PoC & Whitepaper Generation
PoC Generator (poc_generator.py)
Generates Python exploit scripts based on vulnerability type:
| Template | Vulnerability Type |
|---|
buffer_overflow | Stack buffer overflow, RCE |
auth_bypass | Web UI auth bypass |
injection | SQL/XSS/command injection |
default_credentials | Default vendor credentials |
snmp_exploit | SNMP community string enumeration |
bGP_hijack | BGP session hijack simulation |
firmware_backdoor | Firmware backdoor detection |
tls_weakness | TLS/SSL protocol weakness detection |
| Generic fallback | Unknown exploit types |
Each generated PoC includes:
- Target configuration (IP, port)
- Usage instructions
- Risk assessment notes
- SHA-256 code hash
- Saved to
data/exploits/pocs/
Whitepaper Generator
Generates structured technical whitepapers with 6 sections:
- Executive Summary
- Vulnerability Details (CVE, CVSS, CWE, MITRE mapping)
- Technical Analysis
- Proof of Concept
- Remediation Guidance
- References
Saved to data/exploits/whitepapers/ as Markdown.
Disclosure Pipeline
5-step autonomous workflow:
- Vulnerability Scan — Identify CVE on target device
- PoC Generation — Generate exploit script + usage instructions
- Whitepaper Creation — Generate full technical report
- Stakeholder Notification — Send to listed emails with attachments
- Audit Logging — Record all actions for compliance
Returns delivery_id, pipeline_steps, and file paths.

Brute Force Configuration
Attack Presets
- Defaults Only — vendor-specific known defaults
- Quick Scan — top 100 common credentials
- Standard — comprehensive wordlist with patterns
- Deep Analysis — full dictionary + rule-based mutations
- Custom Wordlist — load specific credential file
Obfuscation Levels
| Level | Technique |
|---|
| None | Standard connections |
| Basic | Randomized delays, rotated user-agents |
| Advanced | Proxy rotation, decoy traffic, rate limiting |
| Military | Multi-hop relay, timing randomization, traffic shaping |
Smart Controls

Adding New CVEs

"CVE-XXXX-XXXX": {
"name": "...",
"severity": "critical|high|medium|low",
"cve": "CVE-XXXX-XXXX",
"type": RouterVulnType.BUFFER_OVERFLOW,
"description": "...",
"exploit_available": True,
"cvss": 9.8,
"affected_vendors": ["cisco"],
"affected_models": ["ISR 4000"],
"affected_firmware": ["17.3.x"],
"mitre_tactics": ["initial_access"],
"mitre_techniques": ["T1190"],
"remediation": "...",
"poc": "https://nvd.nist.gov/...",
}
Common Issues
- 500 errors on assessment: Check that
RouterVulnType enum includes all values referenced in vulnerability data
- Missing devices after detect: Random 50% detection rate is simulated — run detect multiple times
- Hardening fails: Device must exist in
_devices dict and have hardening_applied list initialized
- Brute force not connecting: This is a simulation — credentials are tested against a probability model, not real devices
