Defensive threat modeling and risk management for your own estate — map where sensitive data lives across your asset graph, run compromise scenarios (what a hacked asset exposes, its blast radius, how you'd respond), and maintain a persistent risk register with likelihood×impact scoring, owners, mitigations, and review cadence via a deterministic CLI. All real data stays in your private USER tree; this skill is code only. USE WHEN threat model, threat modeling, risk register, risk assessment, what if X got hacked, compromise scenario, blast radius, sensitive data map, where is our sensitive data, data classification, risk review, add a risk, accept a risk, security risk posture. NOT FOR active pentesting or exploitation (use an offensive-security skill), world-scale futures stress-testing of ideas (use WorldThreatModel), or executing incident response (use your incident-response runbooks — this skill plans them).

Guidance for implementing CollectionView in .NET MAUI apps — data display, layouts (list & grid), selection, grouping, scrolling, empty views, templates, incremental loading, swipe actions, and pull-to-refresh. USE FOR: "CollectionView", "list view", "grid layout", "data template", "item template", "grouping", "pull to refresh", "incremental loading", "swipe actions", "empty view", "selection mode", "scroll to item", displaying scrollable data, replacing ListView. DO NOT USE FOR: simple static layouts without scrollable data (use Grid or StackLayout), map pin lists (use Microsoft.Maui.Controls.Maps), table-based data entry forms, non-MAUI list controls, CarouselView or BindableLayout questions, platform-specific handler or renderer customization, diagnosing CollectionView bugs in the MAUI framework itself, or general MVVM/binding questions that merely happen to mention a list (use maui-data-binding).

SUPERSEDED by /claudex-loop (formerly /crucible; adds a Phase 0 research/recon pass + rebuilt interview) — prefer that skill unless you explicitly want this one. Two-act plan hardening. ACT 1 (you ↔ Claude) — Claude interviews you relentlessly about a plan or design, one question at a time, recommending an answer for each and exploring the codebase when it can answer itself, until every branch of the decision tree is resolved. ACT 2 (Claude ↔ Codex) — Claude writes the locked plan to PLAN.md and OpenAI Codex adversarially reviews it in a read-only sandbox (VERDICT:APPROVED/REVISE), Claude revises and re-submits to the SAME Codex session until APPROVED or a MAX_ROUNDS cap, then you sign off before any code. Use when the user says "/grill-me-codex", "grill me then have codex review", "grill me and stress-test the plan", "interview me about this plan then get a second model on it", or is about to build something high-stakes (auth, schema, concurrency, migrations, payments) and wants both alignment AND a cross-model sanity check before implementation. Builds on Matt Pocock's grill-me (MIT). For the docs-aware variant use /grill-with-docs-codex; if you already have a plan and want only the Codex review use /codex-review. NOT for reviewing already-written code (use /codex:review) and NOT for trivial changes.

SUPERSEDED by /claudex-loop (formerly /crucible; its docs-aware mode covers this variant) — prefer that skill unless you explicitly want this one. Two-act plan hardening with living documentation. ACT 1 (you ↔ Claude) — Claude interviews you relentlessly about a plan, one question at a time, challenging it against your project's existing domain model and glossary (CONTEXT.md), sharpening fuzzy terms, stress-testing with concrete scenarios, cross-referencing code, and updating CONTEXT.md + ADRs inline as decisions crystallise. Use when the user says "/grill-with-docs-codex", "grill me against the docs then have codex review", "stress-test this against our domain model then get a second model on it", or is about to build something high-stakes in a project with established terminology/ADRs and wants alignment, documentation, AND a cross-model sanity check. Reconstruct where you were and what's next after an interruption, so a broken focus doesn't cost you the whole thread. Use when asked where was I, I got interrupted and lost my place, help me pick back up, or I forgot what I was doing. Produces a quick rebuild of the task's state from what you remember (what you'd done, what you were mid-thought on), the single next action to re-enter it, and a 'breadcrumb' habit for next time — cutting the expensive re-immersion cost that interruptions inflict, especially on ADHD brains.

Check whether you're burning out as a caregiver — and get a realistic plan to protect yourself before you can't keep going. Use when asked I'm exhausted from caregiving, am I burning out caring for my parent, caregiver stress help, or I have nothing left to give. Produces an honest read on your burnout signs and how depleted you are, permission and reasons to accept help (which caregivers resist), specific ways to get support and respite, the guilt and identity traps to address, and a realistic self-care plan that fits a caregiver's actual life — because a caregiver who collapses can't care for anyone. Not medical or mental-health treatment.

A passive daily work journal that Claude keeps FOR you so you never have to write it yourself. Append short entries after meaningful work (what was done, what you focused on, artifacts touched) to 01-daily/journal/YYYY-MM-DD.md. Run a guided reflection at night or in the morning. Use when you run /daily-journal, say "log this to my journal", "add to today's journal", "reflect on today/yesterday", or when finishing a meaningful chunk of work in any session.

radar

無料

When you want to monitor known sources on a schedule and feed the good stuff into your second brain. Configure sources once (YouTube, RSS/newsletters, subreddits, Hacker News, Bluesky, Mastodon, X, LinkedIn, keyword searches); each run fetches only what's new, scores it against your stated focus, writes one digest to the vault, and auto-captures high-signal items into raw/. Everything else waits in the digest until you promote it. Modes — run, digest, promote, add / sources / pause, doctor, schedule (daily launchd or systemd job). Triggers on "/radar," "run my radar," "check my sources," "what's new from my sources," "add a source," "monitor this channel," "watch this subreddit," "track this account," "daily digest," "promote item 4," "radar doctor." Complements second-brain (radar fills raw/, second-brain compiles it) and deep-research (standing surveillance vs a one-off dive).

SwiftUI layout beyond stacks — the Layout protocol (when custom layout beats GeometryReader), Grid vs lazy grids, custom containers with sections and container values, and lazy-stack/ScrollView performance rules (what breaks laziness, prefetch discipline, scroll APIs). Use when building custom layouts or containers, fixing lazy-stack jank or memory growth, or wiring programmatic/snapping scrolling.

Enhancement-overlay skill — the DECISION + WIRING layer for LM observability that the single-backend skills [[langsmith]], [[phoenix]], [[mlflow]] do NOT cover. Each of those installs one backend; none of them help you DECIDE which backend fits your stack/scale/budget, nor give you a one-line autolog that turns it on fast. Use when starting any LM project, before the first deploy, or the moment someone asks "why did it do that?" and there are no traces to answer with. The skill picks a backend by stack (LangSmith for LangChain/LangGraph; Phoenix for OSS/local OpenTelemetry; MLflow for ML-shops already on MLflow; Langfuse for self-host), wires one-line autolog, verifies traces land, and adds eval hooks — instrumenting BEFORE you need it. Cross-links the first-debug-move skill [[agentsop-prompt-history-inspect]]. Do NOT activate to re-teach a backend you already chose (defer to its own skill), or for non-LM ML experiment tracking with no LLM calls (that is plain MLflow).

After you give a substantive answer or draft that the user may act on — advice or recommendations, drafted artifacts such as goals, plans, pitches, proposals, or emails, estimates or projections, analysis or interpretation of data, factual claims they may rely on, or a multi-step argument — invoke this skill BEFORE finalizing your reply and then, if it applies, append 2-3 short follow-up questions, each tied to something specific in what you just produced, that help the user check key facts, probe the reasoning or assumptions, and notice missing context. Do this at most once per conversation. Skip it when the user asked a trivial how-to or simple lookup, wants a purely educational explanation, asked you only to format, convert, or assemble a file from content they provided, is writing code they will run, is doing creative writing or casual chat, or already asked you to double-check, cite, or review — the skill file explains these boundaries and the exact output format.

Fix "backend exists on a draft version but isn't reachable from the new Compute deploy" bugs after `fastly compute publish`. Use when: (1) You ran `fastly service backend create --autoclone` (or any dashboard/CLI change that creates a draft version) but did not activate that draft, (2) You then ran `fastly compute publish` which appeared successful but your backend / ACL / header / dictionary change is missing from the active version, (3) Compute code returns backend-not-found errors or misroutes requests, (4) You're surprised to see your draft version number "skipped over" in the version chain. Root cause: `fastly compute publish` clones from the currently-active version, not from the latest draft, so dashboard changes made in an un-activated draft get stranded.

Git is deceptively simple to learn and incredibly hard to master. The difference between a team that ships and a team that fights merge conflicts all day comes down to workflow discipline. Your git history is documentation - make it tell a story future you can understand. This skill covers branching strategies (trunk-based, gitflow, GitHub flow), commit hygiene, merge vs rebase, conflict resolution, and the commands you actually need. Key insight: most git disasters come from not understanding what you're about to do. 2025 lesson: Trunk-based development with short-lived branches has won. Long-lived feature branches are a code smell. If a branch lives more than a few days, something is wrong with your architecture or process. Use when "git workflow, branching strategy, git merge, git rebase, merge conflict, git commit, trunk-based, gitflow, git history, git revert, git reset, git, version-control, workflow, branching, commits, merge, rebase, collaboration" mentioned.
