Turn a vague bug report into a VERIFIED minimal reproduction and then a failing regression test, agent-driven end to end. Covers extracting the implicit repro from a thin report (env, build, steps, data), the reproduce-minimize-isolate-capture loop, git bisect to find the introducing commit, building a deterministic minimal repro (fixed seeds, frozen time, stubbed network), writing the failing regression test BEFORE the fix (red) and confirming the fix flips it green, and writing repro evidence back into the ticket. Distinguishes flaky-not-reproducible from environment-specific. Use when: "reproduce this bug," "minimal reproduction," "repro steps," "find the commit that broke it," "git bisect," "make the repro deterministic," "write a failing test for this bug," "regression test for a defect," "can't reproduce this bug." Not for: Classifying/deduplicating/severity-routing existing failures without reproducing them — that is ai-bug-triage. Generating tests from specs rather than from a defect — that is ai-test-generation. Related: ai-bug-triage, ai-test-generation, test-reliability, systematic-debugging, qa-project-context.

Triggers on "find me a tech PR agency in NY", "shortlist three IR firms for our IPO", "we need crisis comms help for a brand reputation issue", or "pull contact info for these 10 PR firm domains", even when described indirectly (we need press, get us into TechCrunch, manage our brand reputation). Drives the ServiceGraph API (api.servicegraph.co) — a 100k+ US firm catalog filterable by industry, services, location, size, ratings. Defer to find-marketing-agency when scope is broader marketing beyond PR/comms. Skip in-house PR/comms hires, "write me a press release" DIY asks, PR-software comparisons (Cision, Muck Rack), influencer-marketplace questions, non-US firms, individual freelance PR people.

It locates the target Tip, studies the current format conventions (shared with the ai-product-dev-tips-create skill), applies consistent edits, verifies the content with web research (no fabrication), and syncs the root README link (title text / [In-progress]). This is for UPDATING existing Tips, not creating new ones — to add a brand-new Tip use the ai-product-dev-tips-create skill instead. Trigger this even if the user doesn't say "skill".

Audit a prompt the user is about to send to Claude (or another coding AI) for completeness and effectiveness. Use this skill whenever the user shares a prompt and asks for feedback — phrases like "is this prompt good", "audit my prompt", "review this prompt", "will Claude understand this", "improve this prompt", "is this enough context". Also trigger proactively when you notice the user is about to dispatch a vague, under-specified, or over-constrained prompt for non-trivial work. Checks the 6 essential elements (goal, scope, existing patterns, constraints, verification, done definition), flags what's missing, explains why each gap matters, and produces an improved rewrite. Treat this skill as the litmus test for "Be Claude's PM" — if the prompt fails the audit, the work that follows will probably fail too.

Scans CopilotKit's public product / pricing / Premium pages at the start of every weekly report to produce the authoritative list of COMMERCIAL surfaces (Premium · CopilotKit Enterprise · Intelligence Platform · paid tiers) and detect any newly-added or changed commercial feature since last week. This list defines what the report's 🏢 Enterprise section is about — CopilotKit's commercial/paid product, NOT "CopilotKit running inside an enterprise company." Emits the surface list + a free-vs-paid classifier the report uses to decide "does this issue hit a commercial surface?", plus a diff of what changed. Runs as a subagent (many web fetches) so the orchestrator's context stays small. Invoked by weekly-report (spawned at report start) and the enterprise skill; also triggers on "scan product surfaces", "what's premium", "commercial surfaces", "did we add a premium feature".

Provider (v6.x) state management for Flutter using ChangeNotifier and InheritedWidget with MVVM architecture pattern. Use this skill when implementing Provider-based state management, using Consumer/Consumer2 widgets for targeted rebuilds, accessing state with context.read/context.watch/context.select, setting up ChangeNotifierProvider or StateNotifierProvider, configuring MultiProvider for multiple providers, implementing ProxyProvider for dependent state, using Selector for optimized rebuilds, migrating from StatefulWidget to reactive state, maintaining legacy Provider codebases, debugging provider not found errors, preventing memory leaks with proper ChangeNotifier disposal, fixing context access issues in initState, or resolving .value constructor anti-patterns. Essential for apps with shared state across widgets (shopping carts, authentication, global settings, form state, theme management), when teaching state management fundamentals, or when debugging memory leaks and resource cleanup in Provider-based applications.
