Weekdays, file work only, no browser at all. Walks every AI Employee installed on this machine, reads each one's own run log strictly read only, classifies every routine as running, stopped loudly, stopped silently, or paused, ages the faults, folds the decision register, and writes the one short brief the member opens first. It never writes into another Employee's folder, sends only where you released the channel, spends only where you released it, and never touches a credential.

Weekdays, file work only, no browser at all. Reads every run record, folds the metrics, change, and creative ledgers, turns yesterday's ticks into facts a machine can count, folds the card inbox, rewrites the board, and writes the short morning brief the member opens first. It holds every outbound action unless you released the channel, and it never touches a credential.

Weekdays. The only routine in this kit that opens a screen inside an account that can spend, and everything it does there is read. It confirms the primary conversion event still fired inside the read window before it trusts any other figure, then reads yesterday's spend, delivery, and result rows at account, campaign, ad set, and creative level and appends one row per object per day to the daily metrics ledger with the screen, the date range, and the read date beside every figure. It creates nothing, saves nothing, activates nothing, and spends nothing, unless you released the channel.

Weekly on a Wednesday, light browser lane. Turns the questions that keep coming back into the answer that only has to be written once. It reads the ticket ledger over the recurrence window, finds every theme that crossed its threshold, checks the member's own help center and the existing macros for an answer that already covers it, and writes a reusable macro and a help article draft for every theme that has neither. It publishes only where you released the channel an article, never edits a live help center page, sends only where you released the channel, spends only where you released it, and never touches a credential.

Weekly, on a Friday, read only everywhere. Scores the week from the daily metrics ledger alone, with the screen and the date range beside every number, then writes the ranked paste ready list of what to change in the account next week. Each line names one change, the exact screen, the current value, the proposed value, and the evidence row it came from. It proposes no change it cannot source, it names no action it took because it takes none, and it spends only where you released it.

Maps every competitor and the gap they leave. Finds the direct competitors, indirect ones and the substitutes a buyer would use instead, from public sources only, and records what each sells, at what price, how they position themselves and what their customers complain about in public reviews, every fact with a link. Ends with a positioning map and the gap the new business can own. Use when the user says "who are my competitors", "is this market crowded", "what else is out there", "competitor analysis", "find the gap", or "who am I up against".

arena

無料

Make 100 versions of Claude fight to the death over one task. Spins up N sub-agents (default 100, --quick for 16), gives every one the exact same task plus a different strategy card (reasoning mode, workflow, strategy), then runs a single-elimination bracket: they attack each other's solutions, defend and revise, and a judge scores every match on a written rubric until one solution survives. Use when the user is not satisfied with an answer, calls it a bad answer, says try again or do better, says "arena", or asks to make them compete.

Generate genuinely beautiful, on-brand UI instead of generic "AI slop" — use whenever the user asks to build, design, style, or improve a UI, landing page, dashboard, app screen, or component, whenever a PRD/spec needs a design pass before implementation, whenever the user pastes reference images/Pinterest/Dribbble links and wants the app to look like them, or whenever the user complains the AI-generated UI looks generic, boring, cookie-cutter, or "like every other AI app." Make sure to trigger this even if the user doesn't say "design" explicitly — phrases like "make this look good", "build the frontend for X", "this looks like every other SaaS site", or "match this vibe" all qualify. Also triggers on two verbs, "study"/"extract the look of" a reference screenshot or URL, and "audit"/"review"/"why does this look AI-generated" for critiquing existing UI.

Universal discipline for any LM-driven loop — agent retries, plan-act-observe, multi-agent handoffs, optimiser passes, test-fix cycles. Encodes the one rule every framework documents quietly and every team relearns expensively: the LM in the loop is NEVER a reliable terminator. Termination must be provided by an explicit counter + exit predicate + stagnation signal + escalation path that live OUTSIDE the LM's control. This is a tool- level, framework-agnostic skill. It maps onto LangGraph (recursion_limit + state counter + interrupt), CrewAI (max_iter + max_rpm + human_input), Claude / OpenAI SDKs (max_iterations + tool_use_budget), DSPy (declared evaluation budget), Aider (REPL + explicit retry cap), and AutoGen (max_consecutive_auto_reply). Search keywords: infinite loop, recursion limit, recursion_limit, GraphRecursionError, max iterations, max_iter, agent stuck, agent won't stop, runaway agent, ReAct loop not terminating, agent repeating itself.

Enhancement overlay for multi-agent / tool-using coder agents. Encodes the per-agent tool- scoping discipline that role-based frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain) document only as a passing best-practice: which agent gets which tool, and why blanket-sharing every tool to every agent is a correctness and blast-radius risk. Activates when an agent system has tools AND there is more than one agent (or one agent holding many tools). Treat a tool as a capability grant; scope by least-privilege. ENHANCE overlay — read alongside [[crewai]], [[agentsop-http-tool-wrapping]], [[agentsop-llm-tool-idempotency]]. Search keywords: which tools per agent, least-privilege agent, agent tool access, tool permissions, limit agent tools, scope tools to roles.overlay_type: enhancement

Routes Convex work to the right builder skill and covers the handful of rules that apply everywhere: validators on every function, withIndex over filter, idempotent mutations, internal functions for scheduling. Use when a task mentions Convex and no more specific skill matches, or as the first stop before picking one.

Drive a PR to an approved code review by looping OCR's multi-agent review and address steps. Runs /ocr:review then /ocr:address repeatedly until the review verdict is APPROVE, then one final /ocr:address for leftover suggestions, posting every review and every address round to the GitHub PR as comments. Use when the user asks to 'review and address in a loop', 'iterate review until approved', 'auto review-and-fix this PR', 'loop /ocr:review and /ocr:address', or to take a changeset all the way to a clean APPROVE with the default reviewer team. Wraps the /ocr:review (.ocr/commands/review.md) and /ocr:address (.ocr/commands/address.md) skills; needs a feature branch with an open GitHub PR and the gh CLI for posting.

Answers business questions about the user's own spreadsheet or data export (CSV, TSV, XLSX from a CRM, Shopify, Stripe, QuickBooks, ad platforms, HR or payroll systems) correctly and auditably. Profiles every file first (grain, duplicate keys, embedded Grand Total rows, text-stored numbers, mixed currencies, UTC timestamps, Excel serial dates, hidden rows), states the metric definition used, computes every number in SQL or pandas instead of mental math, checks joins for fan-out, reconciles to a known total, and returns the query, filters, row counts, and rows behind the answer. Use this whenever the user says "analyze this spreadsheet", "how many...", "what's the total in this export", "which customers...", "pivot this", "revenue by month", "top 10", "what's our churn/MRR/AOV", or asks any question about their data, CSV, or Excel file, even a quick one. Also use when they ask to change values in a data file.

hunt-core

無料

Shared discipline for every hunt-* skill: scope and authorization gating, the two-account rule, the confirmation gate that separates a real finding from a false positive, enumeration limits, stop conditions, marker discipline, wiki-first query and self-heal, FIND output, Deadends, and wiki distillation. ALWAYS LOADED alongside any hunt skill. Also trigger directly on "is this in scope", "is this a real bug", "how do I confirm this", "should I keep going", "how many IDs should I test", "what severity", "how do I report this", "I got someone else's data". Every hunt-* skill assumes this file; without it they run without their safety and quality layer.

Health check for the bb/pt/ctf workflow driver subsystem - verifies everything is in place so every machine runs the same. Checks vault-content consistency (scripts present, JSON valid, routing wired, all 69 tool pages carry phase:, the tool index resolves, the hook edits are in place) AND per-machine wiring (the three workflow skills symlinked, hooks registered, imports work), then runs a live init->board->next smoke test. Use when setting up the workflow on a new machine, after a vault sync, when the driver misbehaves, or on "bb-health", "campaign health", "is the workflow set up", "check hooks and scripts", "why is the board not working".

Cut a Han release: update CHANGELOG.md with the changes since the last release, bump and tag every plugin that changed as {plugin-name}--v{version} so a version-constrained dependency can resolve, and publish a GitHub release crediting every merged pull request and closed issue to the people behind it. Use when releasing, cutting a release, shipping a new Han version, publishing release notes, or tagging a version. Always stops for approval before creating any tag, because a pushed tag is never moved. Requires the gh CLI, jq, the claude CLI, and a clean git checkout. This is a repository-maintenance skill for the Han repo itself, not a general review or PR skill — use code-review for local review, post-code-review-to-pr to post a PR review, and update-pr-description for PR bodies.

A three-surface marketing system organized around alternating black, white, and PlayStation Blue chapters that scroll past the viewer like a console launch trailer. Each section has a single editorial purpose — hero photography, console product render, PS Plus tier callout, news strip — and each owns one of three full-bleed canvas modes. The chrome is unusually quiet for a gaming brand: bright PlayStation Blue (`#0070d1`) carries every primary CTA as a fully-rounded pill, the proprietary SST face renders display copy at a signature weight 300 (light) for an airy, premium feel, and a crisp 8px-radius secondary card system carries product info on either canvas mode. The system never decorates — no gradient backgrounds on chrome, no atmospheric mesh, no drop shadows beyond a faint section-divide. Imagery does all the heavy lifting: console glamour shots, game key art, and PS Plus tier illustrations occupy 60-90% of every section, with copy compressed into a small editorial slot.

A terminal-native marketing system rendered entirely in Berkeley Mono — every word on the page, from the hero headline down to the footer fine print, is monospaced. The page itself reads like a manpage or a static-site README: warm cream canvas (`#fdfcfc`), nearly-black ink (`#201d1d`), 4px-radius rectangles for the few interactive elements, and bracketed `[+]`/`[-]` ASCII markers used as bullets. The brand's only "visual moment" is a single dark hero card that mocks up the OpenCode TUI itself — black background, monospaced terminal output, ASCII pipe characters, and a wordmark rendered as block-pixel ASCII. Every section sits as a hairline-bordered text block on the cream canvas with no shadows, no gradients, no decorative imagery, and no non-monospaced character anywhere in the system.
