先检查当前宿主实际提供的网页与渲染读取工具，按工具清单和返回结果选择路径；不要只根据 shell 能否访问浏览器判断读取能力。若有已配置且获准使用的 Ego 专用只读 MCP，可用其 read_public_url 读取原链接；需要操作页面时，再按已安装的浏览器 skill 使用 CLI。工具名字与参数以当前清单为准，不猜 API，不导出 Cookie 或索取凭证。
普通 HTTP 返回微信验证页时，只说明这次匿名请求未取得正文；继续检查已有的、获准使用的渲染读取路径。Ego CLI 报 Failed to connect to ego_cli bootstrap 等连接错误时，失败发生在 shell 到宿主的连接阶段，不等于浏览器里的文章也被挡住。此时检查当前工具清单中已有的 Ego 只读读取器，不能仅因 CLI 失败就要求用户导出正文。明确的权限拒绝仍须遵守，不通过另一条路径扩大授权。
如果读取器已经配置，却未出现在运行中的助手工具清单里，由宿主按原服务生命周期在空闲时重新加载工具配置；保持原会话、历史、授权与沙箱策略，不靠新建会话或放宽权限解决。未完成工具发现、连接与页面读取时，分别说明失败在哪一层，不把它们统称为“微信验证”。
仅阅读时不修改笔记、素材生命周期或排序。用户明确要求入库时，交给当前项目的素材管理流程，验证实际落库；不能直接写旧候选 Markdown。公开产物不含登录参数、临时访问令牌或账号上下文。
此公开版不附旧机专用 Playwright 脚本；依赖宿主提供的网页/浏览器读取能力。工具不可用时明确报告，不临时下载未知读取器。
