Post-implementation self-review. Use AFTER finishing ANY code implementation or change — before declaring it done, committing, or opening a PR — to critique your own work: re-read the diff adversarially, confirm unit tests cover every branch/edge, kill duplication, follow clean-code/SOLID and the repo's own docs & invariants, decide if something should become documentation, update/prune memory, and strip outdated comments. Trigger it whenever you've just written or modified code and are about to wrap up, even if the user didn't explicitly ask for a review.

Review a SKILL.md file for compliance with the agentskills.io standard. Checks YAML frontmatter fields, required sections, line count limits, procedure step format, and registry synchronization. Use when a new skill needs format validation before merge, an existing skill has been modified and requires re-validation, performing a batch audit of all skills in a domain, or reviewing a contributor's skill submission in a pull request.

Run the jigsawR test suite via WSL R execution. Supports full suite, filtered by pattern, or single file. Interprets pass/fail/skip counts and identifies failing tests. Never uses --vanilla flag (renv needs .Rprofile for activation). Use after modifying any R source code, after adding a new puzzle type or feature, before committing changes to verify nothing is broken, or when debugging a specific test failure.

Manage change control for validated computerized systems. Covers change request triage (emergency, standard, minor), impact assessment on validated state, revalidation scope determination, approval workflows, implementation tracking, and post-change verification. Use when a validated system requires a software upgrade, patch, or configuration change; when infrastructure changes affect validated systems; when a CAPA requires system modification; or when emergency changes need expedited approval and retrospective documentation.

Improve an existing R-based pictogram glyph for the visualization layer. Covers visual audit of the current glyph, diagnosis of specific issues (proportions, readability, glow balance), targeted modifications to the glyph function, re-rendering, and before/after comparison. Works for skill, agent, and team glyphs. Use when a glyph renders poorly at small sizes, its visual metaphor is unclear, it has proportion issues, the neon glow effect is unbalanced, or after adding new palettes or changing the rendering pipeline.

Address unwanted dog behaviors through desensitization, counter-conditioning, and management. Covers reactivity (to dogs, people, sounds), separation anxiety, resource guarding, excessive barking, and leash pulling using force-free methods with systematic threshold management. Use when a dog shows reactivity toward other dogs, people, or stimuli; when separation anxiety causes destructive behavior or vocalization; when resource guarding is present; or when behaviors like excessive barking or leash pulling interfere with daily life — after basic obedience is established.

Creation and genesis — generative ideation from void, structured emergence from ambiguity, and the discipline of bringing new patterns into existence. Maps Brahma's creative power to AI reasoning: transforming cleared space into coherent new structures, seeding possibilities, and nurturing nascent ideas through their fragile early stages. Use after shiva-bhaga dissolution has cleared stale patterns, when facing a genuinely novel problem with no obvious template, or when incremental modification has reached its limits and a fresh design is needed.

Node.js backend conventions: project layout, configuration, logging, routing, and error handling patterns. Apply when implementing or modifying Node.js backend code in projects matching the nodejs stack profile. Use this skill to: - Pick conventional file/folder structure for a new module. - Wire configuration through env vars correctly. - Use the project's existing logger style. - Implement error handling that matches the framework (Express/Fastify/Koa). - Follow async/await patterns consistently. Do NOT use this skill for: - Frontend code (React/Vue/RN have their own conventions). - NestJS-specific patterns (decorators, DI, modules) — nest-plugin owns those. - Database schema design (call out as a sub-task; npm-patterns covers package management, not DB).

React component structure, hooks rules, file naming, project layout, composition patterns, performance idioms, and effects discipline. Apply when implementing or modifying React SPA code. Use this skill to: - Structure a new component or feature folder. - Apply hooks correctly (rules, naming, dependency arrays). - Compose components via children, render props, or compound patterns. - Write effects only when needed (and avoid common misuses). - Pick performance escape hatches (memo, useMemo, useCallback) when justified. Do NOT use this skill for: - State management lib choice (see react-state-management). - Routing primitives (see react-routing). - Form patterns (see react-forms). - Testing (see react-testing).

NestJS module structure, dependency injection, lifecycle, configuration, exception handling, and logging conventions. Apply when implementing or modifying NestJS backend code. Do NOT use this skill for: - Decorator-specific patterns (see decorator-patterns). - ORM/data access (see nest-data-layer). - GraphQL/WebSockets/Microservices (see nest-advanced). - Testing (see nest-testing).

Fix stale Haskell analyzer binaries silently being used by the orchestrator even after a successful rebuild. Use when: (1) modified `packages/js-analyzer/` or other Haskell analyzer source, ran `scripts/build-native.sh ... cabal install`, but a subsequent `grafema analyze` shows old behavior (missing new edges, no new node types, etc.), (2) `~/.cabal/bin/grafema-analyzer` has fresh timestamp but `grafema analyze` produces output as if the change didn't happen, (3) a test verifying new analyzer output passes locally in unit tests but fails in end-to-end runs that go through the orchestrator. Root cause: the Rust orchestrator's `resolve_binary` checks `~/.grafema/bin/<name>` BEFORE `~/.cabal/bin/<name>`, so any stale copy that was once installed there (possibly months ago) shadows the fresh `cabal install` output.

Build native UI with the @expo/ui package: real SwiftUI on iOS and Jetpack Compose on Android rendered from React in an Expo or React Native app. Covers universal cross-platform components (Host, Column, Row, Button, Text, List, and more imported from @expo/ui), drop-in replacements for popular React Native community libraries (BottomSheet, DateTimePicker, Slider, Menu, etc.), and platform-specific SwiftUI (@expo/ui/swift-ui, iOS only) and Jetpack Compose (@expo/ui/jetpack-compose, Android only) trees and modifiers. Use when adding or reviewing @expo/ui Host/RNHostView trees, building native-feeling UI where standard React Native components fall short (grouped settings forms with toggles, sections, menus, sheets, pickers, sliders), choosing between universal and platform-specific components, or replacing an RN community UI library with a native @expo/ui equivalent.
