Root Documentation Creator

L3 Worker that creates 5 root documentation files using templates and Context Store from coordinator.

Purpose & Scope

  • Creates 5 root documentation files (entry points for AI agents + tool configuration)
  • Receives Context Store from ln-110-project-docs-coordinator
  • Replaces placeholders with project-specific data
  • Self-validates structure and content (22 questions)
  • Never gathers context itself; uses coordinator input

Invocation (who/when)

  • ln-110-project-docs-coordinator: ALWAYS invoked as first worker
  • Never called directly by users

Inputs

From coordinator:

  • contextStore: Key-value pairs with all placeholders
    • PROJECT_NAME, PROJECT_DESCRIPTION
    • TECH_STACK_SUMMARY
    • DEV_COMMANDS (from package.json scripts)
    • DATE (current date)
    • LEGACY_CONTENT (optional, from ln-100 Phase 0 migration):
      • legacy_principles: { principles[], anti_patterns[], conventions[] }
  • targetDir: Project root directory

LEGACY_CONTENT is used as base content when creating principles.md. Priority: Legacy > Template defaults.

Documents Created (5)

docs/tools_config.mdTask Management, Research, File Editing, External Agents, GitAuto-detected

Workflow

Phase 1: Receive Context

  1. Parse Context Store from coordinator
  2. Validate required keys present (PROJECT_NAME, PROJECT_DESCRIPTION)
  3. Set defaults for missing optional keys

Phase 2: Create Documents

For each document (PROJECT.md, docs/README.md, documentation_standards.md, principles.md):

  1. Check if file exists (idempotent)
  2. If exists: skip with log
  3. If not exists:
    • Copy template from references/templates/
    • Check LEGACY_CONTENT for this document type:
      • For principles.md: If LEGACY_CONTENT.legacy_principles exists:
        • Use legacy_principles.principles[] as base for "## Core Principles" section
        • Use legacy_principles.anti_patterns[] for "## Anti-Patterns" section
        • Use legacy_principles.conventions[] for code style rules
        • Augment with template structure (add missing sections)
        • Mark: <!-- Migrated from legacy documentation --> at top of relevant sections
      • For other documents: Use template as-is (no legacy content applicable)
    • Replace {{PLACEHOLDER}} with Context Store values
    • Mark [TBD: X] for missing data (never leave empty placeholders)
    • Write file

Phase 2b: Create Tools Config

For docs/tools_config.md:

  1. Check if file exists (idempotent — respect existing config, may have been auto-bootstrapped)
  2. If exists: skip with log
  3. If not exists:
    • Copy template from references/templates/tools_config_template.md
    • Detect available tools (replace placeholders with actual values):
      • Task Management: use your project management tool to set Provider/Status/Project ID (auto-discovered)
      • Research: call ref_search_documentation(query="test") → if active, set Provider=ref. Then call resolve-library-id(libraryName="react") for Context7 → set Fallback chain
      • File Editing: check mcp__hashline-edit availability → set Provider
      • External Agents: run codex --version, gemini --version → set Status/Comment
      • Git: run git worktree list → set Worktree/Strategy
    • Write file with detected values

Phase 3: Self-Validate

For each created document:

  1. Check SCOPE tag in first 10 lines
  2. Check required sections (from questions_root.md)
  3. Check Maintenance section (Update Triggers, Verification, Last Updated)
  4. Check POSIX endings (single newline at end)
  5. Auto-fix issues where possible

Phase 4: Return Status

Return to coordinator:

{
  "created": ["PROJECT.md", "docs/README.md", ...],
  "skipped": [],
  "tbd_count": 3,
  "validation": "OK"
}

Critical Notes

Core Rules

  • Idempotent: Never overwrite existing files; skip and log
  • No context gathering: All data comes from coordinator's Context Store
  • TBD markers: Use [TBD: placeholder_name] for missing data, never {{PLACEHOLDER}}
  • Language: All root docs in English (universal standards)
  • SCOPE tags: Required in first 10 lines of each file

NO_CODE_EXAMPLES Rule (MANDATORY)

Root documents define navigation and standards, NOT implementations:

  • FORBIDDEN: Code blocks, implementation snippets
  • ALLOWED: Tables, links, command examples (1 line)
  • TEMPLATE RULE: All templates include <!-- NO_CODE_EXAMPLES: ... --> tag - FOLLOW IT

Stack Adaptation Rule (MANDATORY)

  • All external links must match project stack (detected in Context Store)
  • .NET project → Microsoft docs; Node.js → MDN, npm docs; Python → Python docs
  • Never mix stack references (no Python examples in .NET project)

Format Priority (MANDATORY)

Tables/ASCII > Lists (enumerations only) > Text (last resort)

Definition of Done

  • Context Store received and validated
  • 5 root documents created (or skipped if exist)
  • All placeholders replaced (or marked TBD); tools_config.md uses detected values
  • Self-validation passed (SCOPE, sections, Maintenance, POSIX)
  • Actuality verified: all document facts match current code (paths, functions, APIs, configs exist and are accurate)
  • Status returned to coordinator

Reference Files

  • Templates: references/templates/claude_md_template.md, docs_root_readme_template.md, documentation_standards_template.md, principles_template.md, tools_config_template.md
  • Questions: references/questions_root.md (Q1-Q22)
  • Tools config guide: shared/references/tools_config_guide.md (detection and bootstrap pattern)

概要と使いどころ

Design, implement, and audit inclusive digital products using WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. Use this skill to generate semantic ARIA for Web and accessibility traits for Web and Native platforms (iOS/Android).

Whole site or product — a full web accessibility (a11y) audit against WCAG 2.2, following the WCAG-EM methodology. Defines scope, samples representative pages and flows, runs the automated tier (`accessibility-scan`) and the hands-on manual tier (`accessibility-inspect`), and produces one conformance report. Grades each finding by severity and evidence basis, and states per-criterion conformance as pass, fail, or undetermined (needs a human). Use it for 'audit my site for accessibility', 'is this product accessible', 'a11y audit', 'WCAG or Section 508 conformance report', or any multi-page assessment. Assesses; does not fix (use `accessibility-fix`) or diff (use `accessibility-diff`). For a single page use `accessibility-scan`; for hands-on keyboard and screen-reader checks use `accessibility-inspect`.

Regression check — diff a live page's web accessibility (a11y) violations against a baseline. By default it compares your uncommitted changes (stash-based); pass `--branch [<name>]` to compare against a branch. Reports the new WCAG violations introduced, the ones fixed, and the count of pre-existing ones. Use it for 'did my change break accessibility', 'what a11y issues did this PR add', or as a CI gate. For a full scan of one page use `accessibility-scan`; for a whole site use `accessibility-audit`.

Remediation only — repair web accessibility (a11y) violations against WCAG 2.2 with a baseline, edit, and verify loop. Takes a target (URL, files, directory) or a findings worklist from `accessibility-scan`/`accessibility-inspect`/`accessibility-audit`, applies mechanical fixes as given, leaves TODOs for visual or contextual judgment, and verifies by re-running the baseline check. It only fixes. To find issues use `accessibility-scan` (one page, automated), `accessibility-inspect` (one page, manual), or `accessibility-audit` (whole site, WCAG-EM); to check for regressions use `accessibility-diff`. Use it for 'fix the a11y issues in X', 'make this accessible', 'add missing alt text and labels', 'apply these accessibility fixes', 'remediate these violations'.

One page, hands-on manual tier — drive a live page through the web accessibility (a11y) checks a rule engine can't decide: keyboard operation and focus order, screen-reader names, roles and states from the accessibility tree, reflow and zoom, reduced motion, form errors, and target size. Grades each finding by evidence basis (verified / confirm-with-a-human / human-required) and severity, and closes every criterion in a ledger: verified, flagged, not exercised, or N/A. Locates and assesses; does not fix (use `accessibility-fix`). Use it for keyboard testing, focus-order checks, screen-reader or a11y-tree review, reflow and zoom at 200%, or 'is this operable, not just lint-clean'. The automated tier is `accessibility-scan`; `accessibility-audit` runs both across a sampled site.

One page, automated tier — run the web accessibility (a11y) rule engine against a live page and locate every violation it can detect mechanically. Pass a URL, a config target name (e.g. `accesslint:accessibility-scan dev`), or nothing to use the default target from `accesslint.config.json`. Ensures a debuggable Chrome, runs the @accesslint/core engine over CDP, and returns a worklist of live-DOM WCAG 2.2 violations, each grounded to its DOM selector and source `file:line`. Locates; doesn't edit. Use it for 'is this page accessible', 'check a11y on this URL', 'find contrast and alt-text issues', or to verify a UI change. For hands-on keyboard and screen-reader checks use `accessibility-inspect`; for a whole site or product use `accessibility-audit`; to diff against uncommitted changes or a branch use `accessibility-diff`.
