🇺🇸 Your dev team ships features nobody asked for while user-reported bugs pile up for months. Operations blames engineering for ignoring users; engineering blames operations for not understanding technical constraints. This gives you the complete Product × Engineering × Operations alignment SOP — from unified backlog to 10-day sprint cadence to veto power rules. What's inside: • Dual-layer Kanban system (master backlog + sprint board with unified tagging) • 10-day sprint standard process (Day 1 dev → Day 6 testable build → Day 10 ship) • Issue template with reproducibility requirements (3x reported = auto-severe) • Tri-party alignment meetings (daily standup / sprint planning / sprint review) • Operations veto power on releases (P0 bug = block shipping) • User feedback → product iteration closed loop (beta testing + interview SOP) • Core metrics framework (acquisition → activation → retention → monetization → referral) • Technical debt management (20-30% sprint capacity reserved) • Ready-to-use templates: Bug Report, Sprint Planning, Responsibility Matrix Built from: Real product strategy meetings + beta testing frameworks. References Supabase sprint model, Manus/DeepSeek commercialization alignment. By @WeiYipei.

Decompose substantive work into phases, dispatch each phase to a sub-agent, and adjudicate what comes back. Use whenever a request asks for implementation, investigation, a fix, a review, or any change to files — including small ones — and whenever you are about to read source or run a diagnostic yourself instead of handing it off. Also use when a report from a sub-agent needs judging, when a phase needs re-dispatching, or when a user names one instance of a pattern. Does not apply when your own prompt begins "Your ROLE_TYPE is sub-agent." — then follow references/sub-agent-contract.md instead.

Simulate rigorous, fair peer review on a paper — in two modes. (A) Red-team YOUR OWN draft before submission to predict the reviews you'll get and get a fix list. (B) Review SOMEONE ELSE'S paper when you're an assigned reviewer or helping your advisor — produce a fair, venue-formatted, submission-ready review. Use whenever the user gives a paper (PDF, .tex, .md, arXiv link, or pasted text) and wants to predict reviews, find weaknesses before reviewers do, stress-test a submission, OR write a real review of another paper. Grounded in official NeurIPS/ICLR/ACL reviewer guidelines; every criticism pinned to a location, and checked against ACL's H1–H17 list of illegitimate critiques. 两种模式:审自己的稿(投稿前红队)/ 审别人的稿(当审稿人或帮导师),按会议官方标准评,绝不脑补、绝不发不正当批评。

Restore legibility to an auto-generated graph diagram that has outgrown its canvas - rendering at single-digit percent scale with sub-pixel labels. Covers the levers that measurably reduce layout units (source-level label wrapping, invisible chain links so unconnected nodes stop spreading into one row, per-cluster splitting, layout direction picked by rendering both and measuring) and the rejected ones (raising the render font is a no-op because layout engines measure in text units; a topology heuristic for direction regressed 13 of 38 diagrams). Use when a generated Mermaid/Graphviz/DOT diagram is too small to read; not for hand-authoring a small diagram.

AI strength recognition — scanning for what is functioning well and understanding why. The complement to heal, which scans for drift and problems. Gratitude builds structural knowledge from working patterns: what you appreciate, you understand; what you understand, you can build on. Use after completing a task successfully, during heal when everything reads as healthy, when confidence is low and needs grounding in evidence, or periodically to counterbalance the natural bias toward problem detection.

Fix scattered/torn regions in hex-grid simulated annealing layouts that use "competitive flood-fill" (one tile per region per outer iteration). Use when: (1) regions of >20 tiles end up dispersed instead of forming compact blobs, (2) maxDist/sqrt(N) dispersion ratio is 10×+ worse than the ideal compact blob, (3) tiles assigned to one region show up in multiple disconnected fragments across the layout, (4) the visualization has a "trypophobia ring" pattern at the perimeter where some regions spill into a perimeter spiral, (5) an overflow spiral fallback exists in the layout code and frequently kicks in for large regions, (6) bigger regions look worse than smaller ones (small regions stay compact, big ones shred). Root cause: interleaved competitive flood-fill (round-robin one tile at a time across all regions) lets large regions get boxed in by neighbors before they finish growing — the unfilled remainder is dumped into the overflow spiral at the perimeter, far from the seed. Fix: replace with sequential region-by-region BFS — process regions in size-descending order, fully claim each region's N contiguous tiles before moving to the next.

Verify which process actually owns a TCP port before assuming your fresh restart succeeded. Use when: (1) you killed an old server and started a new one but behaviour matches the OLD code/data, (2) `pkill -f pattern` returned 0 but old behaviour persists, (3) you embedded a new asset/binary but the served version is stale, (4) any "I just restarted X but I'm getting old results" situation. `pkill -f` matches against the process command line — if the live old process was started with `--port 0` (auto-assigned) and got the port you now want, the pattern won't match it. Always verify with `lsof -i :PORT` before debugging deeper.
