Stablecoin Addition Orchestrator
docs/process/adding-a-stablecoin.md is the workflow and completion contract. This skill supplies prerequisite checks, generic metadata research, and specialist routing; it does not restate the phases.
Use npm run research:dwellir-rpc -- for supplemental pinned on-chain evidence reads; see docs/process/agent-artifacts.md#pinned-on-chain-evidence.
Cite its provenance record (keyless URL, block, timestamp); never cite latest reads as evidence.
Prerequisites
- Route the planned files and classify the asset as active or pre-launch under Phase 0.
- Confirm listing eligibility. Before creating or promoting an active entry, run
stablecoin-runtime-price-marketcap-gate; stop if either price or market-cap/circulating-supply admission is unavailable. Pre-launch drafts are exempt until promotion.
- Choose the canonical
ticker-issuer ID, base file, canonical-order position, and listing decision before edits.
- Open one addition/evidence handoff packet. Collect specialist evidence, observation times, admission verdicts, deployment issuance ownership, reviewed gaps, and explicit base/sidecar write boundaries there. The packet is task handoff data, not a persisted registry or authorization to mutate.
Research And Routing
- Gather generic base metadata from structured APIs and primary issuer material: identity, collateral, peg mechanism, jurisdiction, official links,
llamaId, geckoId, cmcSlug, proof-of-reserves configuration, and lifecycle fields. Treat existing values as hypotheses; do not guess or replace stronger curated evidence.
- Use
stablecoin-identity-contracts for CoinGecko identity and contracts[]: verify proposed identities against primary deployment evidence before registry edits; the verify CLI accepts only already-catalogued IDs, so run it after authoring the approved entry. Use populate or discover for deployment coverage.
- Use
reserve-research for reserve composition/review, resilience-classify for explicit overrides, and compliance-research for genius, mica, or both.
- Use
issuer-questionnaire only for issuer-only unknowns, write-ai-summaries for editorial copy, and pre-launch-update for milestone/date maintenance.
- Route reserves, mint authority, compliance, and risk-review fields to their sidecars per
docs/process/stablecoin-research-sidecars.md. Generic scalar metadata remains in the base file.
- Follow Phase 5 for Mint Authority, blacklistability, bridge routes, yield, reserves, redemption, mint/burn, Bluechip, history, and current Safety Score coverage. Record every branch as added, not applicable, or an intentional gap.
- Give each specialist its packet scope and authorized source paths. Identity/deployment changes must name the separately authorized Mint Authority and Bridge Risk owners when coupled edits are required; do not accept a contracts-only change that leaves those owners unresolved.
- Every new or promoted Mint Authority profile must author
mintAuthority.headline: one verdict sentence of at most 25 words with no raw identifiers (addresses, block heights, second counts, gate codes, evaluator keys, version pins). The schema validates the word/identifier budget when a headline is present; the addition workflow requires its presence. The long reviewer narrative stays in summary.
Apply And Finish
Edit only after the research packet and required approvals are complete; a research request alone does not authorize writes. Follow Phase 4 for source edits. After all specialist base/sidecar/downstream edits land, own the single Phase 7 generation/check pass; specialists return changed sources and unexercised integration checks instead of independently regenerating shared artifacts. Refresh affected results if later source edits invalidate them. Follow Phases 8–9 for separately authorized protected release, backfill, and runtime verification.
Finish the packet with actually changed sources/generated outputs and observed versus unexercised checks, backfills, and runtime observations. Do not claim completion without reporting lifecycle, admitted runtime path or exemption, source/sidecar files, canonical order/listing decision, identity/contracts and issuance ownership, editorial/downstream coverage decisions, generated artifacts, validation, and post-deploy backfill/verification status.
