Turns a single feature idea, improvement, or bug into ONE well-structured GitHub issue. TRIGGER when: the user wants to file/open/create an issue, turn a feature idea or improvement into a ticket, or capture something missing or broken as a ticket. DO NOT TRIGGER when: breaking work into multiple issues or planning a body of work → a planning skill; writing a full Product Requirements Document → creating-prd; the idea is still fuzzy and unhardened → grilling-ideas first.

Stress-tests a fuzzy or vague feature idea before any PRD, spec, or ticket is written. TRIGGER when: the user has a fuzzy feature idea — one or two paragraphs, vague on users / scope / success — and wants to harden it, or says "grill / stress-test / pressure-test this idea." DO NOT TRIGGER when: the idea is already turned into a spec or PRD; bug fixes or refactors; the idea is hardened and you are ready to write the PRD → creating-prd.

PCBWay PCB fabrication and assembly — turnkey/consigned assembly, design rules, ordering workflow. Alternative to JLCPCB for manufacturing. Use with KiCad. Use this skill when the user mentions PCBWay, needs turnkey assembly (PCBWay sources parts by MPN), has parts not available on LCSC, needs assembled boards with non-LCSC components, wants to compare PCBWay vs JLCPCB, or needs assembly with parts sourced globally rather than from LCSC only. For gerber/CPL export, stencil ordering, and BOM management, see the `bom` skill.

Search LCSC Electronics for electronic components — find parts by LCSC number (Cxxxxx) or MPN, check stock/pricing, download datasheets, analyze specifications. Sister company to JLCPCB, same parts library. Sync and maintain a local datasheets directory for a KiCad project. No API key needed — uses the free jlcsearch community API. Use this skill when the user mentions LCSC, JLCPCB parts library, JLCPCB assembly parts, production sourcing, Cxxxxx part numbers, needs to find LCSC equivalents for parts, is preparing a BOM for JLCPCB assembly, or wants to download datasheets and LCSC is available. For package cross-reference tables and BOM workflow, see the `bom` skill.

Analyze existing KiCad projects, schematics, PCB layouts, Gerbers, netlists, and PDF reference schematics. Use when files such as .kicad_sch, .kicad_pcb, .kicad_pro, or Gerbers are supplied and the user wants review, debugging, net tracing, ERC/DRC/DFM, schematic-to-PCB comparison, or pre-fabrication checks. Do not use to create a new design from requirements or for standalone sourcing and ordering.

Search Mouser Electronics for electronic components — secondary source for prototype orders. Find parts, check pricing/stock, download datasheets, analyze specifications. Use with KiCad for BOM creation and part selection. Use this skill when the user specifically mentions Mouser, when DigiKey is out of stock or has worse pricing, when comparing prices across distributors, or when searching for parts that DigiKey doesn't carry. For package cross-reference tables and BOM workflow, see the `bom` skill.

Search DigiKey by keyword or part number, check stock and price breaks, retrieve component specifications, and download or synchronize datasheets for an electronics project. Use when the user explicitly wants DigiKey data, a DigiKey prototype-order comparison, or direct datasheet synchronization. Run work as an explicit event-driven state machine executed by subagents. The orchestrator is the runtime from the canonical loop — `state, effects = init(machine); execute(effects); while state is active: event = nextEvent(); state, effects = transition(machine, state, event); execute(effects); return state.output`. All routing judgment is authored ONCE, at plan time, into a machine file (states, event alphabet, transition table, budgets, final states); at runtime the orchestrator does pure table lookups and dispatches effects — it never decides, never authors, never ingests artifacts. Subagent/sync protocol is the timeboxed-iterating one: role prompts scaffolded once to disk and dispatched BY PATH, an initialiser preamble every subagent reads first, a self-populating cheatsheet, per-unit files, tiny structured returns, independent measurement gate. Use when the user says "workmachine", "run this as a state machine", "state-machine this", or when a goal has a small number of clearly named phases with explicit outcomes (built / passed / failed / blocked) and you want the routing to be auditable rather than judged on the fly. For clock-driven loops use timeboxed-iterating; for wide graphs with judged edge criteria use workgraph.
