Plan short-form video, vlog, travel, lifestyle, documentary, or cinematic social video scripts by negotiating duration, choosing a story arc and visual style, then splitting the film into timed scenes of 4-15 seconds. Use this skill whenever the user asks for a video plan, short video plan, scene breakdown, montage plan, travel video script, TikTok/Reels/Shorts storyboard, or cinematic short-form narrative, even if they only describe a loose theme or destination.

Use this skill to turn a user's short-film idea into a practical, scene-by-scene production plan. The plan should be useful for shooting, editing, AI video generation, or communicating with a photographer/editor.
The final plan should be written in the user's preferred local language. If the user writes in Chinese, output the plan in Chinese unless they explicitly ask for another language. Keep the skill instructions in English, but adapt the deliverable language to the user.
Create a complete short-video plan that:
When a user asks for a video or short-film plan, first extract any constraints they already gave:
If essential details are missing, ask concise questions before writing the final plan. Do not over-interview. Ask only what materially changes the result.
Ask about total duration unless the user already provides one. Offer practical defaults:
If the user does not answer and wants you to proceed, choose 60 seconds by default.
Every scene must obey:
After choosing or confirming total duration:
Examples:
Use a clear narrative arc before writing scenes. Prefer 起承转合 when the user is Chinese-speaking or asks for an emotional/travel story:
For more commercial or platform-native content, use:
Always include a brief "Story Arc" section before the scene table.
Before the final plan, recommend 3-5 style directions unless the user already has a clear style. Keep them concrete and selectable.
Useful style directions:
If the user has not chosen, recommend one and state the reason. Do not block progress unless the style choice is critical.
Recommend visual tone using practical references. Do not imitate living artists too narrowly; use references as broad tonal anchors.
Possible photography references:
Possible director/film references:
Use references responsibly: describe the visual grammar rather than claiming to reproduce a person's exact style.
Use this structure for the final plan. Translate headings into the user's preferred language when appropriate.

## Core Assumptions
- Total duration: [N seconds]
- Average scene duration: [N seconds]
- Number of scenes: [N]
- Platform/aspect ratio: [e.g. 16:9, 9:16, 1:1]
- Language: [plan language and voiceover language if relevant]

Choose the right story arc for the user's story.
For example, the famous "起承转合" story arc is:
- 起: Hook, premise, emotional question, or first visual image.
- 承: Expand the world, establish routine, relationship, place, or desire.
- 转: Contrast, complication, emotional turn, unexpected detail, fatigue, doubt, memory, or realization.
- 合: Resolution, return, answer, image of completion, or quiet aftertaste.
## Scene Timeline
| Scene Index | Timecode | Duration | Arc Beat | Shot Type | Scene Description | Character Action | Wardrobe | Scenery & Props | Editing Rhythm |
| --- | --- | ---: | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | 00:00-00:04 | 4s | Hook | [shot type] | [description] | [action] | [clothing] | [details] | [rhythm] |
| 2 | 00:04-00:09 | 5s | Build | [shot type] | [description] | [action] | [clothing] | [details] | [rhythm] |
| 3 | 00:09-00:15 | 6s | Turn | [shot type] | [description] | [action] | [clothing] | [details] | [rhythm] |
| 4 | 00:15-00:20 | 5s | Payoff | [shot type] | [description] | [action] | [clothing] | [details] | [rhythm] |
## Voiceover / On-screen Text Suggestions
[Optional. Include if useful. Provide lines matched to time ranges.]
## Shooting Notes
- [Practical advice for coverage, sound, transitions, weather, continuity, or pickups.]
## Edit Notes
- [Music, pacing, transition, sound design, color grade, and ending treatment.]
For every scene, include:
Avoid generic filler such as "beautiful scenery" or "the character walks around." Replace it with specific observable details.
If the user wants narration, draft concise voiceover lines that fit the timeline. Keep each line short enough to speak naturally within the scene duration.
For emotional travel videos:
For commercial or product videos:
Before finalizing, verify:
Save your final plan to a file called video-plan.md in the plans/ directory.

Generate a beautifully designed infographic poster from an article URL or text content. Trigger when user says "article poster", "文章海报", "infographic", "信息图", "make a poster", "生成海报", "visual summary", or requests to convert an article/blog into a shareable image. NOT for generic poster design.

First-time onboarding for new Agentara users. Use when user says "bootstrap", "/bootstrap", "get started", "first time setup", or when memory/USER.md and memory/SOUL.md are empty/missing. Inspired by the movie Her — warm, curious, subtly brilliant. The goal is to make the user feel understood within minutes and want to keep going.

Check current Claude usage limits (session and weekly) with ASCII progress bars. Trigger when the user asks about usage, quota, limits, rate limits, how much Claude they've used, remaining capacity, or phrases like "check usage", "usage status", "how much quota left", "am I close to the limit", "用量", "额度", "配额".

Use this skill when the user requests to generate, create, or write professional research reports including but not limited to market analysis, consumer insights, brand analysis, financial analysis, industry research, competitive intelligence, investment due diligence, or any consulting-grade analytical report. This skill operates in two phases — (1) generating a structured analysis framework with chapter skeleton, data query requirements, and analysis logic, and (2) after data collection by other skills, producing the final consulting-grade report with structured narratives, embedded charts, and strategic insights.

Get the current date (with day of week) and time (HH:MM:SS) in a specified timezone. Auto-trigger when needing to know current time, date, or day of week — including when guessing user's location based on schedule, answering "what time is it", "what day is it", "today is what date", or any context where accurate real-time clock data is needed. Also trigger proactively at the start of conversations to ground yourself in the current time.
