Triggers: 'chatter feed full of automated posts nobody reads', 'users complain about chatter email volume', 'turn off chatter notifications for a specific group', 'change default chatter digest frequency', 'stop process builder posts from filling the feed', 'NotificationFrequency invalid value', 'ChatterEmailsMD.settings will not deploy', 'custom notification recipient limit'. Turn a request for a report or a dashboard widget into something buildable: the question it answers, the metric and its definition, where the data comes from, the query shape, and what it will not answer. Use when a new report or dashboard is requested, when an existing one needs a metric added or changed, when a widget is asked for in a sentence and needs pinning down, or when two reports disagree about the same number.

Calculates statistical power for high-dimensional genomics experiments (bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, methylation, proteomics) under negative-binomial count models using RNASeqPower, PROPER, and simulation via powsimR, distinguishing per-gene from marginal (transcriptome-wide) power, the role of mean expression and dispersion, and the sequencing-depth-versus-replicate tradeoff. Covers simulation as the honest default for overdispersed counts, FDR-aware average power versus single-test power, observed/post-hoc power as an anti-pattern, and the winner's-curse / Type-S / Type-M consequences of underpowering. Use when planning replicate number for a sequencing experiment, deciding whether to add depth or samples, choosing closed-form versus simulation power, estimating power from pilot dispersions, or justifying replication in a grant. For clinical-trial power see clinical-biostatistics/power-and-sample-size; for the inverse sample-size question see experimental-design/sample-size.

The primary tool for code-navigation questions in ANY language (frontend or backend) — walk the structural graph from an entry point (page, route, handler, command, `main`) down through imports to the IO boundary (network call, query, file read). Use this skill, in preference to the Explore agent or global grep, whenever the user asks "where does X come from?", "what API/data populates Y?", "what renders or wraps the Z panel?", "which file for feature F?", "how is this wired up?", or any code-navigation question mapping a UI element, route, or feature concept to source files. Also reverse queries ("what uses /api/foo?", "who consumes this service?"). Keyword search routinely picks up unrelated flows sharing a domain word and produces wrong answers; the walk follows the actual graph. The JS/TS `walk.mjs`/`discover.mjs` are an optional accelerator, not required — the walk is language-agnostic.

Use when you must orient in a large or unfamiliar repository; explain architecture or a subsystem; trace a request, runtime, control, or data flow for a concrete question or bug; analyze a branch, commit, diff, or pull request for behavioral impact and blast radius; or assess AI-generated or changed code against requirements, contracts, invariants, tests, and runtime evidence. Default to read-only investigation. Do not trigger only because a coding task touches an existing repository; use when understanding or verification is the requested outcome or a substantial prerequisite.
