, and phosphorothioate placement. Also trigger on siRNA, antisense oligonucleotide, ASO, gapmer, RNase H, seed region, duplex asymmetry, 2'-MOE, locked nucleic acid, phosphorothioate, or GalNAc conjugate.

Fix intermittent `{:no_translation, :unicode, :latin1}` crashes in Elixir escript daemons that use length-prefixed framed IPC on stdin/stdout. Use when: (1) daemon worker crashes only on some input files, usually ones with non-ASCII bytes (kanji, cyrillic, emoji); (2) error surfaces as `Protocol error` from daemon's error branch or as garbled frame-length bytes seen by the orchestrator/client side; (3) standalone one-shot mode works fine on the same input but multi-request daemon mode fails; (4) `IO.binread(:stdio, N)` returns `{:error, {:no_translation, :unicode, :latin1}}` despite the "bin" prefix suggesting it should be encoding-agnostic. Root cause is the escript default `:standard_io` encoding — it's `:unicode`, and `IO.binread` still routes through the io_server, which translates bytes to codepoints and errors when raw binary frames contain invalid UTF-8 sequences.

Designs cancel flow UX, dunning email sequences, win-back campaigns, and retention triggers. Covers the full churn prevention lifecycle from early warning signals to 90-day win-back. Use when someone mentions 'churn', 'retention', 'cancel flow', 'dunning', 'win-back', 'users leaving', 'reducing churn', 'keep users', 'customers canceling', 'payment failed', 'failed payments', 'losing subscribers', 'customer retention', or wants to prevent customers from leaving. Even if they just say 'people keep canceling' or 'how do I keep users' — this is the skill. Handles both voluntary churn (unhappy users) and involuntary churn (failed payments). Use this whenever subscription retention is the goal.

Knowledge skill that applies behavioral psychology and persuasion principles to any marketing asset. Covers Cialdini's 6 principles, cognitive biases, and ethical persuasion frameworks. This skill is invoked BY other skills to enhance their output. Use it whenever copy needs more psychological weight, when a landing page feels flat, when email sequences lack urgency, or when any marketing asset needs to be more persuasive. Also use when someone says 'make this more convincing', 'add urgency', 'psychological triggers', 'persuasion framework', 'behavioral psychology', 'conversion optimization', 'nudge', 'influence tactics', or 'why isn't this converting'. Make sure to use this whenever ANY marketing copy needs to be more persuasive, even if the user just says 'this feels weak' or 'how do I get more signups', psychology principles likely apply.
