Common error codes: 401 invalid API key, 403 insufficient permissions, 404 resource not found, 422 validation error (check field formats), 429 rate limited (retry with exponential backoff).

Important Notes

Pagination: List endpoints return paginated results. Use page[number] and page[size] query parameters to navigate pages. Check meta.total_pages in the response.

Returns a list of your connections irrespective of type.

Count connections

Returns the number of connections associated with the authenticated user, grouped by connection type, together with the connection limits that apply to the user. Forward-only connections are excluded from the counts.

Retrieve a connection

Retrieves the high-level details of an existing connection. To retrieve specific authentication information, use the endpoint for the specific connection type.

Create a credential connection

Creates a new credential-based SIP connection. Credential connections authenticate with a username and password rather than by IP address.

POST /credential_connections — Required: user_name, password, connection_name

Create an FQDN connection

Creates a new FQDN-based SIP connection. FQDN connections authenticate by your registered domain names rather than static IP addresses.
