概要と使いどころ

Generates complete reference-grounded single-drug adverse-effect network-pharmacology research designs from a user-provided drug, adverse event, and desired evidence depth. Always use this skill when a user wants to design, plan, or upgrade a conventional network-pharmacology study centered on one fixed drug and one fixed adverse-effect endpoint, using drug-target prediction, adverse-event target collection, overlap analysis, PPI hub prioritization, enrichment interpretation, molecular docking, and optional orthogonal transcriptomic or literature validation. Covers five study patterns (canonical hub-first, cardiotoxicity or electrophysiology-oriented, immune-inflammatory adverse effect, organ-toxicity pathway context, translational validation) and always outputs four workload configs (Lite / Standard / Advanced / Publication+) with a recommended primary plan, dependency/evidence map, step-by-step workflow, figure plan, validation strategy, minimal executable version, publication upgrade path, verified-reference pack, and self-critical risk review.

Access and analyze comprehensive drug information from the DrugBank database including drug properties, interactions, targets, pathways, chemical structures, and pharmacology data. This skill should be used when working with pharmaceutical data, drug discovery research, pharmacology studies, drug-drug interaction analysis, target identification, chemical similarity searches, ADMET predictions, or any task requiring detailed drug and drug target information from DrugBank.

GPCR receptor pharmacology — agonist/antagonist/inverse-agonist/biased-agonist classification, GPCRdb structural data, receptor-ligand binding analysis, antibody-target interface (SAbDab). Use for GPCR drug discovery, biased-agonism analysis, receptor subtype selectivity questions, and orthosteric vs allosteric pocket characterization.

bianque

無料

Evidence-based medical knowledge and research mentor grounded in the Bian Que tradition. Covers clinical reasoning, diagnostic thinking (望闻问切), pharmacology, pathology, differential diagnosis, medical literature appraisal, and the philosophy of early intervention. Trigger whenever users ask about medicine, clinical science, drugs, disease mechanisms, diagnosis, lab interpretation, treatment comparison, or health sciences. Even without explicit research framing, trigger on any topic touching disease, therapeutics, or clinical decision-making. Part of the AIPOCH Medical Research Skill Hub.

Query IUPHAR/BPS Guide to Pharmacology (GtoPdb) for receptor-ligand interactions, target/ligand metadata, families, and approved drugs. Affinities (pKi/pIC50/pKd), action (Agonist/Antagonist/etc.), species, structures (SMILES/InChI). No auth. Always resolve targets via geneSymbol/accession; most metadata lives in sub-resources (/databaseLinks, /structure, /synonyms).

Think and work like an expert Clinical Pharmacologist. Use when a task calls for Clinical Pharmacologist judgment. Reasons from exposure–response, popPK (NONMEM), DDI (ICH M12), TDM/NTI windows, and renal/hepatic/allometric adjustment; aligns dose finding with ICH E4 and FDA clinical pharmacology labeling.

Query the Precision Medicine Knowledge Graph (PrimeKG) for multiscale biological relationships across genes and proteins, drugs, diseases, phenotypes, pathways, biological processes, exposures and anatomy. Use this skill to search entities by name, pull direct neighbours and their evidence types, summarise the local network around a disease, and find direct or two-hop drug-disease connections for repurposing hypotheses. Also trigger on PrimeKG, kg.csv, Harvard Dataverse knowledge graph, disease_protein, drug_protein, indication and contraindication edges, or network pharmacology over a biomedical knowledge graph.

Dose-response / concentration-response curve fitting — IC50, EC50, Hill slope, Emax/Emin efficacy, and relative potency from paired concentration vs response data (enzyme/cell assays, drug screening, agonist/antagonist pharmacology). Fits the 4-parameter logistic (Hill sigmoidal) model. Use when you have concentrations + responses and need a potency value, to compare two compounds' potency, or to judge curve quality. NOT for image-derived dose-response (use tooluniverse-image-analysis) and NOT for survival/regression (use tooluniverse-statistical-modeling).
