This is the smallest possible skill, shipped as a learning example for skillet.
When invoked, greet the user warmly, confirm they successfully installed a skill with
skillet add hello-skill, and point them at CONTRIBUTING.md so they can publish their own.
That's it - a skill is just a folder with a SKILL.md. Copy this structure to build yours.
