Draws flat vector illustrations as SVG cards (480x360): slim, long-limbed people acting out one design or coding moment with one hero prop. Identified by no outlines on big shapes, thin white fold strokes as the only shading, navy only for hair, sneakers and a few hairlines, small heads (about 1:7) with big hands and white sneakers, and sparse floating confetti with no ground line, in lavender, indigo, sunshine yellow, coral and mint. Covers the measured palette, stroke numbers, character construction (tapered limbs, separated fingers, thumb side), poses, props, composition and a tested parts kit. Use when asked for flat illustrations, flat vector people, outline-free or no-outline characters, modern or corporate flat art, empty states, onboarding screens, 404 or error pages, coming-soon pages, blog headers, feature spots or marketing cards.

Operate any Obsidian vault as a living, self-rewriting second brain (an evolution of Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern: sources rewrite existing pages, contradictions reconcile automatically, scheduled agents maintain the vault while you sleep). Use this skill whenever the user asks Claude to read, write, update, search, or manage their Obsidian vault - including saving notes from conversation, creating daily entries, updating kanban boards, logging dev work, managing people notes, capturing decisions, tracking deals, or maintaining any vault structure. Also triggers when the user wants to bootstrap a new vault from scratch, run a vault health check, or drop a _CLAUDE.md into their vault so all Claude surfaces share the same operating rules. Includes a research toolkit (7 commands: /x-read, /x-pulse, /research, /research-deep, /notebooklm, /youtube, /podcast) for AI-powered research via Grok, Perplexity, NotebookLM, YouTube, and podcast feeds - findings save to the vault automatically following the AI-first vault rule. Use proactively whenever the conversation produces information worth preserving (decisions, people met, projects started, tasks completed, lessons learned, research findings).

Runs an operational incident from detection to closed action — declaring it and naming a commander, separating the people restoring service from the people communicating, keeping a timeline as it happens, deciding when it is over, and running a review that produces a small number of changes someone actually completes. Use this to set up an incident process, run one, work out why the same failure keeps recurring, or fix a review practice that generates findings nobody closes.

End-to-end news-triggered signal composite. Takes any piece of news — an article, LinkedIn post, tweet, announcement, event, trend, regulation, product launch, acquisition, layoff, expansion, or any other public event — and evaluates whether the companies or people mentioned are ICP fits. If yes, identifies the connection between the news and your product, finds the right people to contact, and drafts personalized outreach using the news as the hook. Tool-agnostic. Accepts both company-level and person-level news triggers. AUTO-TRIGGER: Load this composite whenever a user shares a URL (LinkedIn post, article, tweet, blog post) or mentions a company/person they "came across", "saw", or "found" from any external source and asks about relevance, fit, ICP match, or whether to reach out. The user does NOT need to explicitly say "outreach" — any signal evaluation request from an external source triggers this.

The six principles (Simple, Unexpected, Concrete, Credible, Emotional, Stories) diagnose and fix communication failures. Triggers include 'how do I make this memorable', 'my pitch isn't landing', 'people forget what we told them', 'how do I tell a better story', 'our training materials are boring', 'how do I present data compellingly', 'nobody remembers our message', 'how do I get people to care about this', 'my writing is too abstract'. Spins up a swarm of buyer sub-agents (default 100, --quick for 20) trained on the user's target customer, each with a different income, age, buying behaviour and objection, shows every one the same pitch, and runs the business through 100 buyer scenarios to see who buys, who doesn't, and why. Your team has high autonomy — and standups are vague, weekly meetings drift into status reports, and 1:1s produce nothing but "I'm fine." This playbook fixes all three layers at once. What's inside: • Daily Standup system — 3-field format, good sample, 4 COO principles to keep it honest • Weekly Meeting — strict 25-min agenda, Scrum Master rotation, 0–10 pulse check • 1:1 Framework — 9-dimension quantified pulse, 5-group deep question bank, bilateral feedback structure • Diagnostic layer — "stuck-at" detection: info / authority / collaboration / capability / direction • FAQ for 4 common failure modes (dead standups, status-report meetings, "I'm fine" 1:1s, scaling beyond 10 people) 🇨🇳 你的团队自由度很高——但 standup 越来越糊,例会变成汇报,1:1 问不出真话。 Post a sitrep (situation report) for a live incident, in its incident channel: a short fixed-layout update for people who haven't read the whole channel — the current picture and what moved since the previous update. Use on "sitrep", "status update", "where are we", "what's the latest", "catch me up", "summarize the incident so far", when asked to keep posting on a schedule ("post a sitrep every hour until resolved"), or when the oncall memory sets an update cadence for this severity and the incident owner asks Claude to keep it. Reads the channel, alert thread and findings posted, re-reads the one key signal, and writes: status line, TL;DR, impact, what changed since the last sitrep, what's in progress and who has it, what's needed, when the next update comes, one chart. Facts come only from what people said or Claude read first-hand; cause and recovery time are never guessed. Fits one phone screen. Not investigation (`incident-investigate`) or the write-up afterwards (`incident-postmortem`).
