Webアプリのアクセス制御・認証・認可の実装はすべてこのスキルを使う。遮断だけならCloudflare Access、アプリ内identity・role・session・WebSocket等が必要ならBetter Authとする単一決定表の正本。「認証を付けて」「ログイン機能」「Googleでログインできるように」「社員だけに限定」「特定企業だけに公開」「許可リスト/招待制」「メール+パスワード認証」「セッション管理」「ロール・権限管理」「OAuth設定」「redirect_uri_mismatchを直す」「認証のセキュリティレビュー」などの文脈で、ユーザーが「認証」と明示しなくてもログイン要件が含まれるなら必ず読む。特にNext.js App Router＋OpenNext＋D1、Hono、素のWorkersでのBetter Auth＋Google OAuth導入を自動化し、Google Cloud Consoleで人間にしかできない操作は日本語のクリック手順と直リンクへ切り分ける。

Cloudflare WorkersのCI(自動検査)とCD(自動デプロイ)を、Workers Buildsまたは外部CI/CDから案件に合う1経路だけ選び、無料枠に収まる最小構成で構築・運用するためのスキル。 「CIを入れて」「CDを組んで」「自動デプロイしたい」「GitHub Actions」「ワークフロー」「テストを自動で回したい」 「マージしたら勝手に公開されるようにして」「デプロイを自動化して」「CIが落ちた」「Actionsが失敗する」 「デプロイの手作業をなくしたい」「Cloudflareの設定が分からない」「非エンジニア向け手順を作って」などの文脈で必ず使用する。 デプロイ先が Cloudflare Workers の場合は Skill cloudflare-secure-deploy を併用する(D1マイグレーションの扱いが最重要)。ブランチ・PR・タグの規約は Skill solo-git-flow に従う。手動デプロイを繰り返している状況を見つけたら、依頼されていなくても このスキルの §0 を読んで導入可否を判断すること。

Cloudflare Email Service（Email Sending + Email Routing）でトランザクションメールの送受信を実装するスキル。Workers bindingまたはREST APIによるメール送信、Email Routing、Agents SDKのemail handler、Workers・Node.js・Python・Go等への組み込みで使う。到達性、SPF/DKIM/DMARC、wrangler email設定、MCP email tools、coding agentからのメール送信も対象。「Workerにメール機能を追加」のような依頼でも、重要な設定要件があるため必ず使用する。

Cloudflare Workers CLIでWorkers、KV、R2、D1、Vectorize、Hyperdrive、Workers AI、Containers、Queues、Workflows、Pipelines、Secrets Storeを開発・デプロイ・管理する。Wranglerコマンドを実行する前に使用し、最新の公式ドキュメントに基づく構文と安全規則を確認する。

Cloudflare Durable Objects の実装とレビューに使用する。チャットルーム、マルチプレイ、予約システムなどの状態を持つ協調処理、RPC methods、SQLite storage、alarms、WebSockets、Workers統合、wrangler設定、Vitestでのテストを扱う。事前学習の知識より最新のCloudflare docsの取得を優先する。

社内向け業務アプリを「業務に必要な機能一式を盛り込んだ初回リリースを最短で出し、そこから育てる」MVPファーストで開発するための思考法・進行ルール。依頼者が非エンジニアである前提の会話プロトコル、1画面1目的のUI原則、決めること/決めなくていいことの仕分け、社内アプリの必要最低限セキュリティライン、残課題の管理方法を定める。「とりあえず形にして」「まず動くものを」「MVPで」「さっと使えるものを」「社内ツールを早く」「非エンジニアに見せたい」などの依頼で必ず使用する。新規アプリの要件定義ステージ開始時に app-excellence とセットでロードする。

アプリのテストはすべてこのスキルを使う。開発中のTDD（テストファースト）から、 ユーザー目線のE2E・受入テスト、インフラ/デプロイ検証、リリース前の網羅テストまでを1つに統合。 「テストを書いて」「テストして」「動作確認して」「TDDで進めて」「カバレッジを確認」 「E2Eテスト」「リリース前にちゃんとテストしたい」「本番で動くか確認」「回帰テスト」 などの文脈で必ず使用する。§0「適用段階」に従い、たたき台〜v1 では「壊れたら困る順」の最小テスト、 固定化段階(v1 到達後のブラッシュアップ)ではユーザーがテストと明示しなくてもTDDサイクルを適用する。 セキュリティ・コスト・パフォーマンスの監査は Skill launch-security を併用する。

Cloudflare Turnstileをprojectへend-to-endで導入する。codebaseを調査し、Cloudflare APIでwidgetを作成し、適切なformへ埋め込み、既存backendへ正式なserver-side siteverifyを接続して検証する。Turnstile追加、CAPTCHA設定、botからのform保護、Turnstile連携修正を依頼されたときに使用する。developers.cloudflare.com/turnstile/spinの中核手順へAIDD固有の安全規則を重ねたSkill。

Cloudflare Workersのコードを本番運用品質のベストプラクティスに照らして作成・レビューする。新しいWorkerの実装、Workerコードのレビュー、wrangler.jsoncの設定、streaming・floating promises・global state・secrets・bindings・observabilityなどのanti-pattern確認で使用する。事前学習の記憶よりCloudflare公式ドキュメントからの取得を優先する。

Chrome DevTools MCPを使ってWeb performanceを分析する。Core Web Vitals（LCP、INP、CLS）とFCP、TBT、Speed Indexを計測し、render-blocking resources、network dependency chains、layout shifts、cache、accessibilityの問題を特定する。表示速度の監査・計測・デバッグ・最適化、Lighthouse scoreの改善で使用する。既定スタックの必須スキルではないoptional群であり、要件で明示された場合、またはapp-orchestratorがv1前の計測として指示した場合のみロードする。事前学習の知識より最新の公式ドキュメントを優先する。
