Use when a plan directory (plan.md + phase-*.md) needs a visual review. By DEFAULT this drives the STRUCTURED visual-plan artifact (visual-plan/plan.json) via the mewkit visual-plan CLI — generate if absent, validate, open the local studio (view/edit), and export plan.html from the approved artifact. Pass --static for the legacy prompt-only single-file plan.html template render. Triggers on "render this plan", "visualize the plan", "open the plan studio", "make a shareable plan page", "plan.html". This is the canonical owner of plan-as-visual-review. NOT for plan critique or scope review (see mk:plan-ceo-review / mk:validate-plan), NOT for generic code/diagram/diff visuals (see mk:preview), NOT for live media generation (see mk:multimodal).

Generate publish-grade SVG+PNG technical diagrams — architecture, data flow, flowchart, sequence, agent-memory, class, ER, state-machine, comparison, timeline, and more — across 8 visual styles. Writes output to tasks/visuals/ or an active plan's visuals/ directory. Requires rsvg-convert (librsvg) for PNG export; degrades gracefully to SVG-only when absent.

Serve any markdown file or directory as a calm, book-like reader via a local HTTP server (127.0.0.1 only). Best for long-form documents — RFCs, runbooks, design docs, plan files — where comfortable in-browser reading matters. Supports Mermaid diagrams, dark/light mode, plan navigation sidebar, and keyboard shortcuts. Requires explicit start and stop lifecycle.

Session-scoped safety guardrails for destructive commands. Warns before rm -rf, DROP TABLE, force-push, git reset --hard, kubectl delete, and similar destructive operations. User can override each warning. Active for the current session only. Use when touching prod, debugging live systems, or working in a shared environment. Use when asked to "be careful", "safety mode", "prod mode", or "careful mode". NOT for scoping edits to a specific directory (see mk:freeze).

Load relevant memories at session start for context continuity. IMPORTANT: Use this AUTOMATICALLY at the START of every session. Search for memories related to: - Current working directory/project - Recent activity (last 7 days) - Topics the user mentions in their first message Execute silently - do not announce what you're loading.

zig

無料

Up-to-date Zig programming language patterns for version 0.17.0-dev (0.16.0 stable APIs plus the 0.17 deltas). Use when writing, reviewing, or debugging Zig code, working with build.zig and build.zig.zon files, or using comptime metaprogramming. Critical for avoiding outdated patterns from training data - especially std.net→std.Io.net (requires Io instance), std.time timestamps removed (use clock_gettime), std.Thread.Mutex/Condition/sleep removed (use pthreads), std.crypto.random removed, build system APIs (root_module, Compile methods→Module methods), I/O APIs (buffered writer pattern), container initialization (.empty/.init), allocator selection (DebugAllocator), ArrayList now unmanaged by default, @typeInfo lowercase fields (.@"struct" not .Struct), and removed language features (async/await, usingnamespace). Also covers 0.17.0-dev deltas: b.args→run_cmd.addPassthruArgs(), std.gpu→std.spirv, @bitCast logical-bit (endian-agnostic) semantics, build configurer/maker split, and the zig-pkg/ package directory. Also covers quality tooling Zig does not ship: coverage with kcov (and why in-file tests wreck the denominator), detecting unused private functions (neither the compiler nor zlint's unused-decls finds them), duplicate detection with jscpd, zlint (NOT the same-named X.509 linter in Homebrew), and the built-in fuzzer whose testOne now takes *std.testing.Smith rather than []const u8.

Process many sequence files in batch (count, merge, split, convert, summarize) with memory-safe streaming and on-disk indexing using Biopython, pysam, or pyfastx. Use when iterating over a directory of FASTA/FASTQ files, merging or splitting datasets, building random access across many or huge files, or automating per-file operations without exhausting RAM.

spec-sync

Bootstrap the central system spec at `docs/system/` for a repository that has never had one. Scans the governed surface, proposes a concept map clustered by directory, and materializes elements + shards ONLY after a human confirms that map. Use when adopting the baseline on an existing project, or when the corpus needs re-deriving from scratch. Re-runnable. Requires `memory.architecture_map.enabled` and a declared `governed_surface`.

Discover and install specialized agent skills from the open ecosystem. ALWAYS use this skill when the user asks 'how do I do X', 'find a skill for X', 'is there a skill for X', wants to extend agent capabilities, or needs help with a specific domain (design, testing, deployment, etc.). Make sure to use this skill whenever the user mentions skills, plugins, extensions, tools, or wants to find new capabilities for the agent. Integrates with the Skills CLI and skills.sh directory.

[Process] Use when the developer wants something explained or taught, or wants to know HOW TO REVIEW a change — by default the current working tasks + changes in context, or whatever the prompt names (a plan, a subsystem, a decision, a concept, a bug). AI derives WHAT to explain from the prompt and ALWAYS delivers a teacher-and-coach review guide, high level first then detail: what was done, a VISUAL MAP (system flowchart, domain ERD, sequence diagrams), the user stories and business rules with their REAL test-case IDs, a REVIEW PATH naming which files to open first and in what order with an exit criterion per stage, the technical concepts needed to follow it, how it works, why THIS solution, every alternative option with pros/cons, the trade-offs accepted, the blast radius, HOW TO TEST AND DEMO the change, the developer's decision levers, and written challenge prompts that provoke the reader to pressure-test the work. Works at ANY scope — from one line of code to the whole project: it SIZES the target into a scope tier, DECOMPOSES a large one into understanding groups, BREAKS the work into tasks before the first deep read, and ACCUMULATES the report group by group on disk so a huge explanation stays complete instead of thinning out. Writes the full report to a single combined markdown file (plans/reports/understand-*.md) that opens with a detailed summary section — or delivers it in full in chat when Step 3 finds no git-ignored directory for it — and always summarizes it in chat. Regardless of coding level. Never interrogates, never quizzes, never blocks.
