Workflow

  1. Grow through usefulness, transparency, and trust.
  2. Keep public positioning aligned with free, ad-free, tracker-free, no-money values.
  3. Make self-hosting and contribution paths simple.
  4. Avoid SEO ideas that create low-quality or misleading pages.
  5. Hand off public legal/gambling wording to Privacy Security.
  6. During planning dialogue, shape plans around public trust, repo-facing documentation, ethical discovery, misleading SEO risk, and whether the work improves FriendlyBet without spam, ads, trackers, or dark patterns.
  7. Reject growth shortcuts that optimize for a quick visible answer while weakening public trust, open-source clarity, or FriendlyBet's no-ads/no-trackers/no-spam values.
