Reads, searches and counts Claude Code session transcripts (the .jsonl files under ~/.claude/projects, subagents too) with the csift command-line tool, and ships hooks that re-inject compacted turns or record pending questions. Use when asked what a past or running session said, did, edited, spent or is doing now; when about to grep, jq or script over a transcript jsonl (a type=="user" filter overcounts the person's messages), count how many messages the person typed, tool calls or tokens, or claim something was never done or decided; to rebuild a lost file or plan from what a session wrote, extract pasted images, restore turns a compaction summary lost, find a subagent's own id when CLAUDE_CODE_SESSION_ID names the parent, wait on or message another session or subagent; or when csift prints "unknown label selector", "show needs an address", "looks like a session/agent id, not a project path" or "0 matches — a DEFINITIVE absence". Not for semantic or embedding search: csift matches regular expressions only.

Use when assigning a confidence level to an analytical judgment, the user asks "how confident are we?" / "what is the confidence on X?", or the orchestrator's tradecraft pipeline calls for a confidence level before publishing. Provides three named levels (High, Moderate, Low) with 0-100 score ranges aligned to STIX, and the rule that confidence cannot exceed what the weakest load-bearing claim supports.

Traces and documents signal paths, bus/aux architecture, and sidechain connections in audio systems. Surfaces hidden coupling between audio components. Use when the user asks to trace a signal chain, explain audio routing, understand an audio graph, locate sidechain sources, or describe how audio flows through a plugin or engine. Trigger on phrases like "trace this signal chain", "explain this audio routing", "what calls what in this audio graph", "where does the sidechain come from", "how does audio flow through this plugin".

Record a finding about the configured engine MCP server into .unikit/MCP-RECHECK-NOTES.md — the project's log of what has to be re-checked here. Use right after a call reported success while changing nothing, ate an argument, or validated a broken state, e.g. "write this down", "record this MCP finding", "the server lied — note it", "add a recheck note", "trap this". Takes three forms of input: the finding in one line, a path to a plan file (harvests the "## MCP Findings" table of that plan and nothing else), or nothing at all — then it takes findings already in the session first, and offers to scan the tables of plans touched since the last audit. The table only, never the plan body. Writes in the one allowed genre — a check to perform; never a lifted gate, never a named workaround, never a claim about what the server can or cannot do. Makes zero MCP calls and needs no editor. To replay, retire, or upstream existing notes use /unikit-mcp-audit instead.

Includes house Jest standards for NestJS unit and contract tests, TDD discipline, and test-report structure.

Pull pre-computed ortholog calls from public databases (OrthoDB, Ensembl Compara, OMA browser, eggNOG, PANTHER, KEGG Orthology, HomoloGene) via their REST APIs. Use when orthologs are already curated upstream, when the question is "what is the X ortholog of Y" rather than "how to infer orthology de novo", when batch-mapping gene IDs across species, or when comparing the resources for consensus calls. Encodes confidence-level semantics, 1:1 vs 1:many vs many:many, HomoloGene deprecation, and when to defect to de novo computation.

Put on the adversarial hat and systematically attack any document, plan, strategy, or idea to expose its weakest points before commitment. Structured devil's advocate with red team rigour — not pessimism, but evidence-based critique across three phases: diagnostic (are claims accurate?), creative (is the problem artificially constrained?), challenge (are solutions robust?). Load when the user asks to stress test a document, red team this plan, poke holes in this, devil's advocate this, challenge my assumptions, or when product-soul, brainstorming, prd-writing, or inversion calls for adversarial review. Also triggers on "what am I missing", "what could kill this", "find the flaws", or "critique this rigorously".

Use when deciding what breakout behaviour to monitor, investigating a suspected Docker or Kubernetes breakout, or comparing escape coverage across runtime sensors. Keywords: container escape, breakout, namespaces, CAP_SYS_ADMIN, privileged, hostPath, kernel exploit, syscall. Do not use for Falco rule syntax itself - use detecting-container-escape-with-falco-rules; for a static configuration sweep use performing-container-escape-detection.

Also covers creating, inspecting, and repairing a CodeScope index. Use for: code structure, who calls what, why something changed, similar functions, module boundaries, bug tracing, class relationships, PR risk/conflicts, or any question benefiting from a code knowledge graph. Use this skill when the user is writing their first DOCA app or asking a library-agnostic programming question — picking a shipped sample to copy and modify, wiring the canonical pkg-config doca-{library} + meson build (or FFI from Rust / Go / Python against the public C ABI), walking the cfg-create → init → start → use → stop → destroy lifecycle, validating a spec before commit, or decoding a DOCA_ERROR_* return with doca_error_get_descr(). Trigger even when the user does not say "DOCA programming guide" — implicit phrasings: "write my first DOCA program", "meson line for doca_rdma_*", "got DOCA_ERROR_BAD_STATE on my first call", "call DOCA from Rust without writing C", "built clean but nothing on the wire", "what order do doca_*_pipe calls go in". Refuse and route for install / hugepages / pkg-config not resolving doca-{library} (doca-setup), docs or version lookup (doca-public-knowledge-map), and library-internal API construction like Flow pipe topology or RDMA QP setup (matching library skill).
