Use when a plan directory (plan.md + phase-*.md) needs a visual review. By DEFAULT this drives the STRUCTURED visual-plan artifact (visual-plan/plan.json) via the mewkit visual-plan CLI — generate if absent, validate, open the local studio (view/edit), and export plan.html from the approved artifact. Pass --static for the legacy prompt-only single-file plan.html template render. Triggers on "render this plan", "visualize the plan", "open the plan studio", "make a shareable plan page", "plan.html". This is the canonical owner of plan-as-visual-review. NOT for plan critique or scope review (see mk:plan-ceo-review / mk:validate-plan), NOT for generic code/diagram/diff visuals (see mk:preview), NOT for live media generation (see mk:multimodal).

Create a self-contained, visually polished HTML showcase page for a topic or set of artifacts. Supply a mission (topic summary) and optional artifact paths explicitly — the skill never auto-scans the repo. Writes output to assets/showcase/<mission>/. Screenshots are optional (requires Puppeteer). Publishing is local-only by default; publish requests without a configured path fail clearly.

Pre-ticket Fibonacci sizing for a paste-mode batch of user stories. Default mode is advisory-only (writes a Story Sizing Report). Opt-in `--auto-create` delegates ticket creation to mk:jira-issue + mk:jira-collaborate with mandatory dry-run + single batch confirmation gate. NOT for single-ticket estimation (mk:jira-estimator); NOT for sprint capacity (mk:planning-engine).

Use when stuck on approach (not debugging). Strategic unsticking via 7 non-default techniques: simplification cascades, collision-zone thinking, meta-pattern recognition, inversion, scale game, first principles, via negativa. Triggers on complexity spiraling, innovation block, recurring patterns across domains, forced-assumption solutions, scale uncertainty, told-it's-impossible, or bloated systems needing subtraction. For evidence-based root-cause debugging, use mk:sequential-thinking instead.

mk:review

無料

Multi-pass structural code review with adversarial analysis, scope-aware dispatch, adversarial persona passes, and forced-finding protocol. Supports input modes: branch diff (default), PR number (#123), commit hash, pending changes (--pending). Use when asked to "review this PR", "code review", "pre-landing review", "check my diff", or "review #123". Proactively suggest when the user is about to merge or land code changes. NOT for behavioral verification against a running build (see mk:evaluate); NOT for post-implementation simplification (see mk:simplify).

homework

無料

On explicit /homework invocation, analyze the current and linked previous sessions, extract mistakes (찐빠), and report them via omcustom-feedback with a confirmation gate. Auto-activation on session cleanup/session-end signals is OPT-IN (default OFF) — requires an explicit project/user directive. Use when explicitly auditing recent work for harness gaps.

Task-sized forensic analysis of Vivado synthesis and routed timing evidence for processor RTL. Use when Codex must trace a named setup or hold path, audit whole-design timing populations, compare implementation runs, map primitive, LUT, CARRY, BRAM, DSP, MUXF, register, and routed-net stages back to Chisel or generated RTL, distinguish logic from routing pressure, identify missing DCP queries, or write an evidence-backed timing report. This skill is read-only by default and stops at ranked modification directions. Use optimize-chisel-fpga-timing for RTL edits and routed A/B implementation closure.

zig

無料

Up-to-date Zig programming language patterns for version 0.17.0-dev (0.16.0 stable APIs plus the 0.17 deltas). Use when writing, reviewing, or debugging Zig code, working with build.zig and build.zig.zon files, or using comptime metaprogramming. Critical for avoiding outdated patterns from training data - especially std.net→std.Io.net (requires Io instance), std.time timestamps removed (use clock_gettime), std.Thread.Mutex/Condition/sleep removed (use pthreads), std.crypto.random removed, build system APIs (root_module, Compile methods→Module methods), I/O APIs (buffered writer pattern), container initialization (.empty/.init), allocator selection (DebugAllocator), ArrayList now unmanaged by default, @typeInfo lowercase fields (.@"struct" not .Struct), and removed language features (async/await, usingnamespace). Also covers 0.17.0-dev deltas: b.args→run_cmd.addPassthruArgs(), std.gpu→std.spirv, @bitCast logical-bit (endian-agnostic) semantics, build configurer/maker split, and the zig-pkg/ package directory. Also covers quality tooling Zig does not ship: coverage with kcov (and why in-file tests wreck the denominator), detecting unused private functions (neither the compiler nor zlint's unused-decls finds them), duplicate detection with jscpd, zlint (NOT the same-named X.509 linter in Homebrew), and the built-in fuzzer whose testOne now takes *std.testing.Smith rather than []const u8.

Use when introducing a feature flag system, choosing between release flags / experiment flags / operational flags / kill switches / permission flags, designing percentage rollouts, building kill-switch + circuit-breaker patterns, structuring evaluation contexts (user IDs, plan tier, region), or building flag-cleanup discipline. Triggers: LaunchDarkly / GrowthBook / Unleash / Flagsmith / OpenFeature, percentage ramp, sticky bucketing, kill switch wired to alerting, "we still have flags from 2 years ago", flag debt, OpenFeature provider, evaluation context, default value on provider failure. NOT for A/B test statistical analysis (separate skill), traffic-split routing at the edge, build-time bundler defines, or environment-based config.

Design desktop window systems that feel native on macOS and Windows: split views, inspectors, auxiliary windows, tiling, snap-safe sizes, default placement, and chrome density. Use when a Tauri/Electron/WinUI/SwiftUI app feels awkward, overlapping, over-chromed, or generic, or when you need a real geometry contract for multiple surfaces. NOT for mobile layouts, marketing pages, or CSS-only component styling without multi-window or multi-pane behavior.

Calls m6A peaks from MeRIP-seq / m6A-seq paired IP-vs-input data using exomePeak2 (transcript-aware, GC-bias-corrected Poisson GLM), MeTPeak (HMM over sliding windows), MACS3/MACS2 with --nomodel --broad --keep-dup all (genome-wide broad alternative), and DRACH motif enrichment via HOMER or ggseqlogo as a sanity check (NOT a filter). Covers BED12 vs narrowPeak output, exonic vs intronic peak handling, multi-tool reconciliation (intersection vs union), the m6A-vs-m6Am ambiguity at 5'UTR peaks that antibody methods cannot resolve, and orthogonal validation (miCLIP/GLORI/m6A-SAC-seq/m6Anet). Use when calling peaks from paired IP/input genome BAMs, choosing exomePeak2 (transcript-aware default) vs MACS3 (broad genomic) vs MeTPeak (HMM-smoothed low-coverage), confirming DRACH enrichment as a sanity check on the peak set, reconciling differing peak sets across tools, validating MeRIP peaks against single-base methods, interpreting 5' peaks where m6Am contamination is possible, or recommending a consensus strategy.

Calculates statistical power for high-dimensional genomics experiments (bulk RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, methylation, proteomics) under negative-binomial count models using RNASeqPower, PROPER, and simulation via powsimR, distinguishing per-gene from marginal (transcriptome-wide) power, the role of mean expression and dispersion, and the sequencing-depth-versus-replicate tradeoff. Covers simulation as the honest default for overdispersed counts, FDR-aware average power versus single-test power, observed/post-hoc power as an anti-pattern, and the winner's-curse / Type-S / Type-M consequences of underpowering. Use when planning replicate number for a sequencing experiment, deciding whether to add depth or samples, choosing closed-form versus simulation power, estimating power from pilot dispersions, or justifying replication in a grant. For clinical-trial power see clinical-biostatistics/power-and-sample-size; for the inverse sample-size question see experimental-design/sample-size.

Reads, inspects, and writes Flow Cytometry Standard (FCS) files from conventional, spectral, and mass cytometry (CyTOF), and parses FlowJo/Cytobank/Diva workspaces. Covers FCS 2.0/3.0/3.1/3.2 internals ($PnE linear-vs-log, $DATATYPE, $SPILLOVER vs SPILL vs $COMP, $TIMESTEP), channel/parameter metadata, the silent linearize/truncate defaults, and R (flowCore, flowWorkspace, CytoML) plus Python (FlowKit, readfcs) readers. Use when loading flow or mass cytometry data, mapping detector channels to antibodies, extracting the event matrix, choosing a reader, or bridging FCS to the scanpy/AnnData ecosystem before preprocessing.

Plot per-group distributions of continuous data using boxplots, violins, beeswarms, quasirandom jitter, and raincloud plots with sample-size honesty (Weissgerber 2015), KDE-bandwidth awareness, and N-aware encoding choices. Use when comparing distributions across a small number of groups — expression per cluster, biomarker per arm, scores per condition — and the bar-of-mean default is misleading.

Delimits putative species boundaries from molecular data within the de Queiroz 2007 unified-lineage framework using ASAP (Puillandre 2021 successor to ABGD), mPTP C++ (Kapli 2017 successor to bPTP; bPTP is Python NOT R), GMYC single/multi-threshold (Pons 2006; Fujisawa 2013), multilocus BPP v4 with prior calibration from data (NOT defaults; Yang 2015), SNAPP + BFD* for SNP delimitation, DELINEATE (Sukumaran 2021) speciation-process modeling to address Sukumaran & Knowles 2017 PNAS critique that MSC delimits structure not species, integrative-taxonomy congruence (Padial 2010; Carstens 2013), Dsuite for introgression testing before sister claims (Malinsky 2021), and Meyer & Paulay 2005 barcoding-gap-absence caveat. Use when delineating species from DNA barcoding data, resolving cryptic complexes, choosing among ASAP/mPTP/BPP/DELINEATE, calibrating BPP priors, distinguishing introgression from ILS, or applying the Sukumaran-Knowles oversplitting correction.

Phase 10.6 — sync the project's execution roadmap (project.json → roadmap.path, default docs/roadmap-execution-plan.md) to the just-landed work. Flips the tasks named in workflow.json → roadmap_tasks[] from ⬜ to ✅ and promotes their epic headings ⬜→🟡→✅, preserving the standup parser format contract. On the epic track it appends instead — the epic's heading plus one row per slice — and stamps roadmap_epic back into the epic state. Also hosts the ad-hoc backfill that puts every epic already on disk onto the roadmap. Fail-open: never throws, no-ops when roadmap.path is unset/absent or no task matches, and never blocks a commit. Runs after /archive and before /memory-sync on every committing track.

Run an org-team workflow — a flat pod of up to four peer Claude Code sessions claims lane-tagged slices of an approved spec over the baseline MCP channel and implements them concurrently, each in its own git worktree. Each peer DECIDES its own in-lane implementation choices in its own main context (Article X); only un-decidable or cross-lane forks escalate peer→lead→human (yield_fork for task-bound forks, ask_lead for free-form queries). Opt-in and OFF by default (velocity.org_mode.enabled). Graduates the retired sprint-dispatch prototype into the constitutionally-sanctioned org-team model (Article X — Multi-session coordinated workflows). Requires git.

companion

無料

EXPERIMENTAL. Join or leave an org-team coordination channel as a session peer. `/companion on <channel_id> [peer_id]` registers this Claude Code session as a `pclass:"session"` peer and works the claim → execute → signal loop, escalating un-decidable forks to the lead (never deciding). `/companion off` deregisters. `/companion status` reports the current peer. Part of org mode (Article X), which is opt-in via `velocity.org_mode.enabled` and OFF by default. Use when a human launches a second session to act as a peer alongside a lead.
