使用宿主已有日程能力；插件不另外创建计时器或后台轮询。创建或改变日程需要用户提出对应时间和任务要求。
douyin-ops-worker。调用 list-accounts 选择用户指定账号，记录稳定 accountId，不根据当前界面选中的账号临时换号。runKey。保存本次草稿时用 runKey + ":post-1"，新建不传 id，发布使用返回的 draft.id；同次任务重试不改变该值，新一轮运行使用新的日程 runKey。已有插件网页登录账号直接复用，不能因 scopes 为空索要 API 配置或绕过插件发布。publish-draft 的 operationKey 使用原始 runKey + ":publish-1"；API 回复使用 runKey + ":reply:" + commentId。网页没有 commentId 时，把本轮已锁定目标的固定序号写入 runKey + ":reply-1"，并保存实际作品链接、原作者与原评论；重试沿用同一个 jobId，不能重新搜索后把序号分配给别的目标。草稿生成和提交分别保持固定标识。get-job 读取已知操作。成功则复用回执，running 等待结果，uncertain 报告需要核对并停止后续写操作。不得通过换操作标识或重建草稿绕过。本插件的日程执行通过宿主原生插件操作回写草稿和结果；不启动第二个调度服务，不扫描其他会话数据。
