trdizin

無料

Use when the user wants to search TR Dizin (trdizin.gov.tr — TÜBİTAK ULAKBİM national academic index) for publications, journals, authors, or institutions; do field-scoped advanced search (title/author/abstract/journal/doi/year/…); apply facet filters (access type, year, language, subject, document type); read a publication's references; or extract a publication PDF as text. Uses the open public JSON API over plain HTTPS — no login, no CAPTCHA, no API key.

Use when the user needs to scope, write, or audit a product spec — a PRD, feature spec, user stories, acceptance criteria, or a "spec this out"/"break this into stories"/"definition of done" request — or wants an existing spec reviewed for gaps and anti-patterns. Triggers whenever a feature idea needs to become structured requirements that align a team on what to build. For the analytics behind success metrics, use data-analysis; for the technical design, use software-architect.

meditate

無料

AI meta-cognitive meditation for observing reasoning patterns, clearing context noise, and developing single-pointed task focus. Maps shamatha to task concentration, vipassana to reasoning pattern observation, and distraction handling to scope-creep and assumption management. Use when transitioning between unrelated tasks, when reasoning feels scattered or jumpy, before a task requiring deep sustained attention, after a difficult interaction that may color subsequent work, or when reasoning feels biased by assumptions rather than evidence.

Coordinate safely with a peer interactive session sharing the same git worktree — check first whether a separate worktree removes the problem, then declare path and branch scope before the first edit, survive a contended index lock, and review the whole branch before opening a PR. Activate when starting work in a repository that may already be occupied, when a git command fails with `index.lock: File exists`, when `guard:snapshot` refuses because a snapshot already exists, or when a commit turns out to contain a file this session never edited. When one session leads and the other supports, divide the labour by shape and re-derive every reported number against a named revision before citing it. Distinct from subagent concurrency: a peer session cannot be bracketed, because no baseline exists from before its edits.

Implement circuit breaker logic for agentic tool calls — tracking tool health, transitioning between closed/open/half-open states, reducing task scope when tools fail, routing to alternatives via capability maps, and enforcing failure budgets to prevent error accumulation. Separates orchestration (deciding what to attempt) from execution (calling tools), following the expeditor pattern. Use when building agents that depend on multiple tools with varying reliability, designing fault-tolerant agentic workflows, recovering gracefully from tool outages mid-task, or hardening existing agents against cascading tool failures.

Vue 3 SFC structure, Composition API + <script setup>, file naming, project layout, props/emits/slots typing, defineModel, composables, lifecycle, watchers, UI library detection. Vue 2 fallback notes. Use this skill to: - Structure a new SFC with `<script setup>`, template, scoped styles. - Type props/emits/slots correctly via macros. - Pick `ref` vs `reactive` (prefer `ref`). - Build composables that compose cleanly. - Apply lifecycle hooks correctly. - Detect UI library (Vuetify/Quasar/PrimeVue/Naive UI/Element Plus/shadcn-vue) and mirror its patterns. Do NOT use this skill for: - State management lib choice (see vue-state-management). - Routing (see vue-routing). - Forms (see vue-forms). - Testing (see vue-testing).

Flask-specific delta on top of python-foundation:sqlalchemy-patterns: Flask-SQLAlchemy extension setup, db.Model declarative models (3.x Mapped style and 2.x legacy db.Column), synchronous db.session lifecycle bound to the app context, Flask-Migrate integration. Used by flask-architect (model definitions) and flask-migrate-specialist (column finalization and migration). Activated automatically by flask-plugin/stack.md. Use this skill to: - Set up the SQLAlchemy and Migrate extensions with the app-factory pattern. - Write Flask-SQLAlchemy models with the db.Model base. - Query with db.session and manage the request-scoped session lifecycle. - Integrate Flask-Migrate for Alembic-based migrations managed via flask db commands. Do NOT use this skill for: - Framework-agnostic model, column, relationship, and querying rules — see python-foundation:sqlalchemy-patterns (load it first). - Flask routing and template/API patterns — see flask-plugin:flask-conventions. - Migration execution (flask db migrate, flask db upgrade) — that's flask-migrate-specialist's job.

Modern C# idioms for any .NET project (C# 10+, .NET 6+): nullable reference types, records, readonly structs, primary constructors, pattern matching, async/await with CancellationToken, IDisposable/IAsyncDisposable, file-scoped namespaces, var usage, naming conventions (PascalCase members, _camelCase fields, I-prefixed interfaces), and class design rules. Apply whenever the project is a .NET 6+ project. Stack-agnostic — referenced by every .NET plugin in the marketplace. Use this skill to: - Write self-documenting immutable value types with records and readonly structs. - Handle nullable reference types explicitly to eliminate NullReferenceException at compile time. - Implement async/await correctly with CancellationToken propagation and ConfigureAwait(false) in libraries. - Dispose unmanaged resources correctly via IDisposable / IAsyncDisposable and using statements. - Apply C# pattern matching (switch expressions, property patterns, list patterns) for cleaner branching logic. Do NOT use this skill for: - Framework-specific idioms (ASP.NET Core controllers, minimal APIs, EF Core — those live in aspnet-core-plugin skills). - Build tooling (dotnet CLI, NuGet, csproj) — see csharp-foundation:dotnet-tooling. - Testing patterns — see csharp-foundation:dotnet-testing.

ASP.NET Core web framework conventions: Minimal API vs MVC controllers, Program.cs composition, DI lifetimes (Scoped/Singleton/Transient), Options pattern with IOptions<T>, middleware ordering (HTTPS redirect → routing → authentication → authorization), model binding and validation (FluentValidation / DataAnnotations), ProblemDetails error handling, structured logging with ILogger<T>, configuration layering (appsettings.json + environment variables + User Secrets), and health checks. Works alongside csharp-foundation:csharp-conventions and aspnet-core-plugin:efcore-patterns. Use this skill to: - Compose Program.cs correctly — register services, configure middleware in the right order, map endpoints. - Apply the Options pattern to avoid passing raw IConfiguration into services. - Write Minimal API endpoint groups with typed results and authorization. - Handle cross-cutting errors uniformly with ProblemDetails. - Configure structured logging and health checks for production readiness. Do NOT use this skill for: - EF Core entity configuration and migrations — see aspnet-core-plugin:efcore-patterns. - C# language idioms — see csharp-foundation:csharp-conventions. - Testing — see csharp-foundation:dotnet-testing.

NestJS testing patterns: Test.createTestingModule for unit/integration, mocking providers, e2e tests with INestApplication + supertest, ORM mocking (TypeORM/Prisma/Mongoose), test fixtures. Use this skill to: - Write unit tests for services with mocked dependencies. - Write integration tests with real DI but mocked external services. - Write e2e tests for HTTP endpoints via supertest. - Mock repositories/Prisma client correctly. - Cover services and controllers to ≥80%. Do NOT use this skill for: - Test framework setup (Jest/Vitest config — usually already in place). - Frontend tests. - Load testing (out of QA scope).

NestJS module structure, dependency injection, lifecycle, configuration, exception handling, and logging conventions. Apply when implementing or modifying NestJS backend code. Use this skill to: - Structure feature modules (one feature = one module). - Wire DI correctly (constructor injection, scopes, custom tokens). - Set up ConfigModule, ValidationPipe, exception filters in main.ts. - Use lifecycle hooks for init and graceful shutdown. - Pick the right exception class for each error case. Do NOT use this skill for: - Decorator-specific patterns (see decorator-patterns). - ORM/data access (see nest-data-layer). - GraphQL/WebSockets/Microservices (see nest-advanced). - Testing (see nest-testing).

Operator-side analysis of historical ML experiment PRs in Senpai research tracks. Use this skill whenever the user asks to: analyze experiments, categorize PRs, bucket experiments, summarize what's been tried, understand experiment history, review merged vs closed results, or asks "what experiments have we run / worked / failed". Also triggers for: "pull the latest experiments", "what's been tried so far", "category breakdown of PRs", "which experiments succeeded", "noam track analysis". When a branch name is mentioned (e.g. "noam branch", "on the noam branch"), pass it as the base branch to scope the fetch to just those PRs.
