Assess, adapt, and apply specified discussions, feedback, findings, or references to existing project work. Preserve coverage, corrections, and selected intent; judge fit and carry adopted effects through the authorized result. Includes technical review feedback; incidental sources or understanding material without a target-work adoption question need no separate incorporation workflow.

Carry specified material into existing work. Establish what its relevant contributions mean, judge their fit with the current project, and carry adopted effects through the requested outcome.
Identify the material to consider, the work it should inform, and how far the current request authorizes proceeding. The specified material defines the coverage obligation; the project supplies the adaptation context; the commission determines whether to assess, design, implement, or verify.
Keep the boundary proportional. An incidental article in a debugging task does not create a separate intake project. A request to understand sources can finish with understanding; an already approved specification follows its existing planning or execution path. Use this method when deciding what specified discussions, feedback, findings, or references should contribute to existing work is itself part of the requested result.
Preserve accepted scope, explicit write limits, and existing task state. Resolve only material ambiguity that cannot be inferred from the request and prior decisions. Do not restart an interview or request permission already granted.
Read across the requested material before selecting implementation focus or dispatching a narrowed implementation lane. A reading or investigation lane may establish that coverage first. Do not substitute the latest summary, most polished proposal, easiest fix, or final topic for the relevant whole. For an explicitly bounded question, cover its material and dependencies rather than auditing every source.
An unresolved idea can supply a design question, hypothesis, useful criterion, or next experiment. Develop it when it matters to the current request; do not automatically convert it into a requirement, a backlog item, or a question for the user.
Use the delegate contract when a worker materially helps. A reader may own source reconciliation, or a worker may own the complete incorporation task, including ordinary in-scope design and implementation. State which responsibility is delegated; the Coordinator remains responsible for integration.
For one coherent long discussion, prefer a reader with the full relevant context over equal-sized fragments whose summaries are concatenated. If splitting is necessary, preserve topic and correction context, expose coverage boundaries, and assign reconciliation of dependencies and corrections across fragments.
A reading return should make the important interpretation inspectable: supported conclusions and their anchors, consequential corrections with their scope, unresolved contributions, implications for the target work, and coverage limits. It need not reproduce the transcript or follow a fixed template. A compressed summary alone is insufficient when its omissions could change the result.
The Coordinator checks decisive source windows and current project evidence before acting on consequential interpretations. Read the proposal with the response or correction that changes it. Expand the reread when contradictions or systematic omissions appear; do not require a second complete reading as a condition for delegating the first. Keep the reader's account, current repository facts, and the chosen implementation distinguishable.
Material can provide inspiration, evidence, or an adopted requirement, often within the same source. Its credibility, applicability, and authority answer different questions. A source may be factually reliable yet irrelevant to this version, or valuable inspiration without authority to change the accepted goal.
Give important contributions a grounded outcome: already covered, adopt or adapt, reject with a reason, or unresolved/deferred with the relevant reason and next action. These are judgments, not required labels or a vote across sources. Preserve why an idea matters when declining its proposed mechanism, and do not silently defer accepted scope.
Use available facts to resolve uncertainty yourself. If a consequential choice still belongs to the user, present it with its evidence and recommendation while continuing independent work. Use the design method when open decisions need development; maintain the same commission instead of starting a mandatory sequence of methods.
For a code-review or defect claim, identify the affected behavior, claimed problem, requested change, and dependencies. Read the implicated code and surrounding path; reproduce or trace the issue where practical. Check tests, platform constraints, compatibility, and historical reasons for the current implementation before deciding whether the suggestion solves the real problem.
Accept a valid concern with an adjusted implementation when appropriate. Push back with evidence when a suggestion breaks accepted behavior, treats a symptom, introduces unused machinery, or costs more than the demonstrated problem warrants. If reproduction is inconclusive, name the conditions checked and the remaining uncertainty instead of marking the issue resolved or dismissing the report.
Prioritize actual correctness and security blockers within scope. Batch tightly related fixes when separate edits would create temporary inconsistency; optional cleanup does not acquire priority merely by appearing in a review.
For a scoped review, account for each distinct finding and its supporting evidence; group duplicates when useful. Defer valid work only when it is outside the current change and not release-blocking. A blocker outside the current write boundary remains a blocker: report it without changing unauthorized surfaces or treating completion of this bounded task as release readiness. Do not report all findings as fixed when some remain unverified, deferred, or rejected. An inline account is sufficient; no review ledger is required.
Choose execution order after establishing coverage and fit. An initial slice must not become the whole request. A contribution can change behavior, design criteria, an assumption, a validation scenario, or the explanation of an existing decision; it need not always add a feature.
For a confirmed correction or adaptation:
If implementation was requested, continue through the adopted in-scope effects and meaningful verification. A reading report or action list alone does not complete that commission. An assessment-only request still ends at assessment. Use existing task records for continuity when needed, with no mandatory ledger, new specification, approval round, or source registry.
Explain what the material changed in the work, the important contributions not adopted or still open and why, and the evidence behind the result. Preserve enough source context to make consequential judgments reviewable without a transcript-length report.
No change is a valid result when current evidence supports it; do not manufacture a patch to prove incorporation occurred. Distinguish delivered effects, verified behavior, and material gaps. Source coverage, adoption judgment, execution permission, and verification remain separate: none of them silently proves the others.

Choose responsibility for substantial work before deep execution: keep one responsibility's coupled parts in a single lane, and hand a bounded or independent lane to a worker when clean context, an unknown cause, independent review, or coordinator attention materially improves the outcome.
