概要と使いどころ

Use when asked 写作业指导书, SOP 作业指导书, 工序作业标准, 标准作业书, 新员工看得懂的操作说明, WI 怎么写, or write a shop-floor work instruction for a production or inspection step in a Chinese factory. Produces a one-station 作业指导书 in Chinese with the header block (文件编号, 版本, 工序, 产品, 标准工时), materials and tools, numbered steps with key points (要点) and the reasons, quality checks and limits, safety notes and PPE, photo or diagram placeholders, abnormal-situation handling, and a revision record, written for a new operator.

Review a pull request or diff like a thoughtful senior engineer — prioritized, kind, and focused on what matters. Use when reviewing code, giving PR feedback, or asked to 'review this change'. Produces a structured review: a correctness/design pass, comments ranked by severity (blocking → nit), what's done well, and a clear approve / request-changes call — feedback that improves the code and the author.

Defragment a work calendar through a tool-using agent — find the meeting debt, propose the consolidation, and (approval-gated) execute the moves. Use when asked to defrag my calendar, get me focus time, audit my meetings, or fix my week. Produces the calendar audit (cost per meeting, fragmentation map), a defrag proposal with focus blocks, and an approval-gated execution plan.

Write changelogs and release notes readers actually benefit from — changes translated to so-whats, grouped by reader impact (breaking first, gifts second, plumbing last), with the upgrade path stated and the marketing kept honest. Use when asked write the release notes, turn this commit list into a changelog, announce this update to users, or why does nobody read our changelogs. Produces the impact-grouped changelog, the so-what translations, the breaking-changes block with migration steps, and the two-audience split when needed.

Audit a week the way Arnold Bennett's 'How to Live on 24 Hours a Day' (1908) prescribes — time as the one income that cannot be increased, the day-within-the-day, and starting with 90 minutes, not a life overhaul. Use when someone says 'I have no time', 'work eats everything', 'I want to learn X but can't fit it', or asks for a time audit or evening routine. Produces a time ledger, one reclaimed 'inner day' block, and Bennett's own warnings about overreach.

Set up the essentials in the right order after moving to a new country — the ID/registration, bank account, phone, address, and social/tax number that unlock each other — so you don't get stuck in the chicken-and-egg loops that trap newcomers. Use when someone says 'I just moved to a new country', 'what do I do first after arriving', 'set up my life in [country]', or 'I can't open a bank account without an address but can't rent without a bank'. Produces a sequenced arrival checklist with dependencies and the official offices for each. Routes to official sources; rules are local.

Act as a body-double for a work session — a present, low-pressure companion that keeps you accountable and moving through the task without doing it for you. Use when asked be my body double, keep me company while I work, help me focus on this task, or I work better with someone there. Produces a session structure (goal, time block, check-in cadence), gentle presence and momentum nudges at intervals, distraction rescue when you drift, and an end-of-session acknowledgment — recreating the focus that comes from someone just being there.

Use this skill to create fillable Word forms (.docx) with real Content Controls (SDT) + legacy FormField checkboxes + MERGEFIELD mail-merge placeholders + document protection. Trigger on: 'fillable form', 'form fields', 'content controls', 'SDT', 'word form', 'fill in', 'only editable fields', 'protect document', 'onboarding form', 'HR intake', 'survey template', 'contract / SOW template', 'mail-merge template', 'compliance checklist', 'medical intake questionnaire'. Output is a single .docx where specific fields are editable and the rest is locked. This skill is INDEPENDENT, not a scene layer on docx — payload is `<w:sdt>` + `<w:ffData>` + `<w:fldChar>` + `documentProtection`, none of which docx base skill covers. Do NOT trigger for regular reports, letters, memos, academic papers, pitch decks, or any document with no user-fillable fields — route those to officecli-docx or its scene layers.

Audit the choices an implementing agent made, not its diff — a pure decision audit that traces the session's history into a choices ledger, changes no code, and never blocks an unsupervised run. Working code still embeds architecture the user never chose; surface it because future work inherits it. Use when the user wants to review the decisions the AI made on their behalf, before merging or committing AI-implemented work, when integrating a delegated subagent's pass, or when a fix "works" but might be a point fix.

ALWAYS invoke this skill before asking the user any technical question or offering options, and whenever they ask to be asked in plain words - "ask simple", "ask me simply", "ask me in plain words" - in any language. ALWAYS invoke it too when the user asks for your view on a technical choice: whether it is worth doing, more than the problem needs, or replaceable by something simpler, and which option you would take. Invoke it even when the code makes the answer look obvious: the checks are what make the answer more than a guess. Rewrites the question in plain words and always ends with one marked recommendation. A structural choice first passes six checks, shown as a table: effort now, simpler substitute, extra work later, lock-in, over-engineering, easy to undo. Doing nothing is always weighed.

init

無料

First-time Archcore setup. Wires the host (MCP config, hooks, CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md managed block), measures the authored context the repo already holds, then composes a first-day seed — stack rule, run guide, data-model, integrations, config, entry points, public surface, a linked architecture overview, and specs for the top hotspot modules — shown in ONE preview and created on a single confirm. Modes, named as the first word: init import converts the repo's authored context — CLAUDE.md, AGENTS.md, .cursor/rules and other agent instructions, ADR and RFC folders, contributor docs, internal pages of a published docs site, recoverable git history — into native typed documents with no import marks, staged by a plan when the volume is large; init refresh adds facts that appeared since, or drills into one domain with init refresh <domain>. Use on a fresh clone, empty `.archcore/`, 'set up archcore', 'migrate our CLAUDE.md to archcore', 'import our docs and ADRs', or to wire host configs. Not for individual docs or planning.
