Premiere Pro と Claude Code を組み合わせた動画編集自動化スキル集。/cut /srt /srt-fast /telop-check の 4 コマンドを提供する。

使い方

/cut — 無音ジェットカット

Premiere Pro で対象シーケンスから「ファイル → 書き出し → Final Cut Pro XML」を出力し:

/cut /path/to/your.xml

/srt — テロップ用 SRT 生成

WAV (16kHz / モノラル / 16bit 推奨) と XML を出力してから:

@/path/to/audio.wav @/path/to/timeline.xml /srt

/srt-fast — 高速版 SRT 生成

WAV (16kHz / モノラル / 16bit 推奨) を出力してから:

/srt-fast /path/to/audio_or_video

初回実行時のみ、チャンネル名・目標文字数・固有名詞辞書などを尋ねるセットアップ対話が 入る（次回以降はスキップされる）。詳細は次の「初回セットアップ」を参照。

/telop-check — テロップ校正

書き出し済みMP4を出力してから:

/telop-check /path/to/video.mp4

クライアントからの修正指示があれば同じメッセージに続けて貼り付ける（貼らなくても既定ルールで動く）。 20分超の長尺は --stride 2 で間引き可能。詳細は commands/telop-check.md と references/telop_check_rules.md（判定ルール正典）を参照。

初回セットアップ（チャンネル設定）

このリポジトリには特定チャンネルの固有名詞・スタイル学習データは含まれない。 /srt-fast を初めて実行したとき、config/channel_profile.md が無ければチャンネル名・ 目標文字数・固有名詞辞書・半角スペースの好みを質問し、回答を config/channel_profile.md と config/corrections.local.json（いずれも gitignore 対象・個人設定）に保存する。2回目以降は この設定を自動で使う。テンプレは config/channel_profile.example.md / config/corrections.example.json。手動で作りたい場合はこれらをコピーして値を埋めればよい。

動作環境

• faster-whisper (Whisper large-v3。gap補完・非Apple環境・フォールバックに必須)

ディレクトリ構成

• scripts/chunk_tools/ — 並列転写・チャンク統合（/srt と /srt-fast が共用）
• scripts/telop_frames.py — MP4からタイムスタンプ付きコンタクトシートを生成（/telop-check 専用）
• references/srt_runtime_rules.md — テロップ改行の実行時ルール正典
• references/telop_check_rules.md — テロップ校正の判定ルール正典（数字表記・誤字脱字・い抜き・ら抜き・固有名詞）
• memory/ — 日本語固有名詞辞書・SRT 切り分けルールの原典（履歴・根拠。配布時点では空テンプレ）
• config/ — チャンネル固有設定（channel_profile.md / corrections.local.json。gitignore対象・ セットアップ対話で自動生成。テンプレは *.example.*）
• output/ — 成果物保存場所 (publish 対象外推奨)

配布モード

Premiere Pro / Whisper / ffmpeg などのローカル依存を持つため、Capafy では Download モード での配布を前提とする。クラウド実行は対象外。

Claude Code plugin としてのインストール（他の人が /cut /srt-fast を使う場合）

このリポジトリは Claude Code plugin としても配布できる（.claude-plugin/plugin.json / marketplace.json 同梱・/cut /srt-fast の2コマンドのみを公開。/srt /telop-check は未収録）。

（非対話シェルからは claude plugin marketplace add fuuuuuuma/premiere-skills → claude plugin install premiere-skills@premiere-skills でも同じ）

上記「動作環境」の pip3 install / brew install ffmpeg が無い場合、/cut /srt-fast の実行前に 自動でチェックされ、不足があれば導入コマンドを提示したうえで確認してから進める（無断では入れない）。 インストール後は /cut /srt-fast としてそのまま呼べる（他プラグインと名前が衝突する場合のみ /premiere-skills:cut のように明示する）。/srt-fast の初回セットアップで作るチャンネル設定は ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_DATA}（プラグイン更新を跨いでも残る領域）に保存され、生成物は入力ファイルと 同じ場所に出力される。

Codex plugin としてのインストール（Codexで /cut /srt-fast を使う場合）

Codex CLI（codex）は Claude Code plugin と同じ .claude-plugin/marketplace.json / plugin.json を読める。手順はClaude Codeとほぼ同じ:

依存導入は上と同じくコマンド実行時に自動チェックされる。Codex では ${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}（プラグインの実パス）が展開されないため、/cut /srt-fast は Codex のプラグインキャッシュ（~/.codex/plugins/cache/）内を探して自分自身の場所を見つける。 /srt-fast のチャンネル設定は ~/.codex/premiere-skills-data（プラグイン更新を跨いでも残る 固定の場所）に保存される。
