Build the effects of an ice and frost skill as one visual language in Three.js. Frost that grows like real frost, not a painted fern: a dendritic tree grown on the CPU from a seed point, stems racing outward with barbs and sub-barbs that compete for space in one time-ordered queue, side branches leaned toward their tips, baked into a distance field so the shader draws hairline feathers growing out from the seed with a bright tip, rime, crystal glints and a contact shadow. Faceted ice spikes built from half-spaces and ray-traced against their own planes (Snell, Fresnel, total internal reflection, Beer-Lambert blue, trapped bubbles, a fracture network, frosted edges) that erupt along the frost line, crack along visible planes and shatter into convex pieces that tumble, land on a face and rest, with snow lumps and ice chips settled into the crust. A low freezing mist marched as wind-stretched banks that churn in place and part around the ice, a blizzard column of powder on helical strands with a fibrous veil, glinting diamond dust, and a scanned snow floor with dunes, broken crust, a raking moon with self-shadow and two populations of glints. Use for ice or frost skills, frost novas, ice spikes or walls, glacial eruptions, shattering ice, blizzards, snow devils, freezing mist, frozen ground, "ice and frost", "frost creep", "ice shards", "realistic ice" or "skill effects only". Includes two reusable modules and a five-beat demo on a scanned CC0 snow floor with a failure-mode switch.

Use when the user asks to run a full empirical / causal analysis in Python — by default in the style of an applied economics paper (AER / QJE / JPE / ReStud / AEJ) with DID / RD / IV / SCM / DML / matching, written-out estimating equation + identifying assumption, Table 1 / Table 2 / event-study figure / robustness gauntlet — OR in epidemiology / public health style (target-trial emulation, IPTW + g-formula + TMLE triplet, Mendelian randomization, KM/AFT survival, E-value sensitivity, STROBE/TRIPOD reporting) — OR in ML causal inference style (DML, S/T/X/R/DR meta-learners, causal forest, Dragonnet/TARNet/CEVAE, BCF, CATE distribution, policy learning, conformal causal, fairness audit, causal discovery) — OR in distributional / gap-decomposition style (Oaxaca–Blinder `sp.oaxaca`, Kitagawa `sp.kitagawa_decompose`, DiNardo–Fortin–Lemieux `sp.dfl_decompose`, Gelbach `sp.gelbach`, Fairlie `sp.fairlie`, RIF / FFL `sp.rif_decomposition`, all reachable through the `sp.decompose` dispatcher). Also covers exporting multi-column regression tables to Word / Excel / LaTeX (Stata outreg2 / esttab / R modelsummary equivalent) and bundling an entire replication appendix into one .docx / .xlsx / .tex file. Classical end-to-end empirical analysis workflow in the traditional Python econometric stack — pandas + numpy + scipy + statsmodels + linearmodels + pyfixest + rdrobust + econml + causalml + matplotlib/seaborn. **Defaults to economics empirical-paper style** (AER / QJE / AEJ) — every run produces a publication-ready output set with a multi-column regression table (M1→M6 progressive controls/FE) as the centerpiece, plus Table 1 (descriptives), mechanism / heterogeneity / robustness tables, and event-study + coefficient + trend figures. Covers the full 8-step pipeline an applied economist or quantitative social scientist runs on every paper — (1) data cleaning, (2) variable construction & transformation, (3) descriptive statistics & Table 1, (4) statistical diagnostic tests, (5) baseline empirical modeling, (6) robustness battery, (7) further analysis (mechanism, heterogeneity, mediation, moderation), (8) publication-ready tables & figures. **Also covers two parallel domain modes that share the same 8-step scaffolding** — **Mode A — Epidemiology / public health** (target-trial emulation via `zepid` / hand-rolled `pandas`, IPTW + g-formula + TMLE doubly-robust triplet via `zepid` / `econml` / `lifelines`, Mendelian randomization via `pymr` / `mrtool` (or `rpy2` → `MendelianRandomization`/`TwoSampleMR`), KM / AFT / Cox survival via `lifelines`, E-value sensitivity, principal stratification — STROBE / TRIPOD reporting), and **Mode B — ML causal inference** (DML via `econml.dml` / `doubleml`, S/T/X/R/DR meta-learners via `econml.metalearners` / `causalml`, causal forest via `econml.grf` / `causalml`, Dragonnet / TARNet / CEVAE neural causal via `causalml`, BCF via `pymc-bart` / `bcf-py`, matrix completion, CATE distribution + policy tree via `econml.policy` / `policytree-py`, off-policy evaluation, conformal causal via `mapie`, fairness audit via `fairlearn`, DAG learning via `causal-learn` / `cdt` / LLM-assisted). Prescribes which library to reach for at each step, shows the canonical code, and links to deeper `references/` files for variant-specific patterns. Use when the user asks for a **complete empirical analysis** in Python, wants to replicate an applied-economics paper from scratch, needs a reproducible workflow that is NOT opinionated on any single vertical package (contrast with StatsPAI), wants explicit control over every estimator and diagnostic, or asks "how do I write a full empirical pipeline in Python?". Also triggers when the user names a specific classical step in isolation — "winsorize at 1/99%", "run Breusch-Pagan", "build a Table 1 balance table", "do a placebo test", "event study plot", "mediation analysis" — and wants it wired into the broader pipeline. Mode A triggers on "target trial emulation", "IPTW", "TMLE", "Mendelian randomization", "STROBE", "公共健康", "流行病学". Mode B triggers on "DML", "double machine learning", "causal forest", "meta-learner", "Dragonnet", "BCF", "policy tree", "conformal causal", "fairness audit", "因果机器学习".

Use this skill when the user is doing hands-on NVMe-over-Fabrics storage-target work on a BlueField DPU or ConnectX NIC with DOCA STA — standing up a doca_sta DOCA Core context that accelerates the target-side NVMe-oF data path over RDMA, defining doca_sta_subsystem targets (NQN + namespaces) backed by local NVMe-PCI backend disks (doca_sta_be), checking device support via doca_sta_cap_is_supported, sizing the per-connection I/O queues, or debugging DOCA_ERROR_* from a STA call. Trigger even when the user does not say "DOCA STA" — typical implicit phrasings include "my NVMe-oF Connect never completes", "Identify Controller times out over RoCE", "16 I/O queues at depth 1024 — does this BlueField support that", "offload the nvmf target onto the DPU", or "DOCA_ERROR_IO_FAILED on an NVMe read". Refuse and route elsewhere for DOCA install, raw RDMA data movement, raw packet I/O, flow-rule programming, or initiator-side / host NVMe stack work — those belong to other skills.

Operate the DOCA UROM Service container on BlueField Arm for remote memory operations (puts, gets, atomics, collectives) enqueued by a paired host using `doca-urom`: pull the NGC image, choose the UCX component, size queues, configure Comch pairing, and align host and service versions. SECURITY: the service has no standalone access control; Comch pairing and RDMA permissions are the boundary. Pair only intended hosts, expose least-privilege memory regions, and verify both views before start. Trigger for slow UCX collectives, unexpected NOT_PERMITTED, or missing completions. Do not use for host application code, MPI/UCX integration design, or DOCA install.

Use this skill for hands-on DOCA GPI programming — wiring a GPU-Packet-Initiator context so a CUDA kernel drives RDMA queues directly from GPU memory without host CPU mediation. Covers picking GPI vs doca-gpunetio, the doca_gpi / domain / channel object model, the GPU-side handle handoff (doca_gpu_gpi_channel*), attaching GPU memory to a GPI domain, the domain and channel attribute objects, and debugging DOCA_ERROR_* from doca_gpi_* calls. Trigger even when the user does not explicitly mention "DOCA GPI" — implicit phrasings include "my CUDA kernel needs to post RDMA directly from GPU memory", "DOCA_ERROR_* from doca_gpi_gpu_channel_get", "how do I hand a GPU handle to my CUDA kernel", "how many channels can a GPI domain hold", or "GPU kernel driving RDMA without the host CPU on the path". Refuse and route elsewhere for the doca-gpunetio Send/Receive surface, the doca-rdma queue lifecycle, DPA-side initiation (doca-rdmi), or the CUDA programming model — those belong to other skills.
