Summarize the current Git working tree and create a straightforward non-interactive commit. Use when Codex is asked to quickly commit the current work, commit everything currently changed, prepare a concise commit message from the diff, or avoid extra confirmation and commit splitting unless there is a real safety issue.

Orchestrate a multi-model code review: spawn 3 review subagents, merge findings. In PR mode, posts GitHub PR comments with reactions. In local mode, outputs findings directly. CRITICAL: this skill is costly, don't use it unless user explicitly requested to use it.

Comprehensive code review using parallel specialized subagents. If a PR URL is provided, fetches PR details and can post comments. If no PR is provided, reviews the diff between the current branch and its base branch plus any uncommitted changes. Find, rank, and safely remove accidental codebase complexity by proving real consumers, dynamic entrypoints, compatibility obligations, duplicate representations, speculative surfaces, and lifecycle ownership. Use when asked to simplify or clean up a repository, reclaim code entropy, reduce over-engineering or redundancy, find deletion candidates, collapse duplicate state/APIs, remove dead or added-then-abandoned code beyond static-tool output, or implement an evidence-backed simplification pass in any language or stack. Also trigger for 代码化简、熵回收、删代码、清理冗余、收敛抽象、去除过度设计. Do not use as a performance audit unless simplification is the stated goal.

Use when the user explicitly mentions Kaggle, kaggle.com, a Kaggle URL, Kaggle competitions, Kaggle datasets/models/notebooks, Kaggle forums/discussions/writeups, Kaggle benchmarks, hackathons hosted on Kaggle, Kaggle badges, or Kaggle account setup. Do not use for generic ML, GPU/TPU, notebook, dataset, benchmark, or data-science tasks unless the user clearly ties them to Kaggle.

Write the postmortem for an incident, in its incident channel, once it is mitigated or resolved. Use on "write up this incident", "postmortem", "incident summary", "what happened here for people who weren't around", "draft the retro", or when the oncall memory says incidents of this severity get one. Reads the incident channel (and the alert thread it came from), the investigation findings and the data behind them, and writes a one-screen, zero-context write-up: what happened, impact with numbers, detection, timeline with durations, why it happened, what fixed it, follow-ups with proposed owners, and one before/during/after chart. Posted and pinned in the incident channel as its final pinned post, with edit requests updating that one pinned post in place — unless the person or the team's conventions say write-ups live elsewhere, in which case it is written there and only a link is posted, nothing pinned. A person edits and publishes it; never assigns blame.

Provides reverse engineering techniques. Use when the main job is to understand how a compiled, obfuscated, packed, or virtualized target works before exploiting or solving it, including binaries, APKs, WASM, firmware, custom VMs, bytecode, game clients, malware-like loaders, and anti-debug or anti-analysis logic. Do not use it when the vulnerability is already understood and the remaining task is exploitation; use pwn instead. Do not use it for pure web workflows, log or disk forensics, or standalone crypto problems unless reversing the implementation is the real blocker.

Open or update one GitHub pull request for the current work: a conventional-commits title and a description that always includes why and benefits, and never a second PR for the same head. Use when the user asks to open a PR, create a pull request, update or refresh the PR description, ship the branch, or "make a PR". On the default branch, create a new branch first. If this head already has a PR, edit it — do not create another. Do not open a PR unless the user asked.
