适合向Discord端的代理提问，或通过该会话请求发布消息。可以让会话自行判断是否发布，也可以由用户明确要求发布，技能会据此选择发送方式。正式发送内容之前，还会先确定接收目标。
需要具备Python 3和openclaw_relay.py的环境。publish让会话决定是否发布；force-send仅用于用户明确要求发布的情况。不负责搜索Discord历史记录或归档，资料为此推荐$discrawl。不得公开Gateway令牌或会话机密信息。
